The business and their workers are very professional, and I couldnt have asked for more. Their storage units are temperature controlled, and have a high level of security. I called ahead about the availability of units, then upon arrival, was given a prompt tour of the units with the office manager. Given a first-hand look at the sizes of the units, I was extremely confident in the choice of my unit. With provided dollies and an elevator, it was absolutely easy and convenient getting my boxes and items into my storage unit. All-in-all, from the time I arrived, given the tour, finished the paperwork, and stored all my items, I was in-and-out in about an hour. I highly recommend this business for all your storage needs!

This is such a great place to store. I love how clean it is. We didnt lock our storage up one day and within a couple of hours, we received a call. No where else will they do that! Started with a large unit and are moving to a smaller unit. They are just so easy to do business with!

I had the best experience from beginning to end. I was given exactly what I wanted and then some. The staff is so courteous and professional. It was guaranteed business but they still went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I had my eyes on this place for about a good week. Due to late work hours I was unable to make it until Saturday. The employees are very nice and they walked me through the place and my contract. The storages are very clean and I like there kind of locks. I highly recommend this location.

Once you have your code, access is so easy and convenient. The facility is clean and staff is very helpful if you need them. We did encounter a vehicle waiting to exit the gate, which led me to believe they didnt have a code to enter. Just an observation. I would recommend this company to my friends .

Honestly, Im not sure where to begin. Ill start by stating that I have stored just about everywhere. From the big corporately owned place with the orange doors to those that are privately-owned. Most ppl probably think storage is storage, right? Absolutely NOT! If you are storing with Packing House Riverside, you and your stuff are with the best of the best! Every aspect of doing business with Manager Lynette and also with Melody (tho it might be Melanie) is 5 Star. You will not find a shinier, cleaner locker anywhere. It is new. All units are inside. All units are climate controlled. The entire bldg benefits from AC. Ive never seen a single bug in or near the storage bldg. No dust. No dirt. No rain. You can rest easy putting boxes on the floor which is polished cement btw, and not worry that anything will be water damaged. To gain entry onto the property, there are 2 checkpoints. You will have to clear both. And should you ever lose track of time and find yourself locked in after closing, dont panic youll be out in a jiffy! (So long as you provide the necessary information.) Ive locked myself in twice! Out in a jif! Theres a huge elevator and big push carts to transport your stuff from your vehicle into brand new shiny unit! If at any time I need to store things, now or in the future, Packing House Self Storage will always be my #1 Go-To storage solution to which I can rest easy knowing that my stuff is in good hands with only the best!! 💗. I like the storage facility the only thing I dont like about this place is the access hours it shouldnt be 7:00am to 7:00pm it should be 6:00am to 10:00pm or at least 6:00am to 9:00pm so thats why im giveing it 3 stares

I had to storage my furniture since I went back to home during pandemic. My friend moved my stuff. She was please with the service. Price are reasonable and service is incomparable with other storages. I feel comfortable to leave my belongings here. I pay online each month. I plan to post another comment when I get my things back. However, so far experience is very good.

Jonathan helped us move-in our stuff today. He made the paperwork process easy & quick to understand, escorted us to our unit. When we found out that out unit was smaller than what were told due to a structural column, he adjusted the monthly charge for us without even asking for it. Been driving past this place for a while, so we decided to look them up when it came time to move. Website is beautiful, very polished! Only one person on staff due to covid but he was incredibly nice, professional, and had us signed up and ready to move in a snap. Facilities are clean, climate controlled, and closely monitored, so we feel safe storing our things. Great price, great value, absolutely recommend!

The facilities look great, seems like plenty of security and the price was nice.They give you a $10 discount for processing fees if you give them a 5 star review.Please read the contract before you sign it.Huge problem with the contract that absolves the company of responsibility if something happens even from active negligence.They also want you to agree that the company can have access to your banking records, any loans you have active and any real estate you might own.Edit: And their reply to this review shows they dont read the reviews. I had no issues with the facility or pricing. My issue is with the contract you have to sign. Please read the whole thing, especially #24.

I really appreciate the way Lanette takes pride in the property. She made our move-in very easy and was careful to make sure the social distancing was utilized. She made accommodations for us to be able to sort through our items since our movers had to pack our truck in a certain order. We needed to sort items needed now from items needed when our house is ready for move-in. We really appreciate this after a very long drive from Texas.

I’ve been looking for a storage unit for about a month now. Most places I’ve been to or dingy and dirty and the help was about the same. Then I found packinghouse. The storage units are nicer than some of the bedrooms in my home.Lynette was a super sweet person who help me out showing me the unit answering all my questions and really just an overall great person. A couple of the guys working around the property I think it was John and Robert were absolutely helpful as the place was so big I got lost. The unit is a nice size for a great price. The elevator is big enough to fit a Mack truck into. LOL. Not really but this place is the best storage facility I’ve ever come across.

Just rented a unit at this facility and my experience was fantastic. I had to go inside the lobby 2 separate times and was assisted by a different gentlemen each time both whom were very polite, helpful and professional. Also, I noticed the temperature of the storage units is set at 71 degrees.
