Well a friend of mine had a unit there for a short period of time the unit was completely infested with mice I lifted up a box and there was 13 pinky mice under the box mice running around everywhere things got chewed up mice droppings everywhere and Im sorry I dont know his name but the black gentleman that works there is so rude I needed to throw something away and I had to go through an interrogation before he would open the trash can he inspected everything I was going to throw away it was just so uncomfortable

We moved from Tucson, AZ and hubby found Extra Space Storage in 2017. We were fortunate to find an accommodating Manager (Warren) who was very friendly and found the best rates for us. Our short stay ended up being a lot longer than anticipated but it worked for all of us! Warren works hard at keeping the place clean and orderly. Thank you so much!

I rented a sm unite 2 1/2 yrs ago and my place was robbed twice, no cameras at the end where Im at, and the rent went from $43 to$74 .No one has doneanything about my stuff that was stolen .Even with a Police report.

Worst storage facility. The security is a joke. Whats the point of cameras if thieves still get into your storage unit? Not only was our code being misused by someone not authorized, our unit was tampered with, broken into, and then relocked with different locks but still had the same stickers as other units. Dont get me started on the horrendous mice infestation. We put poison and traps and still the unit was filled to the brim with feces. Because our unit was broken into, we emptied it and moved on, we ended up finding dead mice in the end. Gross. Security needs to improve because theft is a serious issue.

Helpful and nice people.

My with Extra Space Storage on Mission Blvd in Jurupa Valley has been problematic. My issue is with the manager. In a nutshell, Ive havent been able to get in the gate using my code one time yet. Resulting in taking a fully loaded truck back to the house I was vacating and unpacking it leaving my possessions there. I had already had problems getting inside the storage area twice before. I was given different reasons why I couldnt get in. One of them being the gate is not working because of the lightening, as the man behind me used his code to get in. I will not rent here again because you have to deal with the manager. He lied to my face twice to cover his error. Cant trust that. Oh yeah, when I asked for his Superiors name and number he refused to give it to me and told me hed have them call me... Still waiting. Not good business practices.

Warren the person who helped me was very knowledgeable about unit sizes.He told me the size unit I needed for the items I had. The place was very clean he is a very nice person and have a good listening ear. I noticed how he goes out of his way to help a person. He try to do everything that he can when a situation arise to have a meeting of the Mind understanding. He always give the people the right advice telling them to go to the right source if its something he himself cannot legally take care of the situation. Warren is a good person person and a fair person. I am so happy I had the pleasure to meet him and work with him as far as getting the right size storage for me.

Unit is infested with mice. Barely been there a month now I gotta repack my things and go some where else and hope their pest dont tag along and they know their units have mice and shrug it off like what can we do

I have used this storage facility for 13 years. I have paid thousands of dollars for their services. Warren, store manager, has always been honest and fair with me. The safety of my belongings were never in question. Even when I lived far away for 3 years, the courteous customer service was there. I believe that Extra Space Storage on Mission Blvd in Riverside deserves its good business.

Warren & Amanda have always been so helpful. After my world was turned upside down 4 yrs ago & was in need of Storage units. I found this place. So friendly & clean. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and size of our storage unit. We were also very happy to be able to do all of the paperwork for the rental at a local Extra Space Storage near our workplace in Long Beach. There was no way we were going to make it to Riverside to meet Warren in order to rent our current space. So they suggested we go to a local one and do all of the paper work there and we did! It saved us tons of time and the employees at the Extra Space Storage on Wardlow were just great! Very knowledgeable and professional and helpful. They made the experience a very good one. We are very happy with how things worked out.

I researched many storages before I came to this one. I almost chose a different one due to this ones location but when I called, the lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. She gave me a really good deal and it was a lower price then all the other storages I had previously called so I decided to give it a go. I get down there and I was told that the lady gave me wrong pricing info but they honored it anyways which was really cool because I am barely making ends meet this month so I was extremely grateful for that. The 2 gentlemen that helped me out while I was there were both super friendly and accommodating. The place overall looked well secured and clean. I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone looking and will be referring my friends here.

I have rented here a few times before. I always come back here when I need. Today I met Rosa and Amanda in the office. They were super helpful, nice, and professional.

Place is clean and nice. The older black guy at the front is really cool and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is because theres shady looking homeless people that basically just act like theyre getting stuff out of storage when really theyre just chilling there. I know this because Ive seen em sit there for hours on end a couple days back to back. Im in n out of my storage pretty regularly for legitimate reasons. But not managements fault. Also I think there are rats. I accidentally left a bag with unpopped popcorn in there and came back to it being chewed up. Dont see where else this couldve happened.

When getting my storage unit,Warren was very friendly and helpful.,great customer service! I had this at 5 stars, however my move out experience was not great.so i lowered it to 3 stars. Some other guy helped me and had no customer service, i understand that i was no longer going to use there services,however this shouldnt limit the way they should treat there customers, because it can be a returning customer.
