The lady at Public Storage was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. The location is nicely maintained. They are the only self storage that I have dealt with that seem to run their business properly. Im very happy I chose Public Storage to watch over my belongings

Agent at PS was very codial and helpful. Previous rep at DeAnza Storage on Clay was unknowing & misleading to availability of units. I wont refer anyone to storage their property where its possibly not safe.

Just grabbed a unit over here in Riverside and I must say it went a lot smoother than I anticipated. Tommy is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get me the right size and at a great price. Facility is clean and employees are very respectful . You can tell a lot about a place by how well kept it is! All in all I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area. I’ve tried most of them around here and haven’t left this place since I moved in! Give em’ a chance! 😊

Overpriced storage, not 24 hour access, doesnt give pro rated refunds when you move out early in the month. Ill go somewhere else next time.

Great place. Excellent customer service. Said was amazing! He helped make the process easy and smooth. Which was a Godsend because I had just lost my mother. To top it off after the month was over and I had vaccinated the facility he made it a point to call me and make sure that we were done with the storage unit because the previous employee didnt exit me out of the system. He went the extra mile to make sure that I didnt have to pay for another months rent. I would definitely recommend this place. 😊

Good location and good service. Only problem is that the in doors part of the storage place has no A/C and the ventilation is horrible. So its difficult to spend anymore than maybe an hour inside before you drenched in sweat and have to go outside for a break.

Krystle was great! She called me after I made a reservation within 3 minutes. She was very friendly over the phone. When I arrived she went over every detail with me. She explained the insurance, box bundle deals and details of my contract. She showed me my unit, and assisted me with buying boxes. And I got a great deal! She readily answered all of my questions. She was very warm and friendly, but also very professional. You can tell this girl takes pride in her work and has a great work ethic. Office and property grounds were very clean. Moving is stressful enough as it is but she put my mind at ease, and made the storage part of moving so much less stressful. Krystle is just a doll and I hope Public Storage recognizes what a great employee she is. Thank you so much for making my moving day so much easier Krystle!

So super happy with this place. Checked it out with a friend. We were shown a space by Lory. She was really great. Ended up getting an inside space so that my stuff doesnt get all dusty. Lory was super friendly. The property didnt look dirty like some of the ones I saw today.

I would have given more stars if I could. I have never rented a storage unit in my life. So, I didnt know what to expect. Lori was AMAZING. Within a few minutes, I felt so comfortable with her. She was so friendly and helpful. I could also tell she was very organized and took pride in the appearance of the facility. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needed storage, that is as long as Lori is always there.

Went with my sister to go check out the storage spaces at public storage. We were greeted by Lori. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned more about storage that day that I thought I would. She took us upstairs and showed us a space, showed us how to use the lift and really helped us try to understand what we needed for storage. We havent made our mind up on size yet but I know where I;m going when Im ready to rent. Thanks Lori.

An easy 10 stars! Never rented a storage unit before but my man Marc had my back. He sat there and ran all the numbers showing me everything. Customer satisfaction was his main concern. Dudes the friendliest guy you will ever meet. I recommend this location to everyone. They are honest and upfront.

The property is always clean and well maintained. The access gate and keypads work well and the freight elevators are easy to use. My units have been both upstairs inside and drive up and they have always been clean and easy to access. I feel very secure keeping my storage items with this Public Storage location. Lori and Rachel are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have both gone out of their way to work with my scheduling needs. Great customer service, great location, I highly recommend this branch of Public Storage!

Today I came in to see about getting a parking space. The young lady in the office name Krystal really gave me the info I needed. Although she did not have what I needed at the time. She still took me to the parking spaces and said that she would have one real soon. She did mention that I could put my car in an enclosed storage and when the parking space came available I could transfer. She showed me a 10x20 (I believe that was the size) it was a little out of my price range. We went back to the office and she offered to look around to see if another location had parking. They did but it was further then I wanted to go because hole is just two streets over. If you want excellent service, a caring person, and someone who will let you know every detail of the process this is where I recommend going. She also put me on the waiting list for the space and will call when it is open. Looking forward to doing business with you guys soon.

Public Storage is a very nice and clean facility. Ms. Laura B. guided us through the process in a very professional manner. She gave us a tour of the facility and instructed us properly on how everything worked. She is very nice and easy to talk to.
