Ive rented a lot of U-Hauls from a lot of different locations. This one is the best Ive used, ever. The equipment was available and ready as promised, the staff were friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. Both pick up and return were done in minutes. If its anywhere close to you, go here.

This is a good location. Checking in and picking up the truck was very quick and easy. The truck was clean and had a full tank of gas and was ready to go when I arrived.

Very good and friendly people here. There prices are reasonable, and they have a complete stock of moving supplies and hitches and towing parts.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE UHAUL!!!I walked in to this Uhaul location prior to my interstate move and reserved a 12’ trailer 1 month in advance. The Uhaul employee told me that I would get a call the day before my reservation letting me know the time and location of where I needed to get my trailer, assuring me that if it wasn’t at that particular location that it would be at one nearby. A month goes by and I do not get a call from Uhaul the day before my reservation, so I called them. They told me that there are NO 12’ trailers anywhere in southern CA and that the closest one is in northern AZ! Uhaul told me 1 day before I had to be moved out of my apartment that they could not supply the equipment that we had agreed upon a month in advance. I spoke with Tish who was extremely unhelpful and rude about Uhaul leaving me high and dry 1 day before my move out date. She did nothing to help me or compensate me and frankly did not care that Uhaul was completely screwing me over. The only person from Uhaul that deserves any praise is Andrew at the Van Buren location. He was genuine and helpful in finding me and getting me a deal on a 10’ foot van and car dolly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UHUAL. Making a reservation means absolutely nothing to them and they will care less about completely screwing you over.

Reserved a truck for an out of state move a month ago. I was notified last night that there were no 15 or 20 foot long trucks and auto transport trailers available. They did say they had a 10 foot long truck and an auto dolly. Unsatisfactory.

We had a SERIOUS problem with the mobile checkin. We waited 20 mins just for the app to clear for us to take the van. I would suggest just checking in at the counter, you would have a shorter wait.

Steer clear!!! They charged my card $302 FOUR months after using their trailers. I gave no permission for them to ever charge my card, there was no damage to the trailers and they were fully paid for!!!! Never again, Id give ZERO stars if I could.

Any time I call I can NEVER get in touch with anyone .. the call center says one thing and the people at the actual location say a whole different thing . The guy who strapped my motorcycle up did a horrible job . I didn’t realize it until I tried to unstrap it and it completely fell to the floor . I should not have to call 10 times and then get transferred to a phone center where everyone has no idea what the heck is going on in the store it is ridiculous. Honestly .

Needed a truck for a day, got a truck for a day. Could be a much better experience if the process could be streamlined. Seems to take to long. Very accommodating staff.

Being a new moving company on the block, we are renting trucks job to job to get Moving Movers Riverside on the map. That being said, this facility has been incredible for us! With the combined help of Cindy, Karen, and Brett, Uhaul is our go to rental truck facility from now on!! Thanks for all your help!

Horrible customer service

Looks like this Uhaul has a large selection packed in a small property. Easy entrance and exit. Staff was fast.

The two guys working at 1:30 on Saturday May 13th are super cool! Relaxed, easy going, and very quick. Nice to go to a Uhaul where they are friendly and willing to help. These guys A++++++

I arrived at 7:15pm and waiting for 15 min for my propane cylinder refilling. Then I was told that the store is closed. The staff noticed me waiting and no one asked me anything.Please go elsewhere, not a friendly place to recharge your LP propane cylinders.This review is for the 3600 Van Buren store.

Very friendly staff and good at their jobs! For such a small lot they do very well at keeping driveways open and vehicles where they need to be so everybody can fit in. I been to many UHauls twice the size and you couldnt even fit a motorcycle on the property.

After 5 hours of waiting, the hitch we had a reservation for - and were assured would be a simple install - still isnt on. Constant we dont know how long this is going to take (basically admitting that your people dont know what theyre doing) is unacceptable.Having a giant custom hitches installed! is a pretty sad statement when they needed two technicians and a trip to the hardware store to fumble around to figure out what theyre doing. Its a fairly new Corolla - not some exotic sports car. Sad. Lackluster excuses and a phony cheery attitude does nothing to hide incompetence.Update #1 - At hour 6.25 theyve finally called and claimed that the hitch is done. However, after having assured us twice that theyd have the hitch done and the trailer - already put on and ready for us to drive off the lot - theyre now claiming we have to sign more paperwork and that the trailer isnt even on the car yet.

Terrible Customer Service...Went In Today for a Basic Trailer Rental..First Thing I Noticed....This Location Use To Be Really Busy..It Was Dead...Shortly found out why....Employees like Nicholas...I was Told To Move out of His Lane...Told To Leave His Uhaul.Wow Kid Thinks he Owns UHaul... No way to Run a Buisness...Went To Spruce Location Always Polite.

Uhaul Van Buren rocked! The customer service was top notch,I was running about an hour or so late and they held my truck for me on the busiest moving day.

I have been here 3 times within the last 2 weeks and have had a similar experience. Everytime, it has taken up to 1 hour to process everything before I could rent any equipment. They already had my information on file so I wasnt a new customer. I dont know what their hold up was, but I highly doubt I will ever be coming back to this location.

Very slow, and they are cheating on gas i drove only 5 miles, and i put 4-5$ gas, its mean more than 1 gallon, and they charge me 8.50 for gas,loltheir trucks need 1 gallon of gas each mile, i think they have V100 engine
