They gave me an old truck with bad brake pads and rotors. Halfway through my move one of the belts started making a high pitch sound. All this after I had asked them one month prior to my move to give me a decent truck because I was moving out of state and driving over steep mountains. They said it would be a newer truck, not one with 130,000 miles on it. After I let them know the problems I had with it they said they would see about getting me a discount for my trouble, they never reached out to me, Ive waited two weeks now. I do not recommend this rental company, they lacked professionalism and an apology.

I picked up a truck for company I work for.i have been working with Penske trucks over 5 year now and I do pick up trucks everywhere in the USA but this location is the worst one.they deserve 1star .I wish I can give them less than a star.didnt clean in the cabin.didnt wash the truck in and out when I went to ask about it she said i clean it by myself . I dont recommend this place to rent a car or a truck .rude ppl in there .dont get stress just change the pick up location.i hope this help you little bit.thank you

We dont have a location near us so this one is the closest (55min away) but no big deal we set up a rental for pick up at this location. And now they will be closed due to Covid. NO ONE CALLED US to let us know that we wouldnt even be able to pick up. We have 5 days before we are supposed to pick up our truck reservation and We have to drive an extra 45 minutes now to pick up from another town. This location in particular really dropped the ball. Trying to be understanding because this is due to Covid exposure. But this has already been a bad experience and we havent gotten a truck to even review yet.

They got me a truck, when uhaul said it was highly likely they would not have one for us ... They were super accommodating.

I had a U-haul reservation for 12/3/20. U- haul called us and said our reservation was cancelled for no reason but that they didnt have a truck even though I reserved it the week prior. Our move was VERY important since we are moving across country for a few years. I called Penske and spoke with Bailey in customer service. She confirmed they had several trucks in stock and she got me a truck reserved in 2 minutes. She also was so kind to apply the November rebate of almost $300 off which was a better deal than U-haul overall. Thank you Bailey and Carol for all you did in saving me and my family a massive headache in our travel plans

I drove from Hornbrook California to San Antonio Texas 2,005.6 miles!! My Penske truck was AWESOME!!!

Great vehicle and price, but beware that they commit fraud and rip you off if you return the vehicle early!!!!!! Tell me how this is legal, I did not have possession of or use the vehicle that I paid for!!!! Which you know they had ready to use again!!! Will never use them again. **update*** finally was able to prove my point with them and they are refunding me but beware, use your time wisely as they will try to utilize the word contract to with hold money from you, even though you no longer have the vehicle.

Easy return of a one-way rental. In and out and served with a friendly attitude, will be back!
