Weve been renting from Public Storage for nearly 3 years, rent is paid on-time every month with auto pay. During this period weve experienced water damage on 2 occasions (water coming in from an adjacent unit, the other from a faulty roof). Our belongings were damaged - Public Storage could only offer to relocate us to a lower level. Our rent continued to increase regardless of water damage and inquiries from us. Even now during a pandemic, Public Storage continues to increase rent. Ive tried calling several times; our calls are rarely responded to and when they are, weve been bounced from one representative to another, with no resolution. This has left us extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.I was recently contacted by Patrick, district manager. After reading several of my complaints, my rental rate was reduced by $50. Ive increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars for the time being.

This place was well managed. The location both office and the storage areas were well kept. The lady at the front desk, India, was very helpful and professional. She was handling something but acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. I told her what I needed and she was concise with telling me the spaces and what would suit me best. It was very nice doing business with her.

Amazing place, especially Aaron he is simply the best worker he helped me out BIG time he is one of the best worker there, staff there are so helpful and place is so clean and very safe i felt so good about leaving my belongings there, do not have to worry about anything. But if you deal with Aaron you will have the best experience he is amazingly helpful and will do what he can to help.. Basically all in all this place is AWESOME

Easy communications on the phone, then the local office took over. Ashley is super sweet and efficient. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Everything was great. The storage room is clean and spacious with awesome rates. We compared 4 different places and Public storage is our final/best choice!

Tori is excellent. Shes sharp, professional, prompt and polite, very cool and funny if you pay attention. Kerry was also friendly and helpful, super cool brother, we talked sports. Public Storage had a great promotion on top of a competitive price in an industrial area. All terms, insurance, and fees were presented very clearly and Tori streamlined the entire process making my visit simple and fun. She has a vibrant personality, really smart but also very down to earth. And PS makes it easy with their website.

Wonderful place, organized management, units looks exactly as described, best rates in the city, no stairs to storage, well lit.Definitely check this out, your stuff will be safe here. Patrice the manager is excellent and it shows in the overall operations and appearance.

A+ performance from the manager, Tori. (She should be managing the whole chain!) Dealing with a property whose automated gate was broken, she went the extra mile to identify where people had abandoned stored property in common areas. She helped me on one occasion when I had accidentally spilt some solvent near my eye. She enforced all rules and policies for the benefit of all storage users, whilst maintaining flexibility and understanding of individual situations. Tori makes her customers feel like valued clients.

Clean, quiet, and easy accessible storage facility. The staff (Alexis & Tori) were both friendly and efficient to my needs. They provided exceptional service with a smile. My only suggestions are for better lighting within the units and an outdoor dock ramp for easier transport of heavier furniture. I always use this storage location and highly recommend it.

I had the best experience renting a storage unit from Tori. It was the first time I’d ever rented one anywhere so I had a lot of questions. She was so helpful and accommodating and she helped me find the best deal, unit size, and location for my needs. I am a happy customer and will definitely use the Medford store again for any other needs and recommend them to my friends!

Giving four stars for the friendliness of the staff. Place seems to be pretty clean and in good condition. Just rented today to store my bike there for a few months and havent moved in yet so well see how it goes. Rates not bad for a climate controlled unit and an easily accessible location.

This place is so great. Its clean, easy to get to and the employees are so kind and helpful. Ashley and Jay are like the perfect duo. Their always making you laugh and they always go above and behind for their customers. Theyve asked me plenty of times to write a review but i never really got around to it until now. If your thinking about renting a space I think this will be the perfect choice. You wont feel like your being played because they almost feel like family in a way.

Enjoyed my stay here overall. It was extremely convenient, I only moved out because I needed a bigger unit and as this was a smaller location it is a bit pricey. Whats keeping me from giving 5 stars is that it is a little run down/sketchy on the main level and they kept raising the rent. Some is understandable, but it was too frequent and too much for me to stay here long term. For a few years it was fine, and on upper units its kept in great condition.

I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the level of professionalism and customer care. I told them what I wanted and they worked tirelessly to locate within their facility a 10x20 unit to meet my storage needs. The manager and staff kept me informed regarding availability of the size unit I requested. I appreciate their efforts and I also saved on a prorated unit. Thanks Public Storage!

When I moved out of my apartment in Somerville, this was a great option due to its location, hours, facilities, and the fabulous staff. Lamond and Rhonda helped me get set up with a storage unit, and made a big enough impression that I wanted to submit a positive review. It is almost a month later, and I am sure they dont get all the praise they deserve because it can be so hectic when you are moving things to remember to log in and post, but Im glad to finally get around to it.This started when they accommodated my slightly late arrival after I called on the phone asking to show up early. Lamond was patient, cheerful, and engaging as we chatted pleasantly and went over the basics. A 5x5 locker was sufficient for my needs, largely because the ceilings here are taller (8 feet I think) than some of the other places I called.Their lockers are climate-controlled, accessible by elevator (if not on first floor), and private loading dock with ample space, behind a locked gate. Rhonda showed me how to use my code, and I also bought some boxes which are available in their retail area in front. If you dont use all the boxes you buy, you can return them, they said, which was great to know.The rates here are good, and the location is not terribly busy so it has always been no problem to grab a cart or two in the loading area to take things in and out of the locker. It is worth noting that you can get to the storage lockers later than hours (which are for the retail section; check before going but most nights I think the units are open until 9pm).

I needed help with my account which includes a unit that is down in Dallas, TX. I showed up right when they were closing and the employee who was locking up, Alexis, made it a point to reopen the store and help answer my question while her ride home was waiting outside.
