Best storage facility hands down! Super clean, always professional, and very safe. I have been at this storage facility for 6 years using a climate control unit, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I love this storage unit. I always felt like my stuff was well protected. The unit was climate control, great security, dolly’s available to help move heavy items. I finally found an apartment and was able to move my stuff, but if I ever find myself in a situation where I need additional storage this is where I would go.

Best place for all of your U haul needs. The customer service is exceptional.

The manager Saúl holds standards of customer service that are 5 stars for himself and for his staff. I had a storage there for 2 years, moved out of the area, came back to the area 3 years later, and without a doubt was elated to go back to Climate Control Mini Storage. I have such a peace of mind that my things are safe there, I never worry about them. It was a very warm welcome back. It just feels like friends and family when I am there. Been back with them again for 3 years. I just have never ever had such warm, caring, excellent, professionalism every time, anywhere, like it is at Climate Control. Thank you so much. Disappointed in customer service. I called to Reserve an available unit. They were checking to see if the manager would waive the 2 month minimum. They called me back 10 min later and told me the unit was rented. Didnt give me the chance to say yes or no.*** if this is the manager. You are the one I spoke to that called me back. You guys have zero availability, which you know. The unit I was signing up for was needed tomorrow and was a large 10x24. So unless you have one near that size by tomorrow there is nothing you can do that will help me.

This is going to sound like your typical review but climate control mini storage is a great place to store your possessions. They have been so patient and understanding. The manager Saul Robinson was nice friendly and professional. I havent been the easiest customer but they still kept that friendly professional vibe through the whole process. Id recommend them any day. Clean and well maintained facility.

We had a 10x15 storage unit here for close to two years & you would never know it was in storage. The climate controlled units were perfect & none of our belongings even had dust on them.Friendly helpful staff & very reasonable prices.

Had to help a friend to get some of her stuff out of storage the other day very rude over the phone and it is really expensive for the size and it is really expensive for the size of storage one of the smallest ones is over $100 a month and I dont believe its 24 hours either

Our Jacksonville organization has rented lots of mini-storage units over the years but now, as a four-month tenant at Climate Control, I want to compliment this facility as far and away the BEST experience ever. Management wasnt going to let me leave without signing up and Im very grateful for such intensity to make the sale! Quiet, VERY clean, actually a peaceful venue. Easy, wide-open access with a code system that works every time. I feel more like an owner than a renter. It is like Im among friends every time I pull in. At a competitive rate, they let us pay monthly after a first three-month in advance payment. And now, after Ive set up the monthly payment at the bank, I receive an acknowledgement by email as payments are received. Five stars in this case means PERFECT.

We have had a storage unit three separate times and each time the process has been flawless. The staff keep the grounds clean and are very accommodating and prompt to address any concerns.If you are looking for a storage facility I would highly recommend using Climate Control Mini Storage.

Rented a U-Haul from this place. I wish I had the name of the girl who helped me. Super friendly and quickly got me on my way. Easy pick up and drop off. When youre moving the last thing you want is a complication with your truck rental, everything went very smoothly.

Excellent! Everything is as described: paperwork at a minimum and fulfilled in 10 minutes. Immaculately clean. Secure. Easy access and excellent security. Security very good and storage unit access very user friendly. Climate control is truly climate controlled. Staff friendly, available, and well trained. The manager Saul Robinson is outstanding at his job. Well worth the price.

We rented a total of 5 units over the course of 6 months while moving from the Seattle area to Jacksonville. Saul and Mercedes were super great to work with and went out of their way more than once to help us and accommodate our needs. Whether it was renting space, moving in, moving out or scheduling a U-Haul, they were always friendly, efficient and cheerful. The spaces we rented, both climate controlled and non, were uniformly clean and the access was easy. I cant say enough positive about this place and if I ever need another storage unit or U-Haul, this is where Ill go.

I rented a storage unit for 4 years. We just collected our things the other day, and everything was in perfect condition. I have been happy with the staff there. They are always courteous and very helpful. I rented trucks there when they had Uhaul. I would highly recommend this storage company.

We have used storage in a number of places and have never had cleaner or more high quality facilities. The people who run this facility are always helpful. We congratulate whoever does the hiring and training for this excellent staff. We worked with Christopher and he know how to give A+ customer service.

I have recently used the Uhaul facilities and I cant say enough about how cooperative, friendly, and easy to work with the staff is. Tried to pick up a scheduled uhaul at this location. No one ever showed up even though their hours clearly indicate 9am is when they open. Left after 40 minutes and a couple phone calls. Was able to reach corporate and they said they would try to get ahold of whoever was supposed to be working. Informed me I could expect to hear back in about 30 mins. They never called. No one showed. DO NOT SCHEDULE UHAUL PICKUPS HERE unless you’d like to pay for more Lyfts, never hear back from them and waste time and money.

Very polite, feels high tech and very secure. Establishment is a level of clean that you only achieve by dedication.

I only stored stuff there for a month but overall I had no issues with the price, condition of the unit, or service. Its nice to have keyless entry and they will email you invoices,etc... vs. getting more paper. (Although they will offer you paper documents as well).

This was a clean and they had good seurity set around the entire place and on each unit . The staff is very friendly and nice I will be going back there again.

***Update: we were contacted by the owner, who apologized on behalf of his manager. He stated he would have worked with us more. Unfortunately its too little too late, since we had to scramble to find another unit elsewhere. At least we got an apology (since we never got one from the manager), but as long as the manager is working there, there will continue to be mistakes without remorse or remedy. Like I said before, its unfortunate that the company hired Chris as manager, because we would have been loyal and recurring business.If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me preface with this:We have rented units here multiple times before, and we also have many family members who rent here (per our referral), but apparently that means nothing to the manager they have working the front desk.After submitting a reservation enquiry online we were contacted by the storage unit, it was a voicemail asking to call them back. No problem. We called back same day and spoke to someone who assured us that our reservation was locked on for the LAST 10x15 climate controlled unit.So we packed our entire house into a uhaul and drove three hours from Eugene... only to find that our unit was given to someone else.That was only the beginning of our issues with this company. When we asked the guy working the front desk what can be done to remedy the problem, his solution was to get a smaller inside unit and a smaller outside unit, but as he informed us its going to be a lot more. So now we are paying twice the amount of money for their mistake or we are without a storage unit (with an entire uhaul full of stuff sitting in the parking lot)? Lose lose.That was only half the problem, however. The guy helping us, Chris, was extremely smug, smirking and laughing the entire time as we tried to explain our frustration. What do you want me to do about it was his response to basically anything we said. He never apologized, only blamed us for the mistake. He had no customer service skills whatsoever. We asked for the manager, but unfortunately for us, he is the manager. We asked for the owners email or phone number, but he refused, stating you know theres a buffer between me and the owner, right?We ended the conversation with him stating that we can either rent a unit for them or go somewhere elseThe customers behind us overheard the entire conversation and recommended we launch an investigation with the Better Business Bureau. We just might.I will never do business with this company after the way we were treated today and I will definitely no longer recommend this place to my friends and family.It is really unfortunate that this company decided to hire such a terrible manager.

In terms of mini-storage, these guys have unethical business practices. Yes, a clean and secure storage facility, however, after 2 years of faithful patronage, without notice, rates went up. They claim that I was notified, however, I was not. They told me I would receive a credit for the month they raised rates on me, and I did not. Pauline, the manager, was rude and unwilling to help, while at the same time throwing the owners under the bus by saying to me she knows the owners are crooked but they dont care. I sent a feedback form to them, and they did not care.Around the corner, there are other equally good units through other providers, for a fraction of the cost. Ive been a dream customer....pay on time, keep unit clean, etc. and this is how Im treated????Shame on you and your crooked business practices, and for not caring about your customers in any way. This is not good business practice and you should be ashamed. We all live nearby, and this is no way to treat your neighbors.10X20 unit for $117 per month? I think not. Shop elsewhere.
