I rented a ubox and scheduled pick up date at yesterday. But I didnt get any calls yesterday, no one comes to pick up. Customer service always busy. I keep calling for whole day only gone through Once. They told me they will get in touch with driver and call me back in 20 minutes. But they never call back! Im in a rush to move my stuff. Its very irresponsible!

Other than the fact no one canceled or rescheduled my appt for a hitch installation prior to my arrival...the staff and location and place are very nice..clean..and convenient ..will share service when I return..

Great staff cheap boxes

I can not stress enough that the Medford U-Haul location should be avoided. When reserving my U-Box, I was told I would receive a call the day before my drop-off date to schedule the drop-off. After not being contacted the day prior, I finally received an email the morning of delivery asking me to either reply to the email, or call the Uhaul office, to schedule that day’s delivery. I immediately responded, asking what needed to be done to schedule delivery, and received zero response. After two hours, repeated email inquiries, and no confirmation that my already-booked U-Box would actually be delivered on the day I scheduled, I called the office. After finally getting through to speak to a person, I was transferred 4 times in rapid succession, with each person telling me they couldn’t help me, but the next person could. When I finally was transferred to the scheduling manager for U-Box deliveries, all she could tell me was “It looks like your box is supposed to be delivered today,” without being able to confirm that it would actually be delivered. She then recommended that I call the original Medford U-Haul where the delivery was scheduled from, and who I had originally called before being repeatedly transferred to her. When I informed her that that was in fact the number I called that led to me being transferred to her, she said she would reach out to the store manager and have him contact me directly. Neither the store manager, or the customer service rep who originally emailed me to schedule delivery, ever responded or made any effort to contact me. My U-Box was eventually delivered later that day, after first being dropped at the incorrect address a block away. This proved to be an incredibly frustrating experience, and the store manager’s refusal to even acknowledge a customer spending thousands of dollars with his company is completely absurd and unacceptable. With the store manager acting in this way, it is no surprise his customer service reps also ignore repeated emails for assistance.

All the guys were so helpful I couldnt say enough about them.

Easy access, easy sign up and clean AF

No issues whatsoever with my reservation (unlike Ive had at other Uhaul dealers in the area). I was worried about being late for my motorcycle trailer pick up but they held it without hesitation. Entire staff from pickup to drop off was absolutely top notch! Kudos to Medford Uhaul and especially the staff! I will be a lifelong customer

I have rented from U-Haul at many different places on the east coast - and this by far has been my best experience. Very accommodating and flexible - which is difficult to find in the rental business. Rented 5 uboxes and completed the pack out side. Now hoping the transport and delivery go as smoothly! Will follow up in a few weeks!
