As a painter here in Long Beach for the last 30 years or so, I have always been a pretty loyal customer to the Benjamin Moore stores. Coastal Paint for many years, then on to Smith Paint. But this Sherwin Williams store and the staff there are nothing but exceptional. Color matching is second to none. Staff there is extremely nice and will go out of their way to help you.Just wanted to say thanks for the great service. One happy customer here.

The salespeople are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I first called in, and the salesperson went above and beyond to help me by answering all my questions and even checking other stores for the product I was in search of. He spent a lot of time with me until I had all the info. I needed. Customer service was second to none! I dont usually take the time to do reviews, but I was really impressed and appreciative of the service I received.

Environmental Hazard at Sherwin-Williams Paints On Corner of Termino and 7th. Sherwin Williams Paints spilled paint in their parking lot. Cars going to Laundry mat drove through it, getting paint on their tires and cars. Sherwin-Williams would not assume responsibility.
