This has the feel of one of those little town hardware stores. It has a bit of everything needed in a small space along with rakes displayed in a trash can outside the front door. This place is always a pleasure to go to! Ive been in Long Beach off and on for 3 years and literally theres not been one time that Ive been there that I have not received 10 star service! My most recent trip involved looking for mounting tape for my canvases. Im walking around the store completely lost as to what product to buy while holding a variety of tapes in my arms. The manager by the name of Stephanie approached me asking me what she could help with and she took time to bring me down 2 to 3 aisles showing me all the variety of products while giving me explanations about what works and what doesnt based upon her own experiences. We stood there in the aisles talking about the size of my canvases, the surfaces that they were going on etc. Stephanie was so on point and so thoroughly detailed in her service provided. She then went on to say that any mounting products bought could be returned if they didnt work, which was further impressive because typically if you have used a product at any store they will not take it back. Overall I felt like I was shopping with a friend, thats the level of kindness, enthusiasm and support I got from Stephanie. I stand in so much gratitude for her as a manager and the rest of the employees at that store! Thank you for raising my vibration and making me smile from ear to ear! Thank you for reinstalling my confidence when it comes to hanging photos in my new home! Looking forward to shop with you again!

Very friendly and helpful hardware store. Every person I have had to interact with was very helpful from the people who work inside the store to the people who checked me out. Even when I had a small screw type thing the guy took me right to it and explained how I would use it.

This is a very friendly local spot!! I use it for all my forgotten items I need while completing a project. Prices are fair! If youre looking to save every penny then you dont understand a small business model

If I had a business I would want that staff working for me.Parking can be tricky but luckily people go in and out quick.Overall great place and highly recommend it and will be back.

Very helpful. Surprisingly packed with lots of goodies in this location. They also have art supplies and other nice gifts.

Daniel was helpful in assisting me with the bolts for my project. He recommended a few sizes for the bolts that will better suit the project I required.

Four and a half stars. Customer service was outstanding. Staff were knowledgeable about the products I went in looking for. Only reason a five star was not given was because they have no restroom.

We really needed it last minute and he was able to help us in a pinch. The cashier (I didn’t get her name) was so nice and friendly and helped us with a return that couldn’t be found in the computer system. We saw her the next day in the aisles and she said hello to us. Tiny hardware store that still manages to have the things you need. You cant shop for more than 5 minutes without an associate asking if they can help you. Dog friendly business. They close early.

This place is unique by itself in every way possible. The employees are all helpful with every customer. Usually my girl goes in to do the buying and I stay with the children . Since shes the one with the ideas and concepts of every project. But today I went in to buy a wet vac and I didnt that they had so many employees helping out all the customers. I guess this is why she loves going to this location. Good job thanks again for the service you provide to all of us.
