Painless process and hes happy with the car. I just went back there again to get an appraisal and test drive a different car and its still a clean place with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I appraised 2 cars there and both times they gave me numbers that either met or exceeded the average quote for the area. Its a no-BS straightforward place with a really cool car selection.

Took an offer at my house and when we got to dealer they said they couldn’t pay that price. Long story short ... they said they made a mistake. Either way I asked what’s the value of a handshake these days? Initially they would not agree to terms of sale. They took of my registration and then realized they would have to pay for a new one. Then agreed again to pay for my truck. Huge runaround and frustration. I agreed with manager not to give a bad review AND shook his hand. Feel like 3stars is not a bad review. Would never deal with them again for wasting my time! They gave me an offer...”shook hands on it” I brought the truck there and then they bailed out! Let me leave without registration on my vehicle. Then decided to pay their offer after realizing they would have to pay for my registration again. Would love to give one star but shook hands not to give bad review. 2012 Suburban 3stars is good enough!
