Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had only one small objection. After my service I was given a free car was inside and out. Unfortunately I only had 3 days to use it and it rained one if those days. Didnt get to use it. I think a month would be better than 3 days, you never know if it rains. Snows or a personal issue comes up.

I would have given 5 stars as the dealership (112) Mazda in Medford, New York)and Joe Caggiano (salesman) were exceptional....My complaint is with Mazda and the CX-30 appointments....I leased the CX-30 Premium model (the highest package until you get to the 2.5 premium plus) and was shocked to find that although the car had gadgets like heads-up display and adaptive cruise control (they call it Mazda radar assist with stop and go) it lacked certain “basics” that have been in every vehicle I have owned over the last 20 years like Auto dimming rear view mirror (I haven’t had a car with the manual rear view mirror since the 80’s), home link (ditto) and what they call front and rear parking assist (a warning when you get too close to objects when parking)....I admit that I didn’t ask but since these things have come in every vehicle I’ve owned for the last twenty years I never thought about it....Again, I am not complaining about the dealership and sales team but definitely about the appointments on the vehicle.... Wake up Mazda and come all the way into the 21st century....Just a warning to check every detail in a new Mazda and to not take anything for granted...

Drove from Eagle Mazda in Riverhead this afternoon directly to 112 Mazda because the way they treated us at Eagle in Riverhead was as if they had no interest in selling a car. They said we have to go through the whole process of agreeing on a price before wed even be able to test drive the vehicle. Came to Mazda 112 and it was a completely night and day experience. Declan was the salesperson and made the whole experience exceptional. Pleasant, respectful, friendly and efficient. An exceptionally well-run business and what a stark comparison to their competitor, Eagle Mazda in Riverhead, just 30 minutes away. After totalling my car, starting the new car buying process was something I didnt even want to deal with. After going to a few dealerships, we stopped by Mazda half an hour before closing and asked for a test drive. Ive worked at dealerships before and I know the eye rolls people get at the end of the day when they ask for a test drive half an hour before closing, we were welcomed with positive attitudes and lots of knowledge. Two days later I came back to put a deposit on the car, today I picked up. This dealership was the most painless car shopping experience Ive ever experienced, I was surprised things went so smooth. Pat was AMAZING and I cant say enough good things about the dealership and all the people I got to work with there. I will absolutely recommend Mazda 112 to anyone. I had a wonderful experience at Mazda 112. I usually dread buying a new car, but I actually enjoyed every step of the process there. They never made me feel rushed or pressured in any way. They listened to me and made the process quick and painless. The dealership and the salesman made the process easy, and there was always quick and clear communication both in person and texting. The final price was exactly as stated (no last-minute surprises). The entire experience from my initial questions texting the dealership to my final purchase I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Our salesman Joe went above & beyond handling all the paperwork and having the car ready for us, working with us late. He has a way of making you feel like you are one of his friends or family. I truly appreciate everything he and the entire Mazda 112 did for us. I will recommend Mazda 112 to everyone I know.

Called and asked that a picture be sent to me showcasing the level of rust present on the frame of a truck I intended on immediately putting a down payment on. I was told by “Zach” that the photo would be sent within 15 minutes...2 hours and 2 phone calls later and still nothing I am being told he is away from his desk. Finally I call back for a 3rd time just to be told the truck has been sold. Beware of this dealership and avoid at all costs. When I showed my displeasure in this situation he laughed and hung up, can’t believe they would hire someone like that to sell vehicles...so shameful!

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with! I called several dealerships with the same question, and many of them said theyd get back to me and never did. Jonathan actually put me on hold and gave the answer immediately, and I greatly appreciated it. He also was easy to reach and follow up with regarding the car. Although I ultimately did not buy a car from here due to color choices, I certainly had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I can’t begin to discuss my dismay with this establishment. I was trying to surprise my brother with a new truck and was absolutely bamboozled by the shifty eyes salesman Zack. He had me waiting all day for a photo of a truck that we called many times to check the status of just to come and find out he was “away from the desk” a million times. Turns out he sold the truck right from underneath us when we made it known we wanted to put a down payment on it to begin with. Then he had the audacity to try and tell us “oh we have an 8 year newer and 2 times more expensive ram we can offer instead”. The obvious answer was no, and he laughed when we refused and then hung up the phone. Say goodbye to our $25,000 up front purchase and many more future purchase that were to come. Who’s laughing now Zack, definitely not your paycheck because it’s going to be missing it’s commission!

Picked up our 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Premium today. We traded a 2013 Grand Touring for the updated features and technology of a new model. We looked at other popular SUVs but but all roads took us back to a Mazda. The ratings and features for the money made this a no brainer for us. Pat McCuen our salesman and Austin Malkasian (Manager) were outstanding. From purchase to finance to delivery we had no pressure. I feel the trade and new vehicle cost were very reasonable. This truly was an enjoyable car buying experience! Since I am already a repeat buyer, I can say I did and would not hesitate to purchase here again.

I just bought an Infinity QX50 2016 with this dealer! Their customer service was ok until two weeks later my battery failed and will not replace it for free since I just bought the car. This was supposed to be a so called certified pre-own! Really?!!!! Beware!

From the moment we entered the showroom, our salesman Pat McCuen was friendly, low-key, and informative. He created a completely pressure free atmosphere. I took the car for the test drive and Pat pointed out all the special features of the model. I have never had a Mazda or a SUV before but I immediately knew that i wanted this car. When i came back to pick up the car, complete the paper work, lease contract, etc, everything went smoothly. The total experience, from beginning to end was excellent.

It is a 50/50 review. My wife got the CX5and I got a CX9. Both cars look great and have very powerful engines ( great pickup speed). I had to pay extra for things to be added to the 9 that the 5 already had. I was already paying more for the “higher” model, but it left a litter bitter taste in my mouth that I had to pay more for small extras. The 9 is considered their luxury SUV. It should come with the small things like heated seats or a GPS. I just got an offer for a renewal for a new 9 with a “slight” higher payment. There is no way that is happening. I have been waiting for this lease to be up to change vehicles . I like the Mazda’s and might consider the 5 but no way on the 9. I am definitely checking other dealerships for better deals.

I’ve bought two used cars here, positive experience both times. Pricing was fair and they allow you to bring a mechanic and will put the car up on a lift. Both cars seems to be great quality. Ask for Tyler the young salesman, he is great. They even agreed to put new brake pads on, after the car passed NYS inspection.

Went for my first oil change and the cx5 needed a computer software upgrade. Got there at 2:07 (7 minutes late ) but all went well. They took me immediately. The oil change was done, the software upgraded, and I was still having my free coffee and free bagels. All work was done in less than one hour... my old Honda dealer took almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Went to pay the bill but was told that since this was my first oil change, there was no charge. What a pleasant surprise. Mazda 112 this is a great start to our friendship.

Between the terrible sales department and horrific service we will not be back. Our Cx5 is not the problem, it is the staff of Mazda 112.Leasing the car three years ago went well, purchasing the car from them was a different story. We were promised a particular rate and after waiting over 4 hours (with an appointment) finance came back and offered 2% higher. Our sales persons response was its only a few more dollars per month, it was actually 20$ more per month. Needless to say we went to the bank directly.Now three years later, the car needs a software update. I have no radio, phone or navigation in the car in the meantime. It took one week to schedule an appointment. My husband booked online and it gave us the option to have a loaner car (since there were no appointments to wait). I arrive only to be told there are no loaner cars that I will have to wait 3 hours. I ask to reschedule for a weekend so it can be dropped off...another two week wait.Incompetent staff is the problem. Poor service.
