Absolute best car buying experience we have ever had!Our sales rep John was quick to get me any info I needed which was great since we live out of town, and everything was ready to go upon our arrival when it came time for the test drive and purchase!Even with our slight hiccups during paperwork (no ones fault) we were done start to finish in 3.5hrs and our finance man Jesse was amazing, always thanking us for our patience and apologizing for the issues that were very much not his fault. All in all a fantastic experience 😊

Great place to buy a vehicle that will last a long time. The salesmen seem honest and willing to go the extra mile to get you into the vehicle that will work best for you. We did have an issue twice with names being spelled incorrectly but we fixed that with the finance company and all is good.We got a service contract and got our first oil change. The service department was great. There was a Keurig to use with lots of things to choose from. They also had water bottles available for customers. And if you need a soda or snack there are vending machines in the very spacious waiting area. This is a good dealership to work with.We have a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon Value.

Have purchased 2 used cars and 4 new cars from Butler over the last 25 years. Always do my best to keep my money local and have had good experiences. Was getting ready to buy my last kid to graduate a new Elantra. Same car I bought from them twice for my older son. (he crashed the first one). As always you can find lower prices up north, but as I said I like to keep my money local if possible and always willing to pay more here. I called to see how close they could get to the lower prices up north. I made if very clear repeatedly that I was paying cash for the car and just wanted the lowest price. They gave me a price I could live with, even though it was about 2k over the Portland dealer. I again verified with the salesman that I qualified for all rebates mentioned and we were guaranteed the price. He confirmed it with me. So I had my wife drop me off to pick up the car. I took it for a quick drive then came in to do the paperwork. The salesman came to me with a price 1k higher than I was told. I was beyond angry. I had repeatedly said I do not want to waste my time nor his. He said that the 1k was because I wasnt using Hyundai financing. I said I repeated to you multiple times I was paying cash! The salesman had basically nothing to say but to just stare at me. I walked out had to walk halfway home while my wife drove back down to get me. Drove to Portland the next day and bough the car. Hate the drive but at least they did not Lie to me about the price. I will never buy from Butler again, cant believe they throw away a lifelong customer that probably had another 6-7 cars in future purchases to try to lie me out of a grand.

So, car maintenance chores are usually a drag right? Well, my experience at Butler Hyundai changed that for me. I would go have coffee with these people, seriously. Clive in parts made sure my order was there, Donovan, my service manager was friendly, patient, showed me the damaged part and even called me the next day to make sure all was ok! Really? Who does that? Amanda explained the invoice, answered my questions and was really just nice. And Muriel in the warranty department was great too! I went in for warranty questions, and they were supposed to check on it and let.me know, after several months i called them and they said they have nothing on file for me, and then said they cant answer my questions without my paperwork which i brought in to them in april. The whole experience has been really unprofessional and i regret buying a hyundai now.

I have a 2012 Huyndai Sonata. The car has a TON of extended warranties and a lifetime warranty on the engine because the year/model has had SO many problems. This dealership knows all this and refuses to honor any of them without a mandatory diagnostic hour to ensure they order the right parts.Heres the thing - if it turns out to be what is covered under the extended warranty - they still charge you for the diagnostic hour because hyundai doesnt pay us to diagnose it and thats not fair to my mechanic to not be paid for his time.This is a lie - and a terrible business practice. I have been burned by them 3 separate times. I will drive to eugene to go to a different dealer, rather than ever do business with Butler Hyundai.

In March, while I was on the way to make a big girl move to Los Angeles from Portland, my car broke down on the side of the I-5, on the top of Mount Ashland. In sweatpants, at 2 PM in the afternoon and on my way to spend the night in San Francisco, I was completely dumbfounded and an emotional wreck.I got a recommendation from a local State Trooper that waited with me for the towing service to go to Butler, because they had always took care of his family and friends. I got to the dealership right before they were closing, but they took care of me anyways.I have to give a big shoutout to Donovan Smith specifically, because he went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Without him, the entire thing wouldve been a disaster. The cars engine was covered under an extended warranty, and he got me to an enterprise to rent a car to finish my move right before they closed. I was able to move myself and my stuff, and I had my car delivered to the closest Hyundai to me in Los Angeles - reunited in our new home!Since then, I have been in touch with the dealership over little glitches and questions, and they have been there for me every step of the way.Amazing people who care about their customers. They deserve any and all the business they get!

I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told there was a recall on the ABS system. To complete the work on the recall they had to connect to Hyundai to complete the job. They knew there were problems connecting to Hyundai days before I brought my car in. They should never had started the recall fix, knowing there were connection problems. They could have scheduled another time to fix the recall, and everything would have been fine. They had my car for 8 days before I got it back. SAD

WOW! does this Santa Fe Limited have some tech! It drives like European car $30K more expensive! If you want to check these cars out London Stein is your man! I have bought 3 cars at this location. I am/was a very loyal customer to not only the Hyundai brand, but to Butler as well. My complaint is with the service department.My wife brought our Elantra in for the oil change service and to change her headlights. I waited in the car, so I could give her a ride to work.The gentleman helping her at the desk had a very negative attitude to begin with. When she asked for both of the headlights to be changed, he argued that was not needed. My wife told him that was her preference. His response was, β€œdid your dad teach you that?” Well, the answer is no... she knows what she is doing, all on her own. His response was, β€œonly old timers request that.” He then proceeded to explain why his thought was more important than my wife’s request. He finally relented after, my guess, he realized my wife wanted the service she was requesting.After I had dropped my wife at work, I received a text from her. She said the gentleman had called her and told her it would cost hundreds of dollars to change the one headlight because he would need to remove the whole bumper. This is absolutely absurd. What car manufacturer would assemble a car in that manner? My wife refused to spend hundreds of dollars on a headlight change and reluctantly told him it was ok to not change it.The simplest of google searches takes you to HYUNDAI official forums. You know, the one from the manufacturer to answer common and uncommon questions about a particular mode of car. Numerous videos and explanations on how to do it without removing the bumper... maybe unhook the battery? I’m appalled at this level of service, and the for the fact that my wife was lied to by this gentleman while trying to take her hard earned money for work on a car that definitely did not need to take place.Hire better service people and technicians. Your sales people are great, but it’s a moot point when the relationship is actually longer with the service department. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.My question I would like answered is this... would the gentleman have treated my β€˜husband’ the same way? By the words he choose to use with my wife, I wholeheartedly fee he would treat a man much differently. Shame on you Butler.

Absolutely LOVED my experience at Butler Hyundai, I had a notebook paper full of questions that I wanted answer before I even considered buying a new car. London, one of the sale associates was great! He answered all my questions, gave me all the info I needed, and that was before we even looked at any cars. He was patient and gracious with me and my questions/concerns. Rikki, was also great to work with, he had all the answers on finances, even when I came up with strange what if situations, The company was very professional, felt more like I was working with friends, than a car dealership. I was at Butler Hyundai a few days ago. The test drive with the 2020 Sonata was very relaxing and non stressful. I didnt feel any pressure to buy and London was very knowledgeable and honest. I wanted to go home and do some more research on the Sonata and London kindly drove me to Panda Express which is near to the bus that I needed to take home. That way I didnt need to transfer buses and have to flag down the 60 in front of the sheriffs office.

They gave us an extremely fair deal on our trade and gave us great financing and trim options to meet OUR wants...not theirs. Afterwords and completely satisfied there, I needed to wait and did so in service waiting area and asked Receptionist/ Cashier Mariel Eyman if it may be possible to have a fax received there though I would need and continue to wait as it would be sent after a bit. This person didnt make it feel as an intrusion or any big deal. The reason for this review is I was a long way from home and have never been treated so kind. Went in a couple months ago to buy my first car on my own. Was helped by Alexander Negles, and he was awesome. Not pushy, yet attentive to my needs and very patient. It ended up taking a huge chunk of the day, but he worked all day to make my payments as low as I needed and to figure out how to make it work for me. As a retired equipment service business owner I was VERY impressed with Service Adviser Donovan Smith. He provided knowledgeable and pertinent advice regarding my 2011 Santa Fe. I had both extended warranty and non-warranty work done and he kept me informed of changes in both scope of work and the anticipated completion date. Checking in and pickup upon completion were both very smooth. BTW, I felt the prices charged for both parts and labor were very reasonable. (I normally purchase my automotive parts at the wholesale level.) I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Butler Hyundai!

My brother and I were trying to help our mom with finding a vehicle to lease at a price that met her needs but also fit within her monthly budget.The salesman that we worked with at Butler Hyundai, John Wilsie, provided such great service and made every effort to help us along the way to ensure that the experience went seamlessly and was stress free for her.The service that he provided reminded us that there are still companies out there that know what the term Customer Service actually means.John listened to our needs. I don’t know why I took so long to write this review, but I worked at Butler Hyundai for a short period of time about a year ago and I can’t say enough good things about Butler! I only left because I received another great opportunity. I believe they are one of the most honest and genuine companies in the valley. The Butlers themselves care for their employees and take great care of them. I highly recommend them for employment and for a new or used car. I’m still in love with 2018 Hyundai Sonata and I love catching up with all the employees when I go in for my oil change. I was so happy to hear the Kyle Ellsworth has become the GM there, he’s such a nice honest guy! If you’re looking to buy I recommend John Wilsie, he really knows his stuff and will work with Kyle to get you the best deal.

Absolutely incredible experience. We were traveling from way out of town and our car broke down. These guys were so nice and took great care of us, setting us up with a rental car to continue our vacation, and slipped our car into their busy schedule and had it done within a week! I was so surprised with how nice everyone was, especially the service manager Donovan. Great experience from a bad situation.

We had an excellent experience at Butler Hyundai. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It didnt feel like you were being pressured, yet they were still very attentive. Our salesman, John was super helpful and made the process for a first time buyer comprehensive and dare I say it -- fun! The financing process did take longer than expected, but it was worth the wait to walk out and see the car with a big bow and balloons!

My husbands 2012 Tucsons engine threw a rod through the engine block out of NOWHERE. We were completely lost, had no idea what to do, and were so overwhelmed. All I can say is that Donovan at Butler Hyundai is *probably* an angel sent from heaven to look out over a couple of youngsters trying to make their way in this world!Hes managed to help our case better than we could have hoped for, hes given us advice for what to do on the next car we buy, and he helped us navigate options to research when we thought our car was totaled. My experience was excellent. Before purchasing a new vehicle I did my homework on the car I wanted and my trade in. If you do this then your visit will be smooth. It is a car dealership and they want to make money so stay firm with what you are wanting for a trade in. My trade in was within the KBB range so I was good with what was finally offered. Kori provided me with prices of vehicles I was interested in over the phone. John worked with me over the phone and in person. He was very attentive to my needs with my trade in and purchase. He was an excellent person to work with. Extremely knowledgeable with the vehicles and all the accessories/technology with the vehicle. He took the time to walk me through all the technology within the vehicle and also went back the next day to set up the Blue Link. I love my new vehicle and appreciate the service provided.

I recently bought a car and the overall experience was nice I liked my salesmen they were fun and enjoyable to be around. The only thing I could critic is the during the financing process it took some very strong convincing that I did not want the extra stuff on the after market warranty, lifetime this lifetime that etc. This is why they only get 4 out of 5 stars. The other over all process was quite enjoyable, I was treated fairly and walked away with a good deal. I love the car and I am glad I went to Butler Hyundai!!!

The Product Specialist, London Stein was professional and very personable. It was a great not having to deal with the stereotypical β€œused car salesman” attitude.The Financial Services Director, Rikki Fraughton, explained the process clearly and facilitated all of the paperwork, clarified concerns with no pressure. I had a tall order for my boss to fill of two very specific cars, and he was patient, found them, let me go through the 12 cars he had for me to look at without judgement or pushing! And we were able to find the two perfect cars for my boss to walk in, sign the papers, and drive off with the two cars they needed for the business! Made a daunting task so easy!!!
