The best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership! The temperature indicator came on while traveling in Oregon, called and spoke to Zack, and he told us to swing by and they would look at it. Zack, the service manager, personally looked at the vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and communicated with our home Volkswagen dealership what they needed to do once we got home. Made both my wife and I feel very safe and secure. Thank you so much for the positive experience.

I have a tendency to trade in my car a bit more often than I should, but these guys take great care of us every time. I have purchased 3 cars from Steaven, who is absolutely wonderful every time. He isn’t pushy, throughly answers every question we have, and is an all around great person to spend a few hours browsing cars with. Purchased a Tiguan about a year ago. Six months later, Under my Certified Pre-Owned Warranty I drove an hour to have my window repaired. Was told when I arrived that I had to wait 3 hours. They fixed the window, no charge, all good. Today, the same problem, different window. I am expected to drive the hour, wait 3 hours and be charged $50.00. Frankly, I haven’t had the best experience here. When I purchased my car I came in with a pre-approved loan yet they still ran my credit and tried to place me with a different lender which I specifically asked them NOT to do.

Waited over 6 hours for a transmission service, tire rotation, and oil change. I was told the transmission service takes 1.5 hr. The transmission needed to cool down before starting the service. So what took so long is my question.

When I called initially, they told me they would call me back and they did not. I called back and got a service appointment, and no one warned me that it would take hours. I sat in the dealership for 3 hours waiting for a transmission error on my car to be assessed, and while I waited, I felt like I had to constantly check-in for service to be done on my car.When I finally got the report (which cost me $100), they said that my car will need a selector level replacement, which is a special part that needs to be ordered and replaced for $1,360. If its not replaced, my car could apparently go limp, meaning it will not go above 35 mph, and this could happen in years or weeks. When asked whether this was cause for a recall, I was told that recalls are done for safety issues only. Would my car potentially going limp on the freeway not qualify as a safety issue?My car is not that old and does not have that many miles. Overall, during my time here, I felt like I was not taken care of and that I had to be very skeptical of the service I was receiving. At this time, I would not recommend this dealer or VW in general.

They were able to put me in the exact car i wanted for less than anywhere else, and had me in my new car in just a couple of days. I highly recommend this dealership they are friendly and very accommodating which is not something you find very often when purchasing a vehicle.

Every time I’ve come here there’s an issue. I’ve called and left messages but get no response (multiple times), I’ve ordered extra keys, which they forgot to order, but when they did order the key, they never called when the key came in, and then today, my car sat in the garage all day, waiting for an oil change, but no one did it! Now, I have to sit here for 45 minutes, after work, and wait for them to do it! I’m done.UPDATE: to make amends for todays fiasco, they waived my oil change fee! This is much appreciated. Thank you! :)

Justin did a great job letting me know about my car when it was going back and when it was completed.The time the oil change took was actually spot on the estimate given for the first time, hopefully that regimen keeps up since thats my main gripe with coming in for service here is the time it takes is always double the estimate given when dropping the car off, or just about anyways, I think this is because the wrong phone number is called usually when the car is completed.My only complaint from this visit would be that the technician who did the oil change only put a little under half the required oil in, I do have an oil leak, but it isnt THAT bad to lose over half the oil overnight, it leaks about half a quart every 2 weeks, so less than full was put in and I had to top it up with ~2quarts today before leaving since I noticed the level on the dipstick was wayyyy too low.

I will never go back to this dealership ever again! Horrible service. Nobody knows what they are doing and they love to take advantage of you. Cari and Zack have awful customer service. Every time I have gone into this dealership I have waited for hours. One time I brought my car in because it was overheating and waited for two hours for them to say they didn’t know what was wrong with it. They also didn’t call me to let me know what was going on with the car and when I tried to contact them nobody would answer. Their communication skills suck!!

I have bought two vehicles from Volkswagen, we have had nothing but trouble with service staff. Available appointments are not available for weeks on end. I left three messages to set up an oil change in a two week span, and no one ever returned my phone calls. I have never been more disrespected by customer service. When lease is up I will let the car go due to not wanting to deal with the service staff at Volkswagen in Medford.There was also physical damage on our vehicle, and they told us it was there when we dropped it off. Which is completely false. There’s no accountability. I would never buy another car from Volkswagen Medford again.If I could give them zero stars I would.Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Ive taken my TDI to these guys several times and have had nothing but good experiences. I happened to have a mechanical issue near the dealership so took my car in without an appointment. They were extremely, extremely busy but still managed to get my car looked at in a reasonable time, and got me in a loaner. Great customer service from Eddie Villagran and his team.

Best new car buying experience ever...I emailed Lithia on New Years Eve 2019 looking at a very specific and limited availability 2019 Golf R. After I emailed, I promptly received an email response from Kathryn, who would ultimately sell me the new car.After calling Kathryn and clarifying a few details, we completed all the preliminary documents via email. The following day, New Years Day, Kathryn personally delivered the new car some 250 miles right to our front door to complete the transaction!I worked with Kathryn in Sales and briefly with the finance manager, both of whom provided clear concise information, making this literally the easiest new car purchase Ive ever made. Lithia had my vehicle in for a while looking over a knock sensor and was able to fix it. I ended up getting a check engine light that came on and was causing problems with the vehicle. I took it back to them and found the problems and remedied them. They even discounted their labor for the problems on the vehicle. Took a little while but the cars is running great now.

Ive been taking my 03 Passat to the service department here for ten years now, and they have always been quick and friendly. I just had a full service, and had a great experience dealing with Zack Kryzanski. Both he and the service tech were very responsive and informative, and my car is now running smoothly.The only issue I had was with the initial contact to set up the appointment. The website was not working that day, so I had an online chat with Brittney to try to set up an appointment, but I guess she didnt relay the chat to the service department? I set it up two days later on the phone with no problem.However, I highly recommend this place for VW service.

I understand that I passed on issues that we’re recommended (for $2500!), but even the smaller things that I asked for to get fixed like the speedometer working & all the lights on the dash flashing are still the same. Danielle is the receptionist in the VW service department. What an asset to the team! She is always so pleasant and accommodating. Cool and calm under pressure. She makes you feel welcomed. The sales lady wasnt up on all of the gadgets and doodads. When asked a question I had to wait until she went over her speel and then I didnt always get my question answered. I already own a Tiguan but still was forced to hear her lesson plan as she droned on and on. We had a great trade in, Toyota Tundra with 50,000 miles on her. We paid the rest by check so this sale could of been much simpler. The Atlas rides like her sister car my Tiguan. We averaged 23mpg coming home. The Tig averages 32mpg. Both solid built cars. Hugs the road nicely whereas our old Honda CR-V felt insecure on mtn roads. Plenty of room for both my 6`4 hubby and my 5`8 frame. Hubby has been figuring out the entire manual. He admits to never using some of the control buttons on his 2016 Tundra. If we give up the learning part at 71 than were sure to Some how life has passed us by

My daughter and I decided to look at some cars while we waited and was initially greeted by Kathryn who was very unprofessional. Update this place is a rip off!The wheels on this SEL Tiguan have failed, meaning the clear coat on one of the colors has failed. Most of the time VW will repair them. But not in my case. Then read on when I took delivery of this $32,000 car!Service department does not match sales! Poor poor customer service. I bought a new unit, there was a small blemish. When they repaired it they did tremendous more damageI learned a lesson & will never do business with this Volkswagen dealer in Medford.

We called ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and told them that we were coming from out of town, when we showed up they couldn’t find us in their system and the receptionist said oh I’ll see if they can do it!?! They were very helpful and friendly in the beginning and said it should take an hour or less – but unfortunately at the two hour mark they could not tell me if there was something wrong or why it wasn’t done? I kept asking if something might be wrong, but after checking they just said it was taking longer than expected?!? At 2.5 hours the we Asked if there was something really wrong-the answer was I don’t know! Finally it came-we paid and drove 8 miles down the road and a WARNING light came on saying oil overfill problem!! Go back to service ASAP !!! So here I sit at the dealership with no vehicle at the 3:45 hour mark and just hope to go home the 2.5 hours I still need to drive??? Upon our return. The only thing he said was All I can say is I’m sorry. I am NOT favorably impressed With my overpriced oil change that will take at least 4 hours at this dealership. I am NOT a satisfied customer and I am worried now.

Car key/fob broke with battery acid corrosion in the interior housing. Would have been $300+ to order a new one, but thankfully didnt have to come to that with the help of Justin. He took a look at the old one and was able to clean up the battery acid and pop in a new battery, free of charge! Absolutely great, thank you again for fixing everything up!

I had my key fob stolen. I called the dealership in a panic because it had just happened and the thief was likely in the area and I feared he would come back and steal my car. They said they couldnt receive my car! They also told me it would take 2 weeks to get new key fobs. I had to call back 3 times to get a nice person who would talk to me and try to help me solve the issue. Got the car towed and I came with the tow truck driver. Filled out the service ticket and then went to parts to order the 2 key fobs. this was early on a Friday afternoon. the parts guy told me it would be 3-5 days to get the key fobs. I called on Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs and they told me it wasnt in. I went out of town for the weekend, so I didnt call back till the following Monday. when I called Parts they told me it still wasnt in. I called back later in the day and got a different person. He told me it wasnt in. I asked him how it was being shipped and he said Fed-X. I asked him to either track the package or give me the tracking number. He tracked it. The Fobs had been delivered the previous week on Tuesday. WTH! Seriously? Ive been borrowing rides to work and I live 35 miles out of town and I could have had my car 6 days previously. This is my 3rd experience with Lithia. they have all been bad. I hate that I am forced to use you guys for things like this. If I had a choice, I would never go to a Lithia owned company.

Sales rep Ryan will offer to keep the store open after hours for you before buying and will go the extra mile, but If you need anything after buying then good luck!Unlike Toyoya who delivered the vehicle to my door and connected the door garage to the vehicle. I had a scheduled appointment at 11 am (It was not a walk-in it was a scheduled appointment) It took them 2 hours and 30 minutes just to change the oilWhile I totally understand getting behind, I cannot understand why they don’t communicate that if I’m setting in their waiting area.I would excuse them and bring the car on a different day. But to keep telling me it’s almost done, 10 more minutes and so on is unacceptable.This is inconsiderate and disrespectful for people’s time.Today I have to return the car because the coolant light is red!I’m disappointed from Volkswagen to the point I’m planning to sell the vehicle just before the second due maintenance so I don’t have to deal with them anymore!

DO NOT TRUST LITHIA!! They are a very money hungry corporation and will do whatever it takes to make an extra buck! Horrible staff in general, poor service and ran solely by greed. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY VEHICLE AGAIN! Please take my advice and be aware of their con ran system. Staff was extremely friendly when I was buying my vehicle. In fact everyone was so nice and seemed like they wanted to help I recommend their services to everyone I talked to! However once my vehicle needed service it was a whole different story. Staff was rude, not helpful whatsoever and didn’t seem to care about my safety at all!! They were only concerned with making MORE money. I was extremely taken advantage of by the finance department and received horrible service from the service department. All of the associates at this dealership were absolutely great to deal with. I was with them almost the whole day and into the evening, long after their service techs and employees should have been home. There was one issue with a piece of machinery that caused a delay in getting my car back together and they made sure I was able to drive my car out of there that evening. I bought a VW Passat from Lithia in Medford a few months ago and was really pleased with the purchase but my car always smelled like a wet dog inside. By the time of the purchase I mentioned this and was told that it was detailed and that was the reason but the smell never went away, about a week ago I finally took it in and was told that the drainage from the sunroof was plugged and that was the reason that my trunk and the inside of my car was wet. They were kind enough to take care of that, I went in today but the car was still wet inside so they are going to dry the inside and vacuum the wetness out. Hopefully I get it back tomorrow well dried out and ready to go. The people working there are very helpful, thank you for fixing the issue!

I have had nothing but weird experiences at this dealership. It’s been extremely difficult to get through to make an appointment. Twice after leaving the dealership (both service appointments for my 2018 Atlas) the check engine light has gone on within an hour or two. The people working at the dealership are all very nice and seem competent, however the whole place is definitely lacking in the customer service department. It takes weeks to get in and typically they can’t fix whatever the problem is without a second appointment. Overall I’m very disappointed with this dealership.

I liked the salesperson, the finance manager, and all employees. I was satisfied with the price of the car and the warranty, which i wanted because of the age and mileage. Everyone at the dealer was sincerely friendly and helpful.

Came in looking for a vehicle for tax reasons and needed a new van. Unfortunately Volkswagen doesn’t make a new passenger van although I must give credit where credit is due. My wife and I where absolutely blown away with level of Customer service salesman Hunter gave us. He made us feel like we just arrived at a resort, making sure we had beverages and answered all of our questions with a great attitude. He knew more about the other vehicles we where looking at then the salesman did at the other dealerships where they sold them. If we ever need any other vehicle we are not going to hesitate to go there first. Keep up the great work Hunter! We will be back

Very friendly, extremely fast and great work. Came in with no appointment due to car trouble for unknown reason. Within 3 weeks car was diagnosed, fixed, and ended up costing me way less than originally thought. They saved me hundreds of dollars.

This place was wonderful to work with when buying a car for my dad. The BIGGEST downfall they have is that they SELL YOUR PHONE NUMBER to every telemarketing agency around. This is the only place I gave with my phone number with my dads name. Now I get 10x scam phone calls a day. I think that is rotten what they did. I bought a brand new car from them and then they SELL MY PHONE NUMBER. Its beyond ridiculous. I will no longer buy my cars from there. For this reason alone.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with and was very informed. The entire process was made easy as well as not trying to switch from the vehicle that I had inquired about. Did receive a call from someone that was not associated with Lithia after providing my contact information on line and they did not have the truck that I was inquiring about.
