I give this place 5 stars because they have excellent service! Stephen and Don went out of there way to make sure I had a car that I was comfortable with. This car lot has an excellent selection. Vehicles on the lot are diversified. Need a truck? Its there, probably more. Need an SUV, they have it! Took a look at their 2011 Blue Subaru Outback with just over 200k miles asking for nearly 8k.I was initially told the vehicle is in good condition and was received just last week.Looking over it I noted very little coolant in the reservoir and normal wear and tear for a 10 year old vehicle. Ended up taking the vehicle on a 15 min test drive and within two blocks of pulling back into the lot the vehicle stuttered, and the Check engine light, Transmission light and brake light all began flashing on the dash (likely telling me to stop immediately). It also went into fail safe mode not allowing me to drive the vehicle over 20mph. I pulled a code using my scanner for a Transmission Control System (P0700).When I got out the vehicle I smelled something burning faintly.I spoke to the salesman explaining the issues and he reiterated that it was in good condition, walked away with a DEQ Slip stating there were no codes. I was surprised at the response and ended up walking away.***EDIT***The owner of the establishment got ahold of me with a sincere apology regarding the situation. He offered his services if I were to decide on picking out a vehicle in his establishment or outside of it. I did end up finding a used vehicle via private party though having the owner reach out to me personally regarding the situation and how humbly he handled it- I give kiddos to him as there aren’t many used dealerships anymore with this kind of customer service.

Travel 300 mi for the best deal in the state. Would have traveled 300 more for the deal I got. Nothing but honesty and unbelievable customer service. Cannot be happier. Next time you need a vehicle come to these guys, get with Stephen.

Just about the easiest car buying experience weve ever had. Straight forward and well priced. Even our loan agent was surprised at how much under KBB the price was. Didnt try to upsale or BS us. There was something we chose to have done and he sent us to his mechanic. The price was just about half what the major tire place down the road was going to charge us. Very pleased with our experience with Steven.

I would never even gave them a star but I had to in order to make my review terrible place to go they will sell you a broken car . This place is shady and it will ruin your life by being stuck in a car that is pretty much totaled. These people have burden my loved one with payments on a car for nothing and had to sell the car and get a new one and lost all her money for your own good go somewhere else !!
