Needed a second car and went to smith haven auto on 112. Rich came outside to help us, he was very knowledgeable about the cars, prices and etc. Rich made us feel comfortable and confident in what we were getting when we left. Destyne in sales who did the paperwork for the bank and went over our monthly payments, the interest rate, the insurance and more was so so nice. Coach Harry was tremendous. I literally felt and still feel like family. He put me into a great car that I actually wanted with no BS. The no fees advertised was true. While they were getting all the paperwork and back end bank stuff done Coach Harry followed me back home and while traveling back to the dealership to finalize everything we came across a woman who was distressed to say the least, because her daughter just had surgery and was struggling to breathe and was in major pain laying on the side of the road just off the highway. The woman didn’t speak English well and Coach Harry took the phone (911 call) and got the ambulance to come quickly. What an experience. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to come.
