Excellent customer service!

This place is chill. I went on a Wednesday and there was nobody else there. It cost $49.75 for the smog fee and an additional $8.25 to submit the pass certificate to the dmv digitally. If you dont pass the first time they give u 60 days to come back and run it again for free so thats a plus. Literally took 15 minutes and I was done.

Some silly old snowflake refused to help me after i asked him to hand the temp sensor i brought in back to me - place is a joke.

Excellent service! The employee accidentally sold me the wrong item and when I returned to get the right one he didnt charge me for the additional cost of the correct item. He really made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again!

Another place that will have a lot of different parts that others dont offer or carry.. Electronics at the best price.. They carry stuff that the Ford dealerships dont stock.or carry anymore that make the difference..

I would give this store a zero if I could. I deal with several parts stores and distributors and this was Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The clerk at the front counter, Bob was completely rude and condescending. After dealing with Bob I dealt with the store manager I think it was Bill. The manager Bill was even worse than the counter clerk, Completely rude and condescending. If either of these gentlemen worked for me I would be mortified. The way these two treat customers is completely unacceptable.I will no longer give this store my business and I will be recommending others avoid it as well.
