Awesome team! I usually dread going to the dealership, but man...this was so easy! Everything was ready to go and all the paperwork was ready to be signed, so I spent very little time. But, even when I was there...I did not feel any pressure and the staff was so helpful. Sam and Wes took great care of me and they were honest with me from start to finish. I dont like wheeling and dealing and they did not waste my time at all! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the search for a new car!

Went in to look at a vehicle and was greeted almost immediately by a rep by the name of Carlos and he was more then knowledgeable and helpful showing me the cars I asked about then went Inside once I was ready to look inside and got the keys and handed me over to Brandon who was the sales rep who let me take the car for a test drive and answered all of my questions and was very polite. After that we went inside to discuss numbers and what I would be willing to pay, we went back and forth and he was able to get me the numbers I was comfortable with and we made a deal. After that they took my new vehicle to have it washed while I signed the paperwork with Alejandro and he explained all the fine print and provided me with extended warranty options which I was happy to hear about and took the full wrap deal giving me great service and oil changes for the next 3 years. I highly suggest anyone that is serious and wants to get taken care of to come to Carl Burger because I love my new ride and the customer care was top notch!

Bought a used vehicle here and literally had to have $4k worth of repairs done the next week. Sales rep Brandon was nice enough. Be sure to check the itemized fee list; there were things on there not even on the vehicle. Never followed up on SWAT activation. Called the Finance guy David Flores no less than 7 times and left four voicemails over the course of several weeks and NO RESPONSE. Theyre happy to sell you a lemon and then proceed to ghost you after. Buyer beware

I came here looking for a specific Jeep I thought I wanted, but after looking at the interior I changed my mind. Brian H was really understanding, he didn’t make me feel any of that expected uncomfortable car sales pressure. He actually made me feel cared for as a person, not just a sales goal. I ended up purchasing a completely different style of car and I love it!!! I needed to follow up with service for a light that came on later and they were helpful, as well. On Monday, 10-25-21 I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Carl Burger dealership to fix the Electronic Stability Control failure. This is at 8:00 am. The service writer calls me a 1:00 pm. He tells me whoever installed the lift in my vehicle damaged the ABS Sensor and the CV Boot. This is not covered under warranty. I said, then I need to take it back the shop that did the lift. He said they would have my SUV back together at 3:00. When I picked up my vehicle at the dealership I told the service writer what he said did not make sense. I had the lift done about a week after I bought it. That was 4 months and 7000 miles ago. Why would the damage show now? He went on and on bad mouthing the lift work I had done. He said they manhandled the work and were extremely rough doing the install. He said the other shop broke the ABS Sensor and split the CV Boot. The service writer said the was something wrong with their computers, not able to print my paperwork noting what they did, oil change, and their finding. He said he will email it within the hour. It did not come that day. Nor the next. It took me speak with the Service Manager several times to get it emailed to me on Wednesday evening. I took my truck back to where the lift was done. They put my vehicle up on a lift. And then showed me what really happened. It had nothing to do with the 2.5 lift they did. There is a blue plastic of some sort wrapped around the CV Shaft. It is obviously clear this blue plastic caught on the ABS Cable damaging it. In turn the cable put a small slit in the CV Boot. I called the Service Writer and left a message I wanted him to call me and explain why he was completely wrong regarding the damages and to email me my paperwork. To this date he has yet to return my call. I called and spoke with the Supervisor over the Service Manager. I explained all that happened. I wanted to know why I was so infatically lied too. All he would say is the damaged caused by the plastic is not warranted either. When I pressed why they lied to me all he would say, Do you have any other questions. All in all it felt like he did not care and he was being rude. I end up calling the Service Manager. I explained the main reason for my call was to get the paperwork emailed to me. And, I was upset about being lied to. He said he would look into it all. That afternoon he called back a said I will be emailed within the hour. And he has no excuse for why such and obvious cause was overlooked. Nothing was emailed to me. I called the Service Manager back the next day at 10:00 am. He was upset that I was not emailed and assured me it would be done ASAP. Again, nothing emailed. I called him back the next day. He was really upset that I had not been emailed to. Finally, around 4:00 or 5:00.i received the email. Oh! I knew the Service writer at Carl Burger was lying from the start. Lifestyle Garage installed the lift. They have never done me wrong. Lifestyle Garage is an honest Garage. You can count on them to always do the right thing. I have filed a comprehensive claim with my auto insurance. FYI: Dealership told me to do the repair the cost to me would be over $2200. Lifestyle Garage quoted me a little over $1000. DO NOT EVER GO TO Carl Burger CDJR for service or purchase. I guarantee they will lie to you to either get out of warranty work. If the do that, what are they lying about when selling cars.

I recommended my son go there to look @ a nicely priced Honda Civic.This dealership tacked on a Lo Jack fee that was listed no where on the price.Son tried to negotiate getting the Lo Jack removed to no avail.Highly recommend not using this dealership.

I took my Car in for the transmission to be checked on and to fix a creeking sound that the car was making when I pressed the breaks. After days and days of then having my car they finally told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission and claimed the creeking sound was not there. I asked them to fix the creeking sound that I know is there and that meant they didn’t drive the car to hear and diagnose the sound. I went the next day to pick up my car and no one spoke to me, I waiting a half n hour and someone approached me with my key and said your car is ready. It was parked on the street ready for me to drive away. I got in my car and as I droveu away the loud creeking sound started. Absolutely unacceptable, Chris is who was working on my car and I am so upset that the issue wasn’t dealt with and he didn’t even take the time to speak to me about my concerns with my vehicle that I drive my family in. Absolutely ridiculous! Worse service ever! This is supposed to be master mechanics working on vehicles and instead its like getting pushed through the conveyor belt just to pass us by.

I went in today to cancel a service contract since I sold my vehicle. I know this dealership has ebbed and flowed during the 11 years I have been doing business with them.Personally, this morning I was planning to write a review giving them a 1-star based on previous mixed experiences with the dealership, financing, and repair facilities. After going in today, I dont think I can fairly give them a 1-star.When I got to the dealership, someone came to greet me. When I went into the dealership everything was clean and welcoming. Nearly every table had customers at them. The financing department quickly handled my request despite the load they must have been experiencing today.I can only give this type of service 5 stars. Hopefully the improvements they have made are long lasting and dealership wide.

Then the manager and Hilario by just saying we apologize for the miscommunication think its just ok. I feel it was very dishonest business being run here.

Recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The car is amazing and the wife loves it. This is the 4th purchase I’ve made from Carl Burger over the years. I have had the same salesperson the last 3 times. Brian H is one of the big reasons I continue to purchase from here. He is responsive, straightforward and respectful of your time. We had been waiting forms that for the GCL to arrive. I made one call to Brian H a few months ago expressing my desire to see one when they arrived. If for some reason, you have an issue with the vehicle you purchase from them, youll be dealing with a nightmare of incompetence.I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500, and the next day the driver side window broke. Very simple thing to have fixed, however, I had nothing but excuses to deal with. They ordered the window, said it would be there next week on said day, when that day came, I called to ask if it had arrived, no-one knew what I was talking about. So we tried again, they said it would be there the next week on said specific day, I called and they said it got delayed. Itll be there next week on said specific day. I get a call days later saying it has arrived. So I show up on that day, which is today 02JUN2021, to drop off my truck and let them fix it. Heres what Im told, The system says the window arrived, however, it did not. So I talk to the sales manager to figure out whats wrong. He agrees to have them take a window out of another vehicle and install it on mine, itll just take a few hours, I tell him Ill be back before they close. I show up after work, and Im provided with Your truck is not ready, the part is on order and itll be here tomorrow. Bad bad business when people dont do what they say theyre going to do. Long story short, Im not dealing with these total idiots any more and you should save yourself a huge headache and prevent from having to deal with them either.There are many places to purchase a car or truck. Im not saying dont buy from Dodge or Chrysler etc. Im saying, dont help fund a place thats continually pissing people off. Dont reward this kind of behavior. Dont support a place like Carl Burger Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM World. Save yourself from all of this nonsense, do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I have tried to contact the service department for a factory recall repair required to renew my registration. I have called so many times. Many times I sit on hold for up to an hour before I have to hang up. They have answered THREE times. EVERY TIME they have told me they would call back. I HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED BACK ONCE. This is beyond frustrating. It has been weeks.I would not be dealing with this dealership if I didnt have to for the factory recall repair and I cant wait until I never have to talk to them again. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO BOOK SERVICE FOR MY VEHICLE.I will never buy a car from here.

They did a good job replacing my ABS sensor. This is just an additional caveat, they are going to ask you if you are going to stay there or leave and theyll call you when they are done. Just a word of advice, tell them that you are going to stay and wait for your car to be done. The reason that I say this from my experience is that if you leave then it appears that you are on the lower priority list to get done first, it wouldnt matter what time you came into the shop. For example, I dropped my car off there at 8 am first thing in the morning to get my sensor replaced, I didnt get a call to say they were done until less than an hour before closing time before 5 pm. Moral of the story, stay with your vehicle, it will probably get completed faster. I have no complaints, they got it done, Im glad they replaced the part, Im just writing my observations objectively.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I paid 60k for a brand new full size truck. The sales team was easy to work with, however anything to do with this dealership after the sale is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The warranties they sell are a complete fraud! Any part that has broken on my truck has not been honored through the very expensive warranty They HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! To top it all off, these people in the service department will not answer the phone or call back. If you are smart, you will buy a vehicle that is used but gently used. Save your money because the upside to purchasing from a dealership does not exist at this location AT ALL! I was due to buy my wife a brand new car from here and will happily be taking my business elsewhere thanks to the customer service and shortcomings of the service department. Unbelievable these people are not involved in a class action lawsuit. My brother purchased his truck brand new as well (110k spent on one day between us) and has had nothing but issues with any dealership or service related issue. Save yourself the anguish I experience and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You will be kicking yourself for years to come if you don’t.

My 2010 Jeep JKU had a manufacturers recall for a PCM reprogram. I did not have an appointment and just did a walk in. I live 50 miles away and would not be able to leave it over night. Raul helped me as soon as he was done helping another customer. I explained my situation and told him Id just stay and wait for it even if it took 4 hours. He said sounds good and pulled it around back. Id say I waited maybe 45 minutes and it was done.Im extremely happy with the service I received and the friendliness of the employees. Im not sure who the mechanic was but he was awesome getting me out so quick.Thank you everyone who helped me.

I needed just a simple answer to a simple question, did the car I purchased last year come with a Lo-Jack installed?. They arent answering their phones. Full inbox. No for anything contact. A text message box subcontractors Ill bring this to their attention was the best I was even allowed to get...and of course you know they couldnt be bothered to reply to me. READ RECENT REVIEWS. This place has discriminatory practices and blatantly lies. We went in this afternoon after viewing the inventory online. As soon as we got out to look at the car that we saw online a manager came out and approached us and said there are no test drives on the vehicle because of liability with it being a sports car. He then has a salesman assist us by the name of Gus. According to Gus only appointments Monday thru Friday can be made to test drive and there were no other cars available on the lot that we were interested in. He quickly tried to brush us off and went back inside the office. We then walked the lot and noted every model that we asked Gus about. At this point I made it a point to return and call him out on his lies. He claimed the cars were lemon law buy backs and older models so he didn’t mention them. We also never stated a specific model year to him so what was the real point in not mentioning “older” models. I made it very clear that their discriminatory practices and hurried behavior to dismiss us was obvious and as a result loss a cash sale. To put icing on the cake, we called another Carlburger Dodge and they assured us the vehicle we were interested in could be test driven and no appointments are necessary.

Just bought this car less than 48 hours ago. It has less the 7k miles on it and now it wont start. Had to have it towed back to CBD. Dont they inspect their used cars before selling them? Now I have to wait until tomorrow before they can even look at it. They did give us a rental car for two days, but that doesnt make me feel good about this purchase. My wife lost 3 hours of her day because of this. Upate: It turned out to be a bad battery. They returned the car the same day. I had to pay $10 in gas for a rental car that I shouldnt of had to have.

I Dropped off my vehicle for what I was told would be complete the same day. It was not complete the same day. When the vehicle was picked up the next day, the hood was covered in bird feces. They didn’t even bother cleaning it and then ignored my calls / sent them to voicemail with no call back ever since. The only time I was able to speak with someone is when I asked to speak to sales for a “purchase”. That, itself, tells you all you need to know about this location.

Poor service! Bought a 2500 Cummins 2017 only has 26,000 miles on it not passing smog they said warranty wont cover smog issues. I also paid for extended warranty on it. Truck is all stock. Never gonna buy from them.

Overall experience was 0/10. I arrived to the dealership in hopes of buying a vehicle. I was approached by a sales member and to summarize it was not pleasant. Sales member wanted me to agree on a price before looking at the vehicle. I was not allowed to see the inside or let alone drive it. How can one agree on something you can’t see? While I understand the dealership has it’s own processes in place for everyone’s safety. They should really start with customer service. I would recommend to read all the reviews before going as it seems like a trend of bad service all around.

Terrible Customer Service, trying to reach out the service department for 3 days and no answer, just a voicemail to leave a message and supposedly return your call. Left 3 voice messages in the past 3 days and no call back. Today I made easily 10 calls asking to speak with a supervisor and same thing voicemail. Finally at the 11th call someone in the service department pick up. Ridiculous!!!

When we bought our used 2013 Scion tC here, we knew we were getting the best car on the market because the sales manager told us so. We also knew it would be safe from burglars because he had to tack on multiple ant-theft systems in order to get the loan approved. What we didnt know was that no detailing had been done in the back seats. When we got home I found barf in the back flap of the passenger seat. It looked like machaca. We called up Carl World and they cordially accepted the car for full detailing the next day.This would have been great but when I got the keys back, and got back in the car, it smelled awful. I looked down by the passenger seat and, to my horror, there sat a hot, steaming Carl Burger right there on the carpet.

Took my van in for a check engine light that firestone was supposed to check but actually just caused a completely new issue...they had it for a week while we sorted out why the extended warranty didnt cover it (it helps if the warranty isnt expired by 10 months) but once we sorted my issues out they had it repaired and back to me in 2 business days. David is amazing and I highly recommend bringing your Chrysler vehicles here though I hope to never see him again(only because that would mean another vehicle issue). :)

DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU. Get a second opinion. SERVICE DEPT. STAFF are all on COMMISSION.ATTEMPTED SCAMMERS!I had minor warranty repairs completed. Front drive shaft, standard service and a small exhaust leak.Service calls me and said my break pads are down to metal.Last service said 5000mi ago said they were 50%.I drove down and took photos of each of the 3 wheels they hadnt got to yet. All 50 percent. The wheel they needed to remove to replace the drive shaft had these pads put back in. You tell me if these are from the same vehicle? They tried to charge $749 to fix. I will defiantly never go back. Worth the drive to go somewhere else. Scammers!If you are a break tech and have ever seen this on a new car (36xxxmi), comment and let me know.In addition, vacuumed hose to the fuel tank was left hanging loose and disconnected, heard a noise and luckily found it.No new service sticker was put on and the service life on the PC was not reset. Who knows if it was serviced or not?Its a bigger gamble going back at this point.

This place WILL low ball you on your trade in and they WILL NOT honor or match CARMAX appraisals.This is the only place where finance WILL NOT go over anything with you. I am very pleased with my experience at Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The customer service was excellent and Steve (the sales person that I worked with) was very helpful. I walked in not thinking that they could find me the exact Jeep that I was looking for and was extremely impressed when they found the very specific model, color, and additional options that I wanted. I was convinced that the specific Jeep that I wanted would have to be custom ordered and was thrilled that they were able to find one that had everything that I was looking for. They had to drive up north to get it and I was very impressed with the quick turnaround despite it being the holidays. Steve really went above and beyond. I visited a couple other Jeep dealerships, but this one was by far the best and most positive experience that I had.

Took a Jeep here for service hoping to get honest work done. So long for honesty. Was told my car needed almost 1300 dollars in work and all this electrical stuff. Long story short 300 dollars and an hour at home fixed the Jeep. I dont know why dealers like this try to scam people from their money when it comes to vehicle service. Instead of trying to focus on what the clients issue is and solving their problem; they are madly focused on rather making a big service sale. If the service guy was honest from the beginning he wouldve probably got the okay to do the work. But they want to shoot for the sky making a sale and completely disregard the actual NEEDS of a client. Talk about taking advantage of people.

You guys start at 9am answer your phone.UPDATE: they finally decided to start work and i finally was able to talk to the parts guy (who was no help) had me give my vin number then told me to go look at the tire size. Told me I needed to come in and pre pay for a tire that came on my jeep because it’s a special order.#1 how do you not carry the stock tires that come on your jeeps?#2 i have a flat and on a donut tire why would you have me come in pre pay for the tire you don’t have then drive home then have to drive back down when you get the tire meanwhile i have to drive a donut tire the whole time I’m waiting on you guys!Que the circus music!

I had my vehicle serviced and at that time, I was advised of a recall part that my vehicle needed. At the time of the service, I was told the part needed to be ordered and they would notify me when the part was available. Two months later, still haven’t heard from them so I gave them a call to see if the part was in. To my surprise, the part has been collecting dust in the storage room of the parts department. Having dealt with them before on another issue, this should not have been a surprise.

However both loans are still showing up on my account and it’s been almost 3 months. Dealership never paid the full amount of a voided contract loan. Have been trying to reach finance with no response back, even emailed them. Also called Chrysler capital and they stated they would reach out but no response yet. Love the car though.

In the past they seemed reasonable. With this repair, it seems like no one knows what is going on. I call and cannot talk to a person. I get voicemail or get sent back into their Press 1 for service... loop (8 times this morning on a single call. ) Even the manager didnt understand how the insurance company works these days. Now I dont have my van for my disabled wife or the wheelchair inside! And I doubt anyone there cares.They would only get 1 star, but they had some decent work in the past. This is the last time I am going here.

I paid for services I didnt get. I paid for an oil change and brake fluid exchange and two month later my service light came on saying my oil change is due so I took my car into another dealership and they said I needed and oil change and recommend a break fluid exchange. When I tried calling the dealership I got the run around so I end up communicating with HR. They gave me my money back because I didnt want to come back and get the job done again there. It sucked

Upon talking to a sales person and agreeing to honor a suppliers discount, the sales person the comes back and says that they will not share the invoice and that the asking price from the dealership is 107k. The sales person and dealership are very disappointing. Would not recommend buying from here

Ok so this is my second time purchasing a Jeep from Carl Burger Dodge and it won’t be my last! Seriously they have the BEST deals and the BEST customer service! I drive all the way from AZ (I drive by lots of dealerships) because I know I’ll be treated like family. Everyone at the dealership wears masks that completely cover their faces. All paperwork was done at one location. I got a new pen from my new bestie Sonny to sign my paperwork. I recently bought a 2500 from them. The truck is amazing and the sales guys did their job and it was smooth.However, I have had to use the Express-Lane Service 2x now. Its a ridiculous. I received an email letting me know that it was time for service.Drive up not a single car in line wait for them to get out of their meeting. Talk to the guy that checks you in. He says it will be an hour to an hour and a half to get an oil change. I can understand that if there were cars pilled up but there were 3 bays open and a truck being pulled out. I have prepaid for the service so II said an hour and a halt are you kidding. Yeah, guys are going on their lunch break.Yeah I am on mine.If you are going to have people prepay for this type of service then either you schedule appointments for their service or staff accordingly to accommodate the customer.

It was a pleasure working with Gibson and Brian, two sales people, to buy my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. They were both responsive, honest, and helped me understand the vehicle and walked me through the purchase. Both highly professional.After I bought the car, I had some concerns about the extended warranty I purchased. I did not feel that the finance person fully explained what I was buying and how it worked (by the time I bought the vehicle it was late, and the whole signing part was a blur). I emailed Gibson and he responded by answering all my questions, obtaining more information for me on a couple things, and he even arranged a refund for a small item I really did not want to buy (a seat protection warranty of some sort?). Wow! I have bought many cars from dealers, but I have never had a dealer work so hard to ensure I was happy before, during, and (most importantly) AFTER the car is bought. I was truly impressed that a dealership would go out of its way after the paperwork is all signed and done to make things right for a customer.I highly recommend this dealership. I own a Jeep Commander Limited, I had a recall on this vehicle for ignition switch. So I went ahead and told them to do the hundred thousand mile service on it and to make sure the vehicle is going to be good for the trip to Texas. Im disabled and was not able to do the service myself like I usually used to do. Today I was telling my step son to check some things out on the vehicle because check engine light has been on . The Air filter cover was not clipped in and clips are missing also missing the bolt to hold the plastic intake and it is theyre the same air filter that was in the vehicle when I bought it. This is why it is very important to learn how to work on your vehicle. A ripped off for over $400 they probably didnt even change the oil or the spark plugs Like they were told to. Please make sure the service on your vehicle is done correctly or have a local person do it. I wish I still lived in San Diego so that I can show them how they took advantage and over charged me.

Purchased a Dodge Journey a couple of weeks ago and couldnt be happier with the car or the sales manager Barrett. I bought the car late on a Friday night and when I woke up Saturday the car was still listed and the price had dropped $1k. He graciously understood that I was upset I lost a grand in a matter of hours and had me come back in and adjust the price. Sam P was great, no pressure sales ( he had to ask his manager for everything) and he did the typical car salesman stuff. The night manager offered me a third of what car max did, but then matched it. Like I said typical. I did take away one star because of the MASSIVE pressure to purchase a warranty & GPS system by Sonny. I said no 5-10 times before I just caved. After 2-3 hours of being at the dealership, I finally just agreed to it after he claimed to keep coming down on price on it when all actuality he just added a year to my payments. He buttered me up pretty good and only time will tell if this actually comes in handy. If Barrett hadnt adjusted my sales price- this would have been a very different review. Bottom line is its a car dealer- they are in business to make money. Do your research!!! SWAT is the name of the GPS you will be pressured to buy. Look it up and Id get up and leave after two times of saying no if they dont listen.

Horrible service. I had an appointment scheduled early in the morning because i work and was trying to get my car serviced beforehand . Their service team has no sense of customer service let alone know what that means. I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me waiting. I was helped by Rafael he realized that i was in a rush and tried to help me as much as he could he let me know they didn’t have a rental available at the moment and that he could send me a text once they did. I was happy with that, once i came back to drop my car off again Rafael helped me again and got me in and out of there quickly. However once i went back the next day to drop the rental and grab my car again i was on lunch again i understand that i was on the time crunch but i was the only one waiting and had to ask someone if anyone was working to be helped. And once i had my car again my check engine light turned on minutes after i left the service department, i didn’t have enough time on my lunch to turn around and drop it off again so i called to make an appointment. I CALLED 7 TIMES without an answer, it wasn’t until i got ahold of the operator that they finally connected me to them. There are two blonde ladies that work in service that will continually look at you or have several conversations with other coworkers in hope you go away before they realize that you actually need something. The ONLY reason this isn’t a one star is because of Rafael and how he looks like he’s the only one working at that service center with some customer service skills

The staff were again so efficient, so friendly, minimized the process as much as possible and greatly reduced our wait time.Barrett was our initial contact and his knowledge of cars, and the deals he had on the yard was impressive. he presented us with several options that suited our budget and even went into bat to find cars outside of our budget that could also possibly work. Extremely slow, sat for 3 hours for a simple oil change, and I’m still waiting. Customer service, if you could call it that, lack communication skills and time management awareness. More to the point when my car was finally ready they had me wait a few moments longer while they finished up a personal conversation. Employees are disrespectful, this is not the service I expected to receive when I prepaid for my services. Bought my truck brand new from Carl Burger in 2002. Seen a major decline at this dealership over the years. Quite sad. Had new radiator installed. Reassured hoses still good & not to change them. Im a dummy for agreeing. Week later, lower radiator hose burst open. Called to inform of situation, received rude customer service & no help. Gave one more chance in 2019, got truck serviced. After visiting several ram dealers in San Diego to purchase a ram . The tactics that were used from the managers/finance both were outright horrible, Salesman did a good job and was forced to relay the messages of stealing your trade and trying to just slam everyone that comes thru the door. Im older and been thru the process for decades, however it still goes on at Carl burger . Ended up getting almost the same truck at Perry ram for 7k less. With out the dirty tactics so buyer beware and have your guard up it does pay to shop around and if they keep sending the salesman to relay the figures and not look you in the eye !! Your at the wrong place but Carl burger did help me realize I got the best deal and treated right at Perry thx carl

Got a solid deal on a 2019 RAM Rebel. Went to another dealer in National City and was shown around with no sale, no offer, no discussion of what they could do for me. If you’re doing service here, I recommend asking for Frank Perez. I had issues with my car and wanted a couple things done but after hearing the price of it all, I had no choice to turn it down at the time. At the end of it all, I came in assuming it would have been only the recall issue taken care of. To my surprise, all my issues were brought to a better conclusion on what the problems may be, with no charge. To top it off, the prices that he gave me at first was cut tremendously to fit my needs if I were to fix it there. Although I might fix them up myself, he definitely delivered on this one. I think this would have been a solid 4 but I had issues with the phone operations. Not that it was bad but I can totally see how people can have issues with it. There is a few loopholes I felt that customers could be taken advantage of. Luckily, Frank took care of me.

I have bought 3 challengers from CB dodge. The first 2 the sales and follow up service was great! 3 weeks ago I bought my T/A 392 challenger, when it wouldnt start on the lot I should have seen the red flag but they assured me that somebody left the door open and it drained the battery. I bought the car and had them keep it for one day to check everything out to which they assured me everything checked out good. Fast forward 3 weeks later, Im back again because I had to have it towed in because it wouldnt start this morning! And am told theres nothing they could do! I asked for a loaner so I could leave it with them and was told their most experienced man had only worked here 3 weeks and couldnt help me! Dont know what to do now! Sitting here with a new car that wont start and have to be in Santa Ana tomorrow 100 miles away to work! Ive been loyal to CB dodge for many years but i think this will be a deal breaker! Update, when the sales got in he setme up with a rental car well see how the repairs go tomorrow!

I would totally give this place 5 stars because of my sales rep Robbi. Aside from the insults from his manager Preston and his unwillingness to help everything was great. Never have I felt so threatened and verbally abused/insulted while buying a car. Robbi and the other manager (not Preston) were amazing along with the finance person David. Thank you for your help. Be careful if you don’t plan on agreeing on Prestons first offered deal, he gets upset real fast.
