I got a tennis bracelet for my birthday 10/20/2020Not even a year yet and two diamonds have fell out on two separate occasions. The first time they fixed it but that was like less than a month ago and now it needs another repair. The fact that they fix it without any issue is cool but I dont want to have to drop my bracelet off every couple of weeks because that diamonds or falling out.

This was my sons favorite jewelry store and after his death, my daughters and I decided to buy charms to put his ashes in and what better place than where he bought his jewelry? I quickly saw why he liked them so much. They are such wonderful, kindhearted people. The charms are beautiful. About a month later, I found his favorite earrings and took them into the store and had them make them into charms to add to our necklaces so that his earrings could be with him once again.The employees here are so kind and the jewelry is beautiful and made to last. I highly recommend this store to anyone and will continue to tell people about the lovely people that work there.

Think its a new store that has classy jewelry at a price that isnt exorbitantly high. 10k, 14k, and 18k gold pieces were in stock with ability to order 24k pieces right from the desk.I was most taken back by their selection of bridal and wedding sets at near half the price of the big box stores.Im not a big jewelry buff but from what Ive seen they offer beautiful rings, necklaces, pendants and watches at a price that we can actually afford.I recommend anyone shopping to drop in and see what I mean.5/5 stars, will shop here again.

I had great service from the beginning but after making payments over the phone with Matt every few weeks we really got to know each other. Two years later I just went in to make my last payment and I felt as if I was saying goodbye to a friend. Great people. Will definitely come back.

The employees who work here are precious. I lost my son on August 6, 2020 in a fatal car accident and soon afterwards found out that he shopped at this store regularly. My son loved Bling being in the music industry and the people working here took great care of him. When my son passed, I knew I had to go to this store to get the charm in which to carry his ashes in that Id wear around my neck from now on. They were so kind, and helpful. They were all so saddened to hear of my sons passing and told me stories of how he used to come in there. Evidently he was a regular customer.I highly recommend if you need any sort of jewelry to go to these people, not only do they have a beautiful assortment to pick from, but they are caring human beings that have wonderful hearts and Im very thankful my sons path crossed with all of theirs. I bought a ring from this establishment, and initially they seemed to be very generous. I spent ninety dollars that day and I felt decent about my purchase. It was until I returned home and decided to look at my newly purchased jewelry that it had a crack and chip in it, so right then and there I put it in a ziplock bag with the receipt since I was not given a box when I purchased it(red flag #1). So I returned the next day and spoke to Matt. he was very kind and generous with me, as he understood my predicament. If what he was saying about the system was true there is nothing he himself couldve done. Rightfully,I asked for me money back in a respectful way, only to be told that due to the caronavirus, we can not due exchanges or refunds at this time They do not tell you that until after you spend your hard earned money. When I asked when they will be doing returns again, the owner said we are unable to determine when that will be, but we bring it back in the future. So I have 30 days from when they allow returns again. Thats sketchy because I doubt any paying customer there will be notified when they do allow returns. All in all, that is bad and shady business practice, to acknowledge that I was sold damage merchandise, and refuse return my money to me. If that happens you owe it to the customer to make it right. I WILL be getting my money back one way or another. I also recommend you do not spend any money in this establishment until they lift that dumb policy.

Amazing service. I have a unique shaped engagement ring. I went to 2 other jewlers trying to find a wedding ring that fit with my engagement ring. The other places both tried to tell me I wouldnt find a ring to go with mine and tried to get me to buy a whole new set. Signature found me a ring I absolutely love in less than 5 minutes! Signature Diamonds is the best jewelry store in town! I have had several rings re-sized here. They are fast and professional. I also had my old wedding and engagement ring custom made into a beautiful different ring here. No other jewelry store was able to do this me. They had the best price and they were able to help me design a unique ring that no one else has. I went in to get my watch battery replaced today, I was greeted by the Manager Matt Jones. He changed my batteries out with the best ones, noticed it needed cleaning and cleaned it in front of me and to top it off set my time and date with no added cost! the fact I did not ask for the extra and he preformed them speaks volumes.
