I dropped this off to have the lobster claw repaired. I asked them if they would shine the necklace in addition to repairing it and she replied, That comes complimentary!. I expected to have to pay for the shining of the necklace, not here though! I couldnt be more pleased. They were very reasonably priced on the lobster claw repair and did a fantastic job on shining it. It is professionally repaired, complete with the loop being soldered on. I didnt have to wait long either, the repair took one day and thats probably because of customers ahead of me, or they had to order a part. IDK, but they did great!

Fountain City Jewlers helped me out of a bit of a bind, removing a stuck wedding ring and engagement ring. They resized the ring and you cant tell that anything was done, it looks great. The jeweler also carefully examined and recommended repairs to keep jewels intact. Nice people, great service and communication.

My family has been to this jeweler before so I was referred by them!I called them on 3/26 about sizing down my engagement ring from a 5.5 to a 4. Mark was extremely helpful on the phone and said it usually takes a week, but hed try for a few days since he knew it was my engagement ring! I dropped it off around 10:45 that same morning and they put on my receipt that it would be due 3/27, but said around Monday maybe. I got a text the next morning at 10:30 that my ring was ready! I picked it up and Jerry helped close it out for me and was incredibly nice and helpful. My ring was beautiful and looked as if it came that size! Less than 24 hours and my ring was downsized and shining beautifully back on my finger. Love, love, love it! I would trust them with any jewelry.

After an issue occurred and we couldn’t get the original wedding band we had chosen, Mark literally gave us the ring off his finger! It was a beautiful Russian style band but was a special order. I cant say enough about this jeweler! A few years ago I got sick and was put on steroids. I blew up like a balloon and had to have my wedding ring cut off. It was devastating. When I finally deflated a family friend offered to solder it back together and size it for me. Unfortunately he DESTROYED my ring. He didnt even use white gold, he used silver. Anyhow, I finally decided to get it fixed and upgrade my diamond and Fountain City did a BEAUTIFUL job. They also took my original center diamond and made it into a gorgeous pendant. Excellent service! From start to finish, Lily helped me pick out a custom engagement ring, and she was able to have her vendor prepare it very quickly. It was exactly what I was looking for and more importantly, my fiancée loves it. The price was fair, and the communication was consistent, easy, and professional. I wrote a pretty harsh review a few days ago and am now editing it to a 5 start because of the follow up I received from Fountain City Jewelers. I wrote about a mistake made a few years back where an employee who is no longer with the company replaced some 14k gold with 10k gold, which I was not too pleased with. But the next day the owner, Mark, gave me a phone call to apologize and offer to fix the mistake. The courage to call and offer to fix the mistake made me realize they care for their customers and I appreciate that. I stopped by the shop today and will be replacing my chain with a new one soon at this place of business and will continue to purchase here. So excited to attend the Ladies Night Out event! I arrived early so I could get one of the limited gift bags. They provided fantastic treats from local restaurants and catering companies. Flower held a trivia contest throughout the evening and for every correct answer you had an opportunity to win a ticket. Tickets were then used to enter drawings for beautiful jewelry from diamond earrings, an opal ring, sterling silver with diamond necklace and a Coach purse. Not only did he help me, but he replaced a watch battery and fixed a clasp on my necklace that I had (poorly) tried to fix myself.Mark was very kind and patient, both on the phone and in person. I ordered a wedding ring set from a metal smith online and it was a whole size too small. I brought my rings in and they were able to resize them even though the bands had floral engraved detail all over. I was amazed they were able to resize them. And great customer service too.

I was a jewelry designer and merchandiser for approximately 18 years. I moved here from CA and heard about Ftn City Jewelers. I needed some work done to a ring...needing a new colored diamond. Additionally, I wanted a nose screw made with a blue diamond I had. After many discussions, both in the store and on the phone, I finally...after several months, met with Mark to check out the progress. The ring looked great, but the white gold had been rhodium plated, against what I requested. He then decided to berate me for not wanting it plated, as it would not look very good. I then took a look at the nose screw. I had spoken with Lily over a month ago, and since the screw had not been made yet, I changed it to be made in platinum, so as not to be rejected by my body. The nose screw that Mark showed me was not done in platinum. He again decided to berate me that any changes should be made in person, because his staff has to pull the ticket and make the changes. It is his policy. I told him he should never speak to customers like this, that I would never come back and he said he didnt really care. He returned my stone to me and I walked out. I can truly say that I would NEVER return to his shop again. To have a piece of jewelry made HIS way, is not what custom jewelry design means. It is always what the customer wants. He needs to learn how to set policies in place and learn how to professionally deal with customers.

I waited until last minute to try and surprise my wife with a diamond ring on her birthday while we were on vacation. I went and met with Mark Enix and Jerry and told them my plan. Today my husband took me to get my birthday present for my 50th birthday. I really wanted a sapphire necklace and I wanted to get it at Ftn City Jewelry.I find the necklaces but not a sapphire one . So I asked Mark he showed me some birthstone necklaces but no sapphire. Not to worry though, Mark allowed me to choose a loose sapphire & he changed out stones while we waited . Jerry is amazing! I was looking for a specific rose gold ring and he hit the nail on the head my ring is so beautiful and I get so many compliments on it weekly.
