Not only did he beat the other quote, he was a pure delight throughout the process. As pleasant an experience as could be asked for. Bob is very honest, will talk openly about the value of the coins or gold, and even perform some tests in front of you to show the purity of the gold, or at least he did for me. He did not pressure me to sell, actually invited me to get second opinions before coming back. I feel confident going to him if I need to sell jewelry or gold.
