Facility was well run, staff were pleasant and professional. Renting and returning were easy. The big negative is that pricing is deceptive. There is a 17% tax you pay on the total bill (base, mileage, plus whatever extras) which really adds to the price. The website only makes a vague reference to paying a tax and its buried in fine print. Its definitely not included in the estimate you see when you make the reservation and nowhere is it specified exactly how much it is. It wasnt until I had the truck that I saw the details. Just wanted folks to be aware that there is a significant hidden fee.

October 23 2021 Dont know where they found the female worker. She needs to be trained in customer service. Would give a zero if possible.

They dont answer the phone. Ive called several times over the last three days to adjust an order I placed. Two days in a row, calling at different times throughout the day, no answer. The calls just keep ringing, no message system for a return call. Today I was placed on hold for 5 minutes (no problem) then when I connected with someone the call was immediately disconnected. I called back immediately and the phone just rang and rang.

After hours drop off was a piece of cake

Awesome people, I needed an installation on my car asap to move my moms stuff back to texas, no one would or could fit me in, they fit me in the next day. Thank you so much for your help on an important urgent matter. yall made it possible for me to get everything done on time.

I called Uhaul to get a truck. I was looking for a 26 foot truck for 24 hours. She said no problem here is where to pick up. She sent me 20 minutes out of my way. Then when I get there she had me having the truck for 12 hours. 7 pm to 7 am. What in Gods green earth am I going to do between 7pm and 7am. Thats insane. They had no truck available for 24 hours. They ended up giving me a truck from 7pm to 2 pm and it was only a 20 foot truck. That was the best they could do. So i took it but it was very frustrating. If its not available then say it so I can find a different alternative. I dont think ill ever go here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guy at the location tried his best. He wasnt apologetic or even gave me a discount for my trouble but he did try to find me a solution. Save your self the head ache and look for someone else.

Awesome service !!! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The U-Haul was clean and everything went smoothly!!! Highly recommend!
