I didn’t really expect my experience to get any better but the staff here went above and beyond to ensure every interaction was as helpful and pleasant as possible. While my agreement didn’t mention any hoops at move out, I somewhat expected there to be a couple. I was pleasantly surprised when this went as smoothly as every other interaction.

We had this unit for a few month and it was very easy to get access every time and always very clean. The response time from team members was amazing and they always answered our questions.

Appreciate the customer service. Great attitude and took the effort to make it easier for me to open my unit lock packaging. May not seem like a big deal but think about the last time you tried to open hard plastic packaging. It’s nearly impossible unless you’re prepared. She helped me during COVID19 pandemic and took care of an increase on my locker. I’m overwhelmed by their help and warm customer service. They are located on Fulton Street! Nice place!

She made the process very simple, explained the information well and followed through on exactly when and what I would be charged as well as where my unit would be in the facility (with an emailed map) since I was not reserving currently on site. I don’t have a storage here, but a lot of people use this storage close to downtown for safe deliveries, home overflow, and basic storage. It’s always clean and seems to be organized. It was a bit hard to find but I found it fairly easily once I got on the correct street. The manager was very nice and professional but with a sense of humor. And very helpful in getting a unit.

Isaac does a phenomenal job, and as long as he is with this company they will have my business when I come to town! I would give it a 6 star rating if I could. Thank you!! *Although I have yet to actually meet Isaac (Store Manager), or drop my belongings off at this Extra Space Storage, EVERY step of this process has been smooth and easy! From finding the right unit (while out of the country!) at the best price (they helped me upgrade to a larger unit which was on special and therefore cheaper!) to arranging for the secure drop off of my valuables, which they will accept on my behalf (allowing me to ship them earlier and lower my stress levels). I cannot recommend this store high enough! I will see the locker, with my belongings inside, next week, I imagine everything will be perfect so I will not have to change this review in any way! Thank you Isaac and Extra Space Storage for making this so smooth!

Just signed up and it was a straight forward process. Also, very affordable. The visiting assistant manager Alexis was super helpful and nice.

From the beginning, Rebecca has been so helpful with my move and continued storage with Extra Space. During my initial move it, I had to choose another unit because my things didnt fit, she was able to switch over my unit so it wouldnt be far from the original.last month I had to move my things again because I finalized my place of residents and she was able to work with my on my unit switch (switched to something smaller) and my move out. With the many times I had to go to my unit, I got to know Rebecca fairly well. Ive used many storage unit facilities before, but this by far is the best.Customer service with Rebecca and other staff members is great and Its also access controlled in a warehouse type facility. Its not 24 hours but anything im storing there, I dont absolutely need past 10 pm. Thank you Rebecca for working with me and my multiple moves and storage needs.Noel

The Store Manager, Rene, is absolutely wonderful. When I approached her with a business need of my clients, she provided options and information to assure us that they provided what we needed and added peace of mind by following up when addressing our concerns. She personalized her service and did an excellent job at remembering our interactions - likely because how needy we were - and maintained an excellent attitude, continuing to offer solutions and peace of mind. They have convenient services and above and beyond service. Their loading dock hours are a little restricting, but otherwise I highly recommend this facility.

Really liked this storage place. It is all ground level, inside and a great re-purpose for an older downtown building. It has great access to the interstate and was perfect for me while I lived downtown. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I would recommend to anyone that needs another closet size to garage size space for all of the stuff we all have.

I appreciate renting a storage from EXTRA Space Storage on Fulton. I like the building, how you can drive around with your vehicle and bring in your own things to your own unit even if its raining outside you can still stay dry either way it goes. I like motion lights in the building also some lights will remain on. The pricing of the unit was nice until it went up to a couple more dollars. But over all I like this location better. I have rented from EXTRA Space Storage off and on for many years. This is one the locations that I like.

This is amazing! From the first minute we entered the Office and througout the whole process, Renee was amazing!

The facility was always clean and I always felt that I was safe when I went there! And being safe is very important not only for me but for all of my personal belongings that I stored there. The staff was always available due to the on-site living. They were always very knowledgeable about the products and never hesitated to assist me in any way that I needed. This particular facility was conveniently located downtown close to my home and has the lowest prices I could find! It is a great value! The property is easy to access and has extended hours of operation which is nice with the busy life I lead! There was plenty of space to unload, load and maneuver my club wagon. While the unit I rented was not climate controlled climate controlled I never found it to be too cold in the facility.There were plenty of units to choose from and all of the prices were very reasonable! When I decided to move, I went into the office and the young woman behind the counter helped me choose all of the supplies that I needed. They even had the boxes that I could hang my dry cleaning in when I moved! Overall, I had a wonderful experience using the Fulton Drive Extra Space Storage! I highly recommend this facility to any one that is seeking alternative storage!

I had a last minute need (The day I moved from one apartment to another!!!) and he was able to get me in right away and even helped me find the best deal possible for the short time that I needed a space. I met with Rich at Extra Space Storage after reserving a storage space online. Within 15 minutes I had completed all the necessary documentation and was shown the space and how to access it when the office was closed. No finger printing was required and I was also able to purchase some moving supplies. Being able to drive up to the storage space is a great benefit and I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Randy and the Extra Space Storage team at Fulton Street were great to work with. I rented storage space at this location for 3 years and never had any problems. One normally doesnt expect a lot of customer service related to renting space for storage, but Randy was definitely focused on his customers. Ill use them again, no question about it.

Extra Space Storage is a very nice facility with friendly people who are easy to work with. Our company had three storage units at one time and they were nice enough to allow us to combine all three of our units into one larger one that fit our equipment much better. The employees who work there are very nice and helped us fix the locks on our doors. They have also helped us move equipment and in and out of storage before when we needed extra help. Great place, great atmosphere.

My whole experience was great. I move around a lot and have never had this great of an experience with a storage company. The on-line reservation was very easy and super convenient. I felt very safe at the facility and it was very clean. The individuals who worked there were also very kind and helpful.

I rented space here for almost two years and have no complaints - I loved it here. Randy and everyone who works here is fantastic! It is super convenient...dumpster for trash, recycle bin for boxes, you can stay out of the elements by driving indoors straight to your unit. I would highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone looking for a storage space.

Randy and his team do a great job of taking care of you! I used my unit for work samples. They took packages direct when needed, full dumpster to throw away boxes/junk, complete climate control cover. Definitely offer several perks I took for granted that many other facilities dont offer. Price is a bit steep, but definitely a solid choice for downtown Indy. Especially if you need it for work, and are using it regularly. Reason I left is I moved up to Zionsville area, so no longer was convenient for work samples.
