Prices were ridiculous. Needed a truck to pick up a stove & move 35 miles. Daily rate $39 plus .99 per mile, plus gas replacement. Gouging because it was a Saturday. We just went to menards and rented a truck for and only paid a total of $52. And no gas replacement.

Customer service here is excellent. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but then called around to competitors to find it for me.

Had a storage here for almost 4 years. Never had one issue and any questions I had were answered quickly. Also rented many trucks from here. Does have some heavy foot traffic but always takes care of everyone. If possible I recommend making reservations online.

The staff are rude and cant get their facts straight whatsoever. I went over to the location on shadeland avenue and Rodney and people provided superior service and were very polite. Top notch customer service like I always get from Rodney.

Owen did a great job installing a trailer hitch on our vehicle. We took our vehicle to the Castleton location first (just because it was closest to us), but they refused to install the hitch because they said the bolt holes were rusted. My dad looked himself, and spent at most 20 minutes with a wire brush and WD-40 and the holes worked fine (clearly the Castleton location was just too lazy to do the work themselves). We let Owen know we had cleaned the bolt holes and he shouldnt have any trouble, and he thanked us and told us he would have done that anyway. We could tell he did his homework, as he updated our online order with parts that would work best for our vehicle, which actually ended up saving us money in the end! We really appreciated his hard work!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I waited a half hour in an empty store while the one employee waited on someone else to fill a propane tank. All we wanted was to purchase one single box and we walked away empty-handed after no one had acknowledged our presence for 30 minutes.

Ive been using this particular store since the 90s! In spite of their turnover, which is acceptable, for 25+ years... all of my experiences have been no less than exceptional!

Needed moving boxesI was checking out different sizes for quite a while. Everyone tried to look away, so I couldnt wave someone over to ask questions.Check out was ok and she even told someone to help me carry the boxes.

They didnt give details as to what was needed before I arrived. They also have a store full of people and one person working not a good look on the customer service side at all

I went to purchase boxes. The buff young male cashier was kind enough to let me pull the boxes myself, then struggle out the door while providing no assistance.

Shouldnt use storage if its not needed these days. Have a garage sale and get rid of it if you can.
