Been coming here for over 5+ years and I’ve never had a problem. Everybody who works there is professional and they keep you updated with any problems. Prices are good and the service is quick, definitely recommend.

Great experience! Had to get an emergency repair done on my way up north and stopped here. They took care of my car incredibly fast and were very professional. Highly recommended spot that I would come back to simply because of their hospitality and efficiency.

First and foremost these guys are the real deal. They went above and beyond to revamp my CRV. They kept me up to speed with timely updates and got my car feeling new again. First and foremost they’re are great guys! Very much professional and they take care of you as if you been a customer there for years. Solid repair outfit with the old school family mechanic feel. Good communication, decent prices, and quick turnaround. After getting a bunch of work done (starter, engine cap, and new battery) I had a totally unrelated problem with the gas tank protection plate dropping on the muffler (very noisy:) that they took care of for free about a week later. Would definitely recommend.

Today was my first time at Union Lube Shop and it was an amazing experience!! The manager, Joe, is so nice and well-mannered. I went in for an oil change and he spotted that I needed new front brakes so I got that repaired. Service was a little pricier than other places, but I believe it is completely worth it. He was even kind enough to throw in a courtesy to me and perform a service he did not need to, free of charge. I will definitely be doing future business with the man, who may have literally saved my life!

Great service and overall great all around guys. I get my oil changes done here regularly and they always do a great job. I just got new tires and a wheel alignment too and it was reasonably price. They did such a great job with it and the new tires looks amazing . Thank you guys!

Had my sons car tow in because it wont start and they said he needed a new alternator and had to change all the belts and some other work for a total of$2400.00 which I thought I was getting rip off, I had the car pick up and tookIt the dealer which I knew it may cost more, and to my surprise they said all that needed was to replace one belt for a total of $500..to refresh your memory it was a Infinity Q50 brought in on 7/13,I ask you for a brake down on the bill but you or someone told me just to write down the prices..which my wife corrected me you quoted $2100 plus tax .... not a fake review...

Joe is amazing, and he runs a good, honest shop. I took my car in a few weeks back as I felt it buck as I was driving on 22. Come to find out that my brake rotors and pads were completely shot, my front tires were worn down, AND that an animal of some sort chewed up internal wires! As you can imagine, the cost of fixing all this wasn’t cheap, but when we spoke through all the parts and work that it entailed, my wife and I understood. So we got the work done... Fast forward to a couple of days later when we encountered some issues while on the highway: I called Joe and without hesitation, he asked me to bring the car back to him so he can repair as necessary as he guarantees his work. So we did. He fixed the car at no additional cost, and it runs better than ever. He’s won a customer for years to come. If you’re thinking of getting your car fixed, take it by Joe for a consult; he’s incredibly customer focused, and he stands by the work he does.

Joe Is the best. I came in because my front tires were bucking. I went in thinking it would be a simple fix. Joe took his time listening for cues to see what could be wrong, took it around the block 3 times, went on the computer for 20 minutes conducting research. Discovered the issue I was experiencing was a common issue and that Acura recommended taking it to the nearest Acura dealership and updating the software while flushing out the transmission fluid. Joe could have made an assumption and charged me 3-4K and just swapped out the transmission but instead provided me with the necessary information and pointed me in the right direction without any charge and expecting nothing in return. I will return as a customer and refer him to anyone who is looking for a decent honest mechanic.

My rating is based on their accommodations and service. I been coming here since I moved to the town and they have been great since day one. Glad I have an auto shop close to home but better yet I’m able to trust and rely with their prompt services. Highly recommended

Union Lube Shop knows customer service and they understand that happy customers is good for business. Joe saw that my car was wrapped and took extra precautions to ensure that the wrap wouldnt be damaged in the process of repairing my front headlight (bumper needed removal before replacing headlight). Every step of the way Joe was extremely transparent with the process and the cost of everything. He ordered all the parts promptly and delivered on time. Transparency and customer service always goes a long way and I will definitely be going here again for any other car repairs. I saw this place with good google reviews (which is what brought me through the door in the first place) and they understand that thats important which is why Im writing a review. This shop deserves all the great reviews it has received so if youre in the market for a repair shop that takes care of your car and leaves you no worries, this is the place to go. Prices were reasonable and again, they are extremely transparent so you know what youre paying for and what youre getting.

I’ve been bringing my car here for years and have always received excellent service. They always let you know upfront what the problems are and will show you before any work is done. Everyone at the shop is really friendly. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I received excellent service, above and beyond what was expected, for a low price, in a very authentic, serious shop environment. They performed a pre-purchase checkup of a used Ford Explorer for me for an hours labor -- about $79 in 3/2019. (Pretty economical!) We drove it on the highway, they put it on the lift to fully inspect the chassis and suspension, they performed the Ford extended warranty 50 point checklist, and they showed me their concerns and listened to mine. They identified key issues that severely changed the economics of the deal (the used car purchase from a local dealership). From my experience they have integrity, experience, knowledge and ethics. And they are calm and collected. I recommend them highly based on my experiences (3/2019). I gave them a good bonus which they fully deserved because $79 would not have been enough!! The shop was busy, demonstrating others also believe in them. It is a clean honest business with ethical and caring people.

Great experience! Great service! Great atmosphere! Walked in at 8am for an oil change and courtesy point check. Oil change done within an hour and found I DEFINITELY needed breaks and rotors front and rear (just purchased my used car two weeks prior so I was not surprised). I left but returned around 3:30pm and George, Joe and there Team took care of my car the same day!!! Im a first time customer but now I will ONLY bring my car to UNION LUBE. Thanks guys.

Union Lube Shop is the kind of business older generations would respect. These guys are about honesty, integrity, and reasonable prices.I brought my 05 Honda Pilot for a 120K mile service here. What caught my attention was that the owner listened to the cars service history and told me what on my service list from the dealer I DID NOT need. This is what you look for in a mechanic; They put their long-term relationship with you as a higher priority than the guy looking to make a quick buck.I plan on servicing my car and my fiancees car here as long as we live in the state.
