Took my car here for an oil change, brake pads, and my rear left tire sensor was not working. Carlos at the end told me my brake pads were fine but there was alot of carbon build up in my engine that will potentially be a problem if I dont get it clean and my tire sensors need to be replaced.i dont recall telling them to look at my engine or to take it apart, I didnt understand why all my tire sensors go faulty when only one was not reading... we ordered the parts and I was going to pay when installed, thank God I didnt, because nothing was wrong with them. another mechanic looked at them and they were shut off. all that had to be done was resetting them. I called them to complain what they did was not cool and Carlos wants to talk down to me that to be careful using off brands tpms devices because its not good for the car and can break the sensors.... this is the kind of place that will talk down to you as if everyone they meet isnt mechanically inclined. even Carlos boss, bald guy, had a heated argument during my car repair and he just belittled another customer saying If he knew so much why bring it to them. self centered management doesnt understand time plays a big factor of why we dont do the repairs our selves for those who know what they are talking about. what makes my experience worst was that I had a valid coupon for a 49.99 oil change and I showed Carlos and he said he will include it in there... I get my bill and its $500.... 65 for my oil change plus tax. and the rest for cleaning the carbon buildup in my engine.... the car didnt even have 35k miles in it. its so sad the place on route 22 close down because these employees are the worst. I used to have my 18 Malibu, and 19 equinox serviced in route 22 northplainfield but union is a mess. they will scam you

All the Service Representatives/Techs was courteous and very helpful. I just feel that simple tasks that the dealership offers are over priced. I just needed my thief deterrent light removed and its a charge for that, astronomical I may add. And during this Pandemic I cannot afford it. I had touched the button on the steering wheel to change some information on the dash board and I inadvertently changed the alarm buzzer and now the noise that let you know you have activated your alarm system I cant hear. I asked the Service Rep if the Tech could enable, and he said the Tech said it was because of the service of the theif deterrent, which was not true because the alarm buzzer was activated while the light was on. I did not argue the point, but l left feeling somewhat disappointed. My truck is a 2017, which is now making me think maybe its about time to start taking my truck to our local mechanic where you get more personal and understanding. We take the truck there because you feel the Techs are up to date on information. Dealerships onwers should understand you get more with sugar than you get with $#!+.

Very bad service! They over charged the service, didn’t Replace the filter which was due! They charge Oil change and rotation separately, claiming you need to have a coupon for that which their screen didn’t say so! This is the only dealer where they charge separately. Also they ran out of oil so I needed to wait until the oil arrived for 5 hours, basically everyone who came today got problems with their service, also parts department is bad! They also don’t put the sticker of when the next oil change due, I also lost my stuffs in the car. Very bad service.

After Spending a Horrible few Hours at a Queens Dealership I took a chance at Open Road Chevrolet....... And Let Me tell you how much it all Paid off. The Team was so professional and very informative. Edwin Mendez, The finance director is seriously someone I hope to stay in contact with. And Cant thank enough for helping me get my dream car. I Bout the Chevy Tahoe. And I couldnt be happier. They even let me drive off with the new truck and allowed me to park my old car at the dealership just so I can have some fun with my new truck. I seriously couldnt be happier and I owe it all to Edwin. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to this dealership and hope Edwin will always be there to help me thru it all. Thank Again Everyone at Open Road. Seriously I could be happier.

If you have a Chevy fleet in your company better look for another place to send you car if you dont have a spare car, not the 1st time I lost more than a week waiting for easy things to do, theyre too busy to work with companies, service manager dont even have time to answer the phone.Do not recomend.

I called for 2 months for an extended warranty. No one assisted me....Not Cesar Rodriguez in Finance, not Theresa who didnt assist me in getting to the right person and finally gave me the name of the manager when I specifically asked for the regional manager. Darius continued to transfer me to voicemail. Debbie was of no assistance by being Petty and taking my email down incorrectly when we went over it twice so Cesar wouldnt be able to email me quotes. I finally called the manger there and advised him of everything that has transpired within the last few months. That was last week and and the general manager has yet to call me back.
