I would like Carlos to know just how very much he is appreciated. Im a transplant... from the Carolinas, where things are a bit slower and more spread out. To find a mechanic whom I can trust here in my new home of New Jersey is such a wonderful thing! When it comes to cars, I like for someone to talk to me like Im a kindergartener... slowly, clearly, simply! Carlos does this for me, all the while explaining my issues thoroughly and without coming across as condescending. Hes a gift to the world of automobile woes. One mechanic wanted $600 for an oil leak, said it was all in the labor I brought it to Santos and Carlos tightened my oil filter. End of problem. There was a woman there who came in all the way from Queens for the service I guess that tells it all

They are very nice do good work been bringing my car there for years, never had a problem,they wont try to run up the bill like other places by telling you to do things that arent necessary. If you go get there by 8 when they open cause theyre busy. You wont regret going there.

I am SUPER skeptical or auto mechanics so I hate taking my car to them- I always feel like Im getting played. But I finally found one I can trust! I would HIGHLY suggest Santos Auto to anyone. There are honest, wont sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need, they do good work. Its a small shop and your wouldnt think much of it when driving by but they are always busy because they are one of the few out there that you can trust. Highly, highly suggest them!

Ive been going to Santos Servive since 1983. They are always very helpful and honest. Repairs are done quickly and professionally. They will never sell you anything you dont need. I will use there service as long as their in buisness.

I paid him 500 plus to get my sisters chevy venture inspected and change computer ECM cause of a knock sensor failure would not pass inspection . That was his diognostic ECM and knock sensor . I was heading to PR on vacation and trusted my sister and van to Santos . I told him i was looking for a trust worthy mecanic and he said youve come to the right place . De santo no tiene nada . My sister picked up the van a day later the check engine light came back on . she took it to another auto shop they told her ECM was never changed or upgraded . He took advantage of a woman . Never again . UNLESS HE SHOWS YOU THE PART HE PULLED AND U CAN VISUALLY VERIFY DONT TRUST THIS OR ANY OTHER MACANIC . MOST OF THEM ARE LEGAL THIVES .
