I love love love this place. Professional, good quality work, responsive, awesome people. Very helpful. I like being able to do everything online. And if I have questions about anything they always help me out. And they have sweet puppies there that greet ya too. I wont ever give my business to anyone else. You guys ROCK at The Shirtery. The staff at the Shirtery are absolutely fantastic. Our family was in dire need of sweatshirts made for a special reason they not only completed them worked with us the best they could and got everything done working overtime. My family will continue to use the Shirtery for all of our needs thank you so much.

They hardly had any transfers. I havent been in there for about two years. It is so much different than the previous owners.

Stopped in to this little shop to get a Trenton, MI shirt made since I adopted this town as my home many years ago. I couldnt find anything that had Trenton or Wayne County on it while I was on my anniversary trip. The owners were so polite, great sense of humor, and extremely helpful. Their selection is amazing!! I ended up getting a black hoodie and the gentleman told me which color would be best so it didnt bleed through and helped me design it. The price was great and since I was leaving to go home that day, they had it ready for me within an hour and had an easy way to pay before I came back. Im very glad I bought from this store because its local in the community and family owned and I would much rather support businesses like that than buy from a big company bulk manufacturer. Ill definitely be placing orders through them more often even out of state!! Thanks again for my Trenton, MI hoodie that Im proudly wearing!!

After having an issue with my order, I emailed the company. The response was fast and my issue was resolved completely. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, and understanding with the whole situation. The shirts are awesome and I will be using this company again.Very satisfied customer

Been to this place 3 times for 3 different custom lettering needs and all 3 times I was turned away. How does this place stay in business?

They for one are not friendly or welcoming at all. They do not provide any customer service whatsoever or help. Ive ordered 3 separate pieces this week and 2 are absolutely ruined after one wash!!! The vinal all peeled completely off even though I washed inside out . And I know my third piece is going to do the same by the feel of it. $80 completely down the drain. Its cheap cheap cheap product and final and will never hold up! Ive ordered countless items off Etsy it would take dozens of washes to even begin to look warn never ever did I have a shirt peel! I didnt even bother contacting them because by the countless reviews I just read they dont care and are rude as ever. I will never go back and I will never refer anyone I know there. Shame! I can see why my daughters elementary school does not use them!

Very disappointed! I came in to buy matching shirts for my son and I. I ordered the sizes I wanted, with them even being repeated back to me, and in writing. I get a call that they are ready, I look at my sons and it is big. I ordered a 3T and they gave me 4T. The big tag was ripped out so it seems they tried to hide the fact they were wrong. The small tag however must have been missed. So I bring this to their attention, and they give ME attitude like I am in the wrong! The associate even says theres nothing that can be done because they are closing. Im guessing it was then the owner who came over and said oh that shirt doesnt come in 4T. (Well why didnt you call me and let me know that?!) And all they can do is refund the cost of the shirt. Mind you this was an almost $70 order for a special event that cant be redone. The entire time Im waiting for an apology, something. I didnt even get so much as an oops we messed up, sorry. She was actually mad she had to refund the $17, and didnt say a word! I could have thrown a fit and demanded the entire cost of the shirt, but they obviously need it more than I do. Lesson learned for sure, I wont be back and Ill tell everyone to stay away. Its bad business practice!! They need serious lessons in customer service.

WE LOVE THIS STORE. HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS. MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAS ITEMS PRINTED AND PURCHASED EVERY YEAR FOR ALL OUR KIDS SPORTS. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR CUSTOM CLOTHING.

When I was 17 I was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma. I wanted to do some fundraising for medical bills. I decided selling tshirts would be a great way to do it. I went to this t shirt shop in trenton with my idea and design. The lady I spoke to didnt even let me finish before telling me they dont do that there... all I asked for was some shirts with cancer ribbons on them, I thought they were a tshirt shop. She couldnt even point me in the right direction.

Family owned business, and they care about their customers. They do amazing work and can customize any shirt you want for a really fair price, no matter if it is one shirt or a hundred.
