Great spot with reasonable prices on suits! The had a very nice selection of colors and sizes. One nice option was having tailors on site. We will be back!

I been to this store several times and their customer service is very bad. I bought a complete boys suit size 7 and mistakenly they gave me size 10 for the pants, I called to get an exchange for the pants only and they said they didn’t have size 7 anymore. I asked if they could fix it for no additional price because it was the store’s mistake and still they said “NO” they said I have to pay for the fixing. Really? Their mistake, and they make you pay for it? Bad service in my opinion.

This store appears to cater to a different demographic than other stores in the DMV. They offer far fewer casual coordinates and more jeans and khakis.

Great experience. I’m used to paying full price for expensive suits and friend recommended this place. I got two suits today at literally unbelievable prices. Great variety in color, style and brand. The salesman and alterations guy where brilliant. Alterations are also pretty cheap, still can’t believe it! Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my shopping experience here! I got a few suits, shoes, belt and other accessories here. I became a member and receive MANY discounts online and through their customer appreciation card. The prices are reasonable and one of my highlights of the store is theyre very well organized and customer service focused. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I’ve been to other K&Gs and wasn’t aware of this “this” store particular policy. I asked the gentleman to measure my neck, no problem. I grabbed that size and the two others because the shirts are to big. I asked they gentleman where the fitting was he said in the back but you can’t try those shirts on. I’ve never heard this before. I understand why it would be enforced however they way he said it was out of line. And then he said to me I told you your size, I don’t why you grabbed that. And he walked away. I did not appreciate the unprofessional Thai associate produced. I will never shop at this location, ever. Horrible service, horrible.

They only have one employee operating the register with 6 people waiting to check out. Poor customer service. They don’t even call anyone up front to help with the customers that are waiting.

Good prices but low quality items for the most part...you get what you pay for. Not a huge selection of sizes. If you get pants altered, they try to automatically charge you to put permanent creases . Is that because the pants are low quality? The saleswoman was not very good since she had little patience and couldnt even check labels or racks at some points and kept walking away while supposedly helping me. The two male tailors were much better with customers. Not going back.

A hidden gem Ive been coming to for years. Always have great sales. Just hard to always find what you want in your size. Check it out if in the need for some suits, shirts l, ties and shoes. They have every you could need to fit your budget.

The New Carrollton store has a much greater selection with current products. Baileys Crossroads store has mostly unsold items from the other stores and overstock items. At current prices! Feels like robbery.

If you are looking for this store, be patient, your GPS is not leading you astray. The store is upstairs on top of an Asian restaurant. So you have to access it by 1 of 2 entrances on either side of the restaurant. Entrance to the left is an elevator, entrance to the right is a stairway.This store is cramped with a warehouse feel, tailored primarily to men (as most K and G stores are), and has I think 4 racks of clothes dedicated to women. Approximately 2 racks to kids, few shoes and accessories, but the rest is all menswear. Men will find what they need for any occasion, women not so much.I will not return to this store.

Although its a duplex store... The selection is really good and also the stores workers are the best team ever. They are hard working and also friendly. Check it out.

Great prices. Selection for big guys okay. Not easy to navigate but if youre patient you may find a good deal. Perpetually understaffed and many, but not all, tend to be on the surly/grumpy side. Maybe overworked? Warning-may need to go a couple times to find your suit. As with places like this, one day it may be all neon pimp suits, the next very conservative. I have shopped there a long time. There is good quality if you look for it.

Little inventory for women. It has u comfortably hot and the elevator was dark and scary.

One of the only places in Northern Virginia where you can be above a 1X and still find decent clothes. Most places assume if youre a 54 jacket, suddenly you want to dress like a circus clown. But K&G has a great selection.

A nice place for men to shop sometimes its hit or miss. Their ladies line is pretty slim and sometimes out dated. The have very nice fashionable shoes for men.

Prices are deceiving because they have women suits on the hanger but the price is separate per piece (jacket, skirt, pants). Only has good deals when they have major sales.

Instead i received rewarding service from an associate who was trying his best to assist multiple other customers while this store was busy with MEN who where looking for A.B.C and D listed above..Suit shopping is a challenge as your investing in yourself and Embet i believe is his name succeeded well beyond that expectation. This store offers $50 suits to$500 . I had a wedding to attend and my wardrobe wasnt up to date . my salesman put together a look for me that in return received compliments all weekend. went in wanting to spend 150 I spent like 250 . Any one with a sales background knows that that only happens with a POSITIVE BUYING EXPERIENCE. If your a tall gent like myself go here, they have options. 5stars and ill be back !

K&G was a nice spot to get a suit but I was disappointed with the amount of time it took to get help, it took about 15 minutes to get some help. Also the appearance of the spot was a little run down but overall it was a good experience with a good price.

This place has a good selection of female clothing. I also got some great suits for my husband and a decently priced watch which held up pretty good. Right off the hwy too.

I have a love-hate relationship with this place for a number of reasons.1) Love: the reasonable prices and deals; Hate: the reasonable prices and deals because I end up going over budget.2) Love: the location; Hate: the location because it looks so janky from the outside and, truth be told, somewhat matches the inside. This place is setup like its namesake - in a warehouse style. With some better interior design this place would be a crowd pleaser, but I guess the savings come from low maintenance/upkeep.3) Love: the selection as they have a wide range of styles, from GQ to pimped out uncle Rufus; Hate: the selection is somewhat limited for tall sizes so I do at times leave feeling like the location can do a better in this area, such as for sport coats or jeans.Overall, you get what you pay for and this place does provide solid styles for affordable prices, so its worth a stop when Im in the area.

First time in store around 2:30pm, took an elevator to get to the main floor. Wasnt expecting the elevator. No one greeted me or asked if i needed help. Store had minimum of 1-2 customers, clothes were outdated vs. The K&G i been to in Merrillville, In. I was just expecting more upon arrival. Unfortunately, i did not purchase anything!
