Drove down from Newport News to look at a used Ford Flex but after driving it decided it wasn’t the vehicle for us. Service Center SUCKS! Poor customer service. Please do not waste your time going to this place. Had my vehicle for over 24 hours and never contacted me with an update. I contacted them and was told I would get a call back but that call didn’t come until the next morning. And they didn’t even fix my vehicle nor give me a reason as to why. Manager didn’t even care about my concerns and gave a poor excuse.

Very slow service department. Purchased vehicle in May. They were supposed to call to schedule install abs a seat repair. I had to call to schedule. Had car for 2 weeks to do the roof rack install. Requested oil change while it was there. They never did the oil change. Wrong parts were ordered for roof rack. Constantly had to call for updates. No one knew what was going on. Not the best at informing customers. Roof rack looks like factory/original part.

I just had the WORST experience when dealing with the service department. I called a few days ago and they told me for inspections it was first come first serve. Okay no problem, so I show up Friday morning first thing and am the first car at 8am. They take my car back and I sit in the waiting room the car behind me was also getting an inspection and an oil change. I’m waiting as an hour goes by and the woman who got the oil change+inspection was called to get her vehicle. I then ask is my car almost done an inspection only takes 20-30 minutes, they then proceeded to tell me it should only be another five minutes. 20 minutes later my car is done, no explanation as to why I waited 1hr and 20 mins for AN INSPECTION. I will definitely not be coming back.

Do NOT... I repeat do NOT get a car with these people. I went in yesterday and put a down payment on a car and they told me they would be calling me soon to come sign my paperwork... Would not tell me the value of the car OR how much my payments would be... Gave lil to no info. Only got to test drive what they CLAIM they could get me in!! just for them to take 24 hours to tell me they cant finance ME and it would take 3-5 business days to get my money back. There also behind on paperwork. It should not take TWO days to be able to pick your car up after a down payment goes down. Do not recommend anyone dealing with them...

I get free state inspections here and I always check my car before I go. The technician said my front wipers were bad 🤔, I asked how much to replace 🤔$40!!! I walked across the street to Napa Auto Parts and got a pair for $12. I changed them myself and remind you if l had drove to Napa they would have installed them for free, a $28 savings 👍thanks NAPA NO HOW ! Normally Mike Duman would get 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but $40 for wipers, SMH!
