Dell does fantastic work when it comes to jewelery. I came in to get rings made and he told me exactly what stones and metal to get to ensure its durability. He is very very good at what he does.

I had my wedding ring made here - It was custom made with specific details and I could not be happier. They are SO knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. I will for sure be back for any other jewelry, especially custom. I highly recommend!

Great service. It took a while to find the perfect stone that we wanted and they kept showing us options until we found the perfect one. They then helped us design a great ring to fit the stone. Great small business with a jeweler that has been doing it for many years. Best experience at any jewelery store ever.

I spoke with someone on the phone and asked about re-sizing a ring. After he told me that were not pet monkeys and that Id have to leave the ring for a few days, I inquired about any guarantee Id have if they lost the ring. He told me this is very insulting you can find someone else you trust if you want. Ive never been spoken to so rudely over the phone about a simple request. I would not recommend this jeweler at all after that simple interaction. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.

Super happy with our experience here. My wife had wanted to have her ring resized for some time know, but we werent sure of where to go. I found Redford Jewelers online and reached out to them via email. They responded super quickly and were so helpful during the whole process. When we went in they were so friendly and welcoming. They were able to resize the ring very quickly and my wife is super happy! Thanks so much!!

Owner did not resize mens ring to fit. When returned again to correct fitting no resize done? Wanted to charge for resize again? and my family friend was told by Dale to slam his finger in door so it would swell and fit finger. Owner Dale has a real anger problem. Please do not go there.

I love rings, gems and everything that glitters. So when I got married I knew exactly what I wanted for my engagement ring. When we went ring shopping all over the valley I was so disappointed. I thought I wouldnt be able to get my dream custom ring without spending way too much. Then I was referred to Redford and was so impressed with their knowledge and skill. They custom made my ring and I was able to be involved through the whole process. I was able to get every thing I wanted under budget! Five years later I still have people asking where I got my ring and I still go to redfords for all my jewlery. I highly, highly recommend redford s you will not be disappointed!!!!
