I never write reviews--but now Im compelled to. For months, failed to give us our OWN account number so we couldnt set up online payment. Wouldnt answer phone so had no other way to pay. Repeated requests for our OWN account info ignored. Water delivery person says, ya, we know our customer service is broken. After initial water delivery, never got another delivery. Got NO notice of overdue payment. Just found out today (through an email that actually arrived in my inbox) that they sent it to COLLECTIONS. Miraculously got a person at Mt. Olympus on the phone today, who said we emailed you two notices (but when requested to forward those supposed sent emails, said she wasnt allowed to). Apparently they mailed a Final Notice of overdue payment on Oct 28 and then referred it to collections on Oct 29. I asked why they would mail a final notice only to refer it to collections the very next day. No explanation. I asked if I could pay it over the phone and was told my account was cancelled and I had to handle it through the collections agency. Worst consumer experience Ive had in YEARS. One star...because the few bottles of water we got tasted like water. Kidding. Cant give negative stars.

Terrible company. Signed up through Costco. Every single interaction with this company was awful. They didn’t show up for the first delivery and cooler drop off on the day they were supposed to and never called to notify me they would be delayed. Then when they finally did show up, they delivered a faulty cooler. Took a week to get a new one. I cancelled after less than a month. They were supposed to pick up my remaining water jugs and cooler on a certain day, and of course they never show up nor notify me what they are being delayed. I’ve called customer service numerous time, and every time they assure me that they are on the way to pick the items up, yet they never show up. No one calls or communicates anything with you. I’ve cancelled months ago and they still haven’t come to pick up the items. Not to mention they will continue to bill you even after you cancel, even after customer service assures you that you won’t be billed. I had to cancel the credit card I was using for this just so that way I won’t get billed anymore for a service that I cancelled. Ridiculous. DO NOT do business with this company. Hands down the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. It boggles my mind how they are still in business.

I have had delivery with Mount Olympus for over two years and I love them!! Always consistent, always on time and we love the water! I set up auto pay and never worry about my bill, always easy to change or skip my order when needed. My kids love using the water cooler and can all change the bottle. Ages 6-16. I tell everyone that comes to my house to get bottled water delivery! Everyone I know has super slow fridge water or it blinks “change filter” no more worries about my fridge filter. Also, we LOVE having immediate hot water!! We will definitely continue to be customers!

No stars. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I signed up as Executive Member at Costco. They never arrived with the initial dispenser and bottles. I had to call so many times, and every time you call it’s a different story. Very rude Reps. They rescheduled, and the 3 times someone arrived, something was wrong. The dispenser was not working, so I had to call to have it replaced. Their system didn’t have accurate information about the delivery and how and when the new dispenser was going to be delivered. They finally delivered it. Now I had the first scheduled delivery for today, and I left the empty bottles outside. No one showed up. I had to call again. They said they had changed it for Thursday. No one notified me (thank you). And someone just changed the delivery dates on the website calendar. I regret I signed up for this circus. I DO NOT recommend this service. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! It will save your happiness.

This may have been a good locally owned company at one point but they have since been bought up by a national company that value engineered customer service into the dirt. You can use their dumpster fire of a website to schedule delivery but dont expect to get what you actually order. The website will change your order quantity without any notification. When you actually get a delivery there is a 50/50 chance the driver will just drop off whatever he wants. I scheduled an order of 6 bottles every two weeks yesterday when I checked the website my order was changed to 3.. I received 2 bottles on my porch yesterday. This is the 3rd time I have had to unscrew this scenario over a year.Think you can just hop on the phone and call someone who cares? Think again the phone system has been recently redesigned in to a maze of automated options and dead ends. When you finally get to the support queue expect to wait on hold for over an hour for what seems like one of three over worked and under paid cranky agents to help you....I just wanted a few bottles of water but the amount of effort was equivalent to working with someone elses insurance to pay an auto claim every other month.There is a local company here in the rocky mountains that is more than willing to earn your water delivery service. Mt Olympus makes you feel like you should be earning theirs.Update: After cancelling my account and receiving my final bill they are now raising the price per bottle $1.50 for the Working with the insurance on my claim level of customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Sit on hold over and over just to get told the same thing from someone on other side of the country. Pay forCooler and water every two weeks. Cooler stopped working and it’s been 3 weeks since they said they would replace. Also stopped delivering water now. I call everyday and get the same response that localWill call you ASAP and escalate issue to management. Still no call and no water. Back to calling and being on hold again. This isn’t that hard. DONT USE THEM. AWFUL COMPANY.

I appreciate this service! I receive an email with the details of the next delivery and my bill. I receive a voice mail the day before to remind me to put out my empty bottles. Our delivery person is great! He will bring my water in the garage if I need him to. I disliked dragging my bottles to a grocery store to fill them. What a wonderful service. It is so affordable and time saving.

The worst service! From the beginning my order was not delivered on time. I definitely do not recommend you signing up for auto pay, they will charge you even for their mistakes. I was over charged for extra water gallons I never received. Very hard to get ahold off and definitely NOT reliable company!

Absolutely abysmal service. No one follows instructions, no one communicates, and the company makes commitments that they don’t follow through on. I have been trying to get MO to pick up their bottles after cancelling service and they keep blowing me off, but I am stuck holding onto these things in my apartment until they decide to follow through and pick up their property. Phone reps continue to assure me that someone is coming and then no one does.Just a thoroughly atrocious customer experience, just go with Culligan!

I have been a part of Mount Olympus delivery for several years. It is my little luxury to have hot or cold water on demand in my home. The water tastes delicious and ITS INSTANT! When I want tea, I have it. A cold sip water is right there. I get my water delivered once a month but could have it more often. I leave my empties on the porch and they are replaced there when the delivery truck comes by. I dont have to lug heavy bottles from the store or be home when the truck arrives. Thanks Mount Olympus you are a treasure to our community.

Update: it’s been a month and still no luck. Disappointed. We have recently moved and have been trying to update our address with no luck. The website has been “down” for about 2 weeks, there doesn’t seem to be an actual human working the phones and no one has responded to our emails. Our water was delivered to our old address so we had to go ask the new people living there if we can have our water. They have ZERO customer service and apparently customers don’t matter. We will be canceling when and if we get an actual person on the line to resolve our issues.

Terrible service, billed for things I never recieved, constant confusion internally about who is do what. Very unstable company, just sent me to collections without any notification that I was behind and they had my credit card info to charge all outstanding balances, but did not. I dont know how they will be in business for much longer. My driver also changed three times in the last 6 months. I would avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just dont or if you do call customer service where you will see that you will be on hold for an hour or more. Poor customer service at the caproate level. I really feel for the local employees that work there. I cancelled today after years of service but the unreliable deliveries, inaccurate bills and the constant one hour on hold to deal with billing is enough. It is too bad really a I think their water is the best.

I have been a mount Olympus customer since 1998. After having no delivery of water for the month of July 2021 - call the customer service 3 times (its a joke that they put people on hold for more than 1 hour every time you are trying to reach the customer service) - still has no water delivered.

They have THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Worse than Comcast, worse than any company I have dealt with. Do yourself a favor and find another company.They have a problem with their billing system, their auto payment won’t process my credit card. They keep blaming it on my card. Funny thing, I can manually submit payments with the same card without problems. I have talked to their incompetent customer and they do nothing to fix it.

Web account doesnt work with no online bill pay function. I waited over an hour on the phone to make a payment and was then charged multiple late fees.

TERRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITHMount Olympus customer for 7 years, the service has DECLINED SIGNIFICANTLY over the last 3 months (2021). Cancelled service a month ago, after 5 calls, as many hours waiting on hold, and failed pickup appointments, they refuse to credit the account for the equipment rental and bottle return until weve retrieved our bottle & equipment. We listed, sold and closed on the sale of our home faster than theyve been able to cancel our account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Primo Water, Water.com or Mount Olympus (all the same company) if you may possible ever want to cancel the service.

Started service in early 2020. Got their bottom load water cooler with hot and cold dispensers. I dont drink coffee, instead hot green tea and the hot dispenser makes it so easy to enjoy my hot tea easily with a push of a button.The bottom loading system makes it easy for a 61 year old with disability to load the 5 gallon bottles into the water cooler. There is no physical way I would be able to lift the bottles on top of a top loading cooler.I can easily adjust my order with their convenient app to add to it, change it or skip a delivery.They always deliver on my scheduled day with an accurate order so I know when to set my empty containers out.Thanks for providing this wonderful service since its difficult for me to get bottled water from the grocery stores. I love that Im helping the environment by utilizing refillable bottles.

Once i got someone on the phone, they transferred me to another person. As I write this ...Im still on hold. Ugh. If youre look for water service...keep looking. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! I wish I could give a ZERO star. They offer everything you ask for when you set up the account then refuse to even deliver the water when you business is OPEN DURING NORMAL HOURS M-F 9-5! They leave water in hallways and refuse to come pick up the empty bottles. Then when I go to cancel they state they will not issue a refund all the extra bottles of water we have, due to their lack of organization! They refuse to let you speak with the local manager or office. So glad to be done with them and happy to move to Culligan. I will gladly pay more for instant help and quality customer service. I dont like posting negative reviews, but this has been problematic. I signed up at Costco for the delivery service, supposed to get 4 bottles every two weeks. After the first delivery, we somehow ended up with 3, so I called in and confirmed we were signed up for 4. The next had 4, and then two weeks later, it reverted to 3 again. Its a real hassle for something that should be set it and forget it, which cancels out the benefit of a delivery service in my mind.

Very good experiences the past 7 years with the delivery service. Customer service calls can be difficult with long hold times and we are not thrilled about the cost continually creeping up, but the water and the service are great.

Im giving them one star only because you have to in order to post your comment, and if possible would give them a negative 5 stars! Im dumping their product & delivery. We ordered a water cooler and was promised last Thursday and it didnt deliver (email said they never made it our way). They sent out another email that it would deliver last Tuesday. Same result. I emailed twice asking for delivery updates and never received a response. I called them today and asked to speak to a supervisor. Spoke to one person and then put on hold for 20 minutes...another person came on who was NOT the supervisor asking me the same questions. I was on the call for over 40 minutes, just to finally give them my cell # to have a supervisor call me back. 4 hours later, still nobody has called me. I have also tried to switch over the account login and have called customer support for assistance. I keep getting blank emails to reset. They just tell me to try and call back. Ive done so 4 times with no end result. The very worst customer support Ive ever witnessed. STAY AWAY and use another local delivery service.

Mount Olympus always provided great service to us until sometime in the last few months. There was a change in drivers and possibly as change in management. Immediately, we began getting poor service, no responses to text messages, missed delivery dates and suddenly the 12 minute drive to our house from the main hwy in Park City became too much of a burden and they told us they could no longer drive “30 minutes” to our home. BEWARE!!!!! I signed up for this water service at Costco and was really excited about it. When the delivery day came they gave me a 6 hour window to deliver (between noon and 6pm). Nobody showed up. I called them and have been on hold for over an hour now and have not been able to get through to anyone. All I want to do is cancel at this point. I filled out a form on their website and it states that I cannot cancel that way, and that I need to call. I received an email saying they will respond to my inquiry and that they believe in “world class service”. What a joke. Terrible company and a complete waste of time.

I signed up at a Costco. I tried to set up with one bank card and it wasnt going through so then I used a diffrent card and a $50 hold was put on that card for that amount. I scheduled my delivery date but, today was supposed to be delivered between 10 and 12pm . No one showed up so I called. They told me my account had been canceled because my card declined the $50 hold fee. I advised them of the card I used and that there has been a $50 hold on my account since the day I signed up. They said I used a different card, they. I advised them the card they were showing was the 1st one I used and that I had used a 2nd card that did go through and there was a $50 hold since last week. I was told I would have to create a new account and have another $50 credit. At this point I had a manager get on who told me they couldnt do anything because my card had been declined. I was going to have to sign up again and wait more than a week for a new delivery date. They did not care there was some kind of system error. I was not offered any solution that would benefit me at all. I took the day off to be home. I started a detox program counting on the water being here today. My situation did not matter to them.

These guys used to be terrible but theyve really improved 100% over the last 6 months or so. Deliveries have been on time and accurate with none skipped.Customer service has vastly improved, and they now email reminders before deliveries so you can adjust or change your order. I have an awesome delivery driver named Andy that checks in with me before every monthly visit and sees how much water I need and even though there is a bunch of steps to go up to get to my front door he always brings the water right to my front door. We love the Spring Water. We really appreciate Mount Olympus delivering to us up in Midway.I need to edit my review. I give my driver Andy and his excellent delivery and customer service 5 Stars. However, BUYER BEWARE. Kids are off to college and I decided I dont need the water service anymore. I tried to cancel and you end up getting transferred to some company called DS Services. They bounced me around to several different customer service people and made me request cancellation over and over. Finally they hung up on me. I was super nice and just said I dont need the service anymore. I called back and they are showing my account as still being active. Asked to cancel and Im currently on hold with DS Services. They have transferred me twice again and now someone is saying what price can they offer to keep me. At this point, I just want them to go away. By the way you can pick up the exact same water at Home Depot

Worst company EVER. I’ve tried to cancel multiple times and they refuse to send cancellation confirmation. They are still sending statements. One month instead of the $30 owed they charged me $635. None of their reps would help me and I ended up disputing with my bank. They tried charging over $200 over the next two months. They are horrific and shady. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had health problems for years! After about 15 years we found out part of my problem was drinking tap water and even bottled water! The chemicals and “yuck” in it made me sick!! So I started to drink distilled water from Mount Olympus! I went through a heavy detox of my body! I lost 30 pounds in a 3 month period and began to feel 100% better! Since I drink a gallon a day, I looked for cheaper “distilled” water to save a few dollars! After only a day or two, I began to get sick! Immediately I went back to Mount Olympus water and felt good again! I can’t drink ANY OTHER DISTILLED WATER!!! It must not be done right like Mount Olympus does??!! I hope it never changes and they continue to do such a good job! Thanks Mount Olympus for giving me back a good quality of life!!

I dont like to leave negative reviews. We started in March 2019 with Mt Olympus through Costco. We paid a 2 bottle deposit. We love their spring water and it is hard to find in the stores now. We found we just didnt go through the 5 gallon bottles as quickly as they were being delivered. I skipped delivery for several months. Finally got caught up and had another bottle delivered the day after we arrived home from holiday. You arent allowed to return the full bottles for credit. We put the water into other containers then I cancelled and scheduled for pickup ALL the bottles we had gotten. They picked them up and I waited for my final bill. I was told by the Costco rep that I would receive credit for the 2 bottles I had a deposit on. When I called Mt Olympus to request the credit, I was told I hadnt paid any deposit and that the outstanding bill was correct. I then contacted Costco again and they agreed I was charged for 2 bottles (it was on the first invoice in B&W) so they put through the credit and my outstanding balance was $1.36 which I immediately paid. I was glad I had booked it through Costco or it could have turned into a mess.

Absolutely terrible. I moved here from Florida with Crystal Springs Water which is all the same company. I transferred my service when I made the move. I never had any issues with Crystal Springs in Florida but when they transferred my service to Mt. Olympus I had nothing but issues. They never made my first delivery as they incorrectly listed my address. I called on three separate occasions to change my address to the correct address and they never were able to list my address correctly. While moving I contacted Crystal Springs to give them my new address and when the account rep discovered I was military he stated I qualified for a discounted price for military service. He quoted me what my new rate would be. Surprisingly though, Mt. Olympus charged me full price and then stated they dont have any discounted rates. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible service. We were set up for every other week delivery. Almost every delivery was wrong, usually with not enough water being delivered. I would then call and receive apologies, followed by a rush delivery. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable, but not almost every delivery for a year. That coupled with the lack of billing explanation (the bill changed frequently, it was never consistently the same). Not once did they offer to compensate us for the constant mistakes. We will never recommend them to anyone else.

After reading some of these reviews I wonder if Im working with the same company. We have been using them for about a year now and the only complaint I have is that on very rare occasion they may be a bit loud on the delivery. Our delivery person, Robert is always great and we have no issues at all. He got us started ordering the individuals in addition to our normal big bottle order and it has been great. I no longer have to lug the cases up the stairs after hitting Costco or the grocery store. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Great tasting also

I have had this delivery service for almost 10 years, and have had it from this Utah crew the last 3 1/2 years. I have been super happy with their customer service, they always come on the day they say they’re going to come, the drivers are always very friendly and helpful. Anytime I do experience a hiccup, they are quick to address it and get it remedied immediately.

This company is ridiculous to try and get in touch with. I’ve tried repeatedly because I need to cut back on the amount being delivered to my elderly mother. I can’t get past being on hold for way too long. The recording will say that my wait time is about 15 min., but then I’ll wait around 1/2 an hour and still no answer. Very poor customer service and after calling twice, it looks like I will have to stop payment through the bank in order to cancel service. Very annoyed.

So I was a returning customer. Left for a couple months after a year with them and came back. Re-signed up, made an order for 8 extra bottles due to an upcoming trip where we absolutely needed the water. Delivery was scheduled by Mount Olympus and confirmed via the phone notification. NO SHOWED... I called, spoke with customer services, stressed the importance of needing the delivery, was told they would absolutely deliver the next day, called again in the AM to confirm, was told yep on the delivery list. NO SHOWED, NO CALL either time. Called again and was told we can get it to you tomorrow. Could not trust this company to do what they said they would. Called customer services, was told I would get a call from the local management. NO CALL. Cancelled services, had to make arraignments for water elsewhere prior to my trip. Company does not care about customer service AT ALL.... 1 star was the lowest I can click, but thats even too high..

I set up my company to get water deliveries from Mount Olympus to help insure that we were always stocked on water. At first they were doing good and getting us our deliveries. Then they started skipping deliveries and not coming at all. I called and talked to a representative and explain what was happening and they said they would get that fixed and have one out that week. But they didnt for weeks. I was so close to calling and canceling but I decided to give them just a little bit more time to get their deliveries in line. It took awhile for them to get everything fixed.. and now we get our deliveries on time and the gentleman that comes and delivers the water is very nice and professional. Glad I waited that extra time before canceling because we are super happy with our service now.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give Mount Olympus Water a try. I wish I had not. There is a major customer service, communication, and logistical issue with this company. Their online portal for managing my account is to no benefit for me or anyone. Updating quantities to managing deliveries was ignored. They delivered water twice even when my account was updated, showing no deliveries until June 17 2019. I personally had to delivery the cooler due to lack of customer service, dispatch communication. I signed up as a new customer. I was promised the water would be delivered on a certain day. When that day arrived, I called MOW at 2PM asking for a delivery status. They promised it would be delivered by 5PM and they would text there driver to have him call me with an ETA. 5:15, I called MOW to get an ETA on my water delivery, and they promised it would be delivered but there driver was running behind. Long story short, my wife waited at home ALL day waiting for nothing and our water never arrived. Not a single phone call.... GREAT first delivery experience! HA

Be prepared for the hidden fees energy surcharge .. Just cancelled. I paid $147 for two bottles of water and a malfunction dispenser rental for the year of 2018 . The last delivery driver swapped out a bottle that wasnt empty, installed a new one then dropped of a new bottle to add to the 4 on the floor that were sitting for 2yrs strait. Then I was billed $24 for 1 bottle of water I dont want or need. Of course that amazing price included the rental and energy surcharge fee. What a joke.

Scheduled for a water dispenser replacement from 8-5. Never shows up and no phone calls. I dont remember how many times Mount Olympus screws up for all occasions. This Costco water delivery company is so bad to a point I wonder why Costco keeps this partnership. Its time for me to seek for another vendor.

I returned my water cooler and bottles over 2 years ago and I just got a bill in the mail from a collection company about my account at mount olympus for $128.00. I have not problem paying what I owe if I knew I owed them money. I was not contacted once in that 2 years about it. I also try to call and take care of this and no one ever answers.

This company is the WORST!!!!!! They dont even deserve a 1 star. I cancelled my account last year and they are still billing me. I have called to cancel serveral times and each time I get told my account is cancelled...I will NEVER recommend this service......

We have read allot of the reviews that are posted on here, so we thought we would leave a good one. We have been with this company for several years and we have had no issues-- brought new dispensers in a timely manner, no problems with the bill and we havent had to deal with customer service much but what we have dealt with, they were great!

Worst company ever! I order 2 bottles of purified water and they deliver 4 bottles of the more expensive spring water. 2 weeks later, im not even done with the 4 bottles and they deliver another 4 bottles. Ive changed my bottle delivery to 1 and they deliver 3. At one point I was up to my neck in water bottles, cancelled my deliveries for a couple of months but the driver didnt get the memo and still delivered. And they dont do refunds on full bottles. What a joke.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! My delivery is always late or it does not come at all. I call customer service every other week to ensure my delivery and I am assured it wont happen again, but it does. Its quite frustrating that something simple like deliver 24 bottles every two weeks would be easy, unfortunately Mt Olympus fails every single time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Reading all the other complaints told me Im not the only one unhappy with this company. They used to be awesome but went down hill fast after they were bought out. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE in this company. I dont believe they even care if the company goes under. They only deliver water sporadically...if you are lucky! I wonder if they even have management!

If I could give a -50 I would. There is NO communication. They ask what a convenient time frame is for them to show up and get everything ready, then they decide to show up when works best for them. I took work off to be home, they didnt show up or contact me. We set up another day and time frame, and they showed up 2 hours early and said they couldnt wait for me to quickly drive home and would try again tomorrow. I called the office, and they said Im so sorry, lets reschedule and pick a day and time frame that works best for you. Ive rescheduled 4 times, and its been a couple weeks because my convenient time frames are apparently not convenient at all. Lets just say, if you want their service, order in December and maybe youll get it by July. This place is ridiculous.

I have been using them for six months. They deliver every 2 weeks. Over half of the deliveries have been wrong. The driver does not tell you if the order is wrong or if he is not able to deliver. Then you call customer service and they are no help and have the attitude that they do not care either. It is time for me to start finding a new delivery company. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Worst attitude of any delivery service, called to have the service removed and all I got was a ringing phone. Poor service, Poor billing I would choose a different company to work with .3 weeks later the same run around after they where told by phone and letter their service is no longer needed and want to bill me for water I already paid for and for another month that they kept their equipment in my office after being told to remove it..This is seems to be their mo for more money, as I have been told this by many different ex customers of theirs. If you are considering doing business with this company look at Rocky Mountain Water.Oh yes, the wont give out a phone number to reach anyone and they wont answer their phone call .

This company has zero concept of customer service. Really, they have zero concept of how to run a business. To be more specific, you never end up with the items you order but you get items you did not order and then get charged for them. When you try and call the local people about this issue, they make promises and then dont call you back. On the next delivery, you end up with something else you didnt order and another bill for that as well. If you try and call their customer service number, you will be on the phone for at least thirty minutes and get nowhere. After a while, dealing with this company feels like an elaborate prank that isnt funny. I am still trying to rectify incorrect charges from when I fired this company 3 months ago. To top it off, the day after they came and installed our water dispenser, we were greeted with wet carpets where the plumbing had leaked. Save your time and sanity by going with ANYONE else.

Mount Olympus bills you for water that is not received. They must have a system that automatically bills on your scheduled delivery day., but they do not verify the water as delivered. We are never left a delivery receipt.We have not received a water delivery in over 2 months.! When you call to complain they schedule another delivery the next day... or the next day.. and dont show up.Why would you bill customers without confirming that your product was delivered? And why will they not give you a phone number to call and speak with your delivery driver ???

First off Mount Olympus no longer owns this company. I wait 10 to 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. They ran my bill up hundreds of dollars for water they never delivered. After we canceled the account and they continue to charge for water we never received. The water is great but its not worth it. Ive never dealt with such a crooked company in my life.

This has to be the worst service I have ever had. I signed up at Costco. I have been with them for 2 years and paid on time. The have repeatedly missed my delivery 7 times this month. This has happened several times in the last year. They have no reason for their bad service. They want your payment on time, but they wont deliver on time. I had to cancel my service just in principal. It appears that I am not the only person dont this. Bad sign!!

Horrible service!!!! I received the 2 gallons of water, and they charge $39 for it, when I ask they said they won’t charge any extras only the rent for he dispenser and the water, but then they charge the gas, a deposit for the bottles, etc. Also the water comes with sediments, try to change it and they said they don’t have purified water, only that nasty water, never answer, really hard to communicate with them etc, don’t even try this service

Get charged for water.Water doesnt show up.Have to refill water bottles myself.Call customer care.Wait on hold for 30 minutes.Bad Attitude - seriously.Rinse and repeat for months and months. Weve been charged for water yet again this month and havent had new bottles show up in 6 weeks. AVOID THIS COMPANY. If the universal 1 star review doesnt convince you, you deserve whats coming.

I see a lot of negative reviews on these guys so I thought I would throw in my experience. I have never had an issue working with Mount Olympus customer service. Every time I have called in, they have been helpful and solved my concerns. Even on the two occasions that there were delivery mistakes, when I called in, they did their best to correct it as soon as possible.
