Parking is tight if there are more than 1 truck, so you can’t really see from the street if there any other trucks in there, so my suggestion just park outside and walk there to check in and plan you move. But once you got a door they will unload you extremely fast

Mainly this is a water bottling production and warehouse. State of the art water purification processes are at work to fill a thousand,1 and 2gl bottles an hour. The products are shipped to nearly all the grocery and convenient stores throughout the western United States.

Absolutely horrible service. Missed four out of 8 deliveries this summer. Cancelled, they kept billing me and never picked up my equipment. I moved 5 months ago and have called every month. Im billed for rental of the cooler and water. It took 3 months to pick up the equipment that I had to move with me because they never came. This month I disputed the charges with my credit card company. It was found to be correct and credited. And they just billed me again. HORRIBLE. Ive spent so much time on the phone with them - Im just going to have to cancel my credit card. And they still owe me about $100 that I cannot keep chasing back and forth. I had to place one star so I could publish this, otherwise Id give no stars. Water is fine. Service is NON-EXISTENT.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, LOUSY, NO-GOOD, SERVICE!!! How they stay in business is a wonder. I ordered this service through COSTCO because the water tastes good. From the very start there were problems. I was told that someone would call and set up a time to deliver the machine and my first order of bottles. Nobody called. I had to call and ask, and I was told they were very busy, but would call. One day, I was heading out the door, and there was a delivery truck with my machine and water. No call, no appointment, but at least I had my water. The delivery man was short one bottle, but he said he would bring one by in the next few days. He never did. I just figured he had a lot of customers, and just forgot. No big deal. Our delivery was set up for every 2 weeks. I appreciated the call the night before and always set my bottles out the night before. NOT ONCE, NOT EVEN ONCE, did they come by on the day they were supposed to deliver me the bottles. Every single time I would have to call in and ask for them to please come by and pick up the old bottles and leave me some new ones. And when I called, I was on hold for 15-20 minutes because of of their unusually high call volume. I never want to hear their one and only song again. The customer service people were always very nice and apologetic, and were well trained in what to say. I was always told that a supervisor would call and talk with me. That never happened. A few times I was told that the manager was the driver. Once I was told that the drivers were striking and so they were having to fly people in to help deliver. However, Utah is a Right to Work state...there are no unions.I would just leave the bottles out and after my complaint phone call someone would randomly deliver and pick up the old ones.After 6 months, I have finally had it! NOW, it has been over 2 weeks since I called to have the empty bottles and machine picked up. They are still on my porch waiting, creating an eyesore, collecting dust. I have called twice to see why they are still there. Customer service always assures me that they will be picked up that day or the next.My next step is to contact COSTCO to let them know how awful this company is and that they are not living up to the good service that COSTCO stands by. Its too bad, I really like their water.

This company has done amazing for nearly 3 years, then after March 2016 they stopped bringing water. I keep calling and they keep promising new delivery dates and nothing! I can get through to customer service just fine, and they even credited me immediately for over payments which was great. But that all doesnt matter now if I cant get water anymore.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have been out of water for two weeks and our delivery keep getting pushed back. Customer service just says oh I sent the delivery guy an email I want answers not laziness. Dont use em. Not worth it.

I normally do not give anyone a bad review. in this case however I will make an exception because they are deserving of the one star review. My company did not receive water for 2 scheduled deliveries. We were completely out so we called and they said they would be out the next day. They no showed and we called again and they scheduled another. No show again, and one more time we gave them another chance and still nothing. We cancelled service and have called at least 5 times to have them pick up the cooler we were renting and the 5 gallon bottles. Our office does not have much storage space and it is in the way. I switched to Culligan and they are great. I am on hold as I am writing this trying to get them to pick up their stuff. I am on hold a long time. I think they do not have anyone working in Utah anymore. That is the only explanation as to why we never received water and nobody picks it up.

D. S. Waters has ruined the great service Mt. Olympus used to provide in their bottled water home delivery. Here are the facts. Ive been a customer for one month. Had guests coming in for Labor Day. Scheduled delivery was Friday and they didnt leave my refill bottles. Called and waited on hold for 7 minutes and they just hung up. Called and asked for them to deliver. They refused. Asked for a credit they refused. Waited 1:00 hour to speak to a supervisor and finally hung up. Avoid signing up with this company for home delivery service. I am considering canceling the service for my business as well.

Delivery service for Mount Olympus waters is amazing with great water but try getting a hold of these people on the phone. You may as well try to call the president of the United States! After 2 days of trying to get a hold of them they finally called me and I did a change order and they never completed it. So here I am trying for the 4th day to try and get a hold of them again.

Ive been with these guys for 2 years and theyve been great. They were at Costco and I signed up and have been very happy ever since. They deliver every other Tuesday the same number of bottles I leave out. I pay about $30 per month which includes the use of the cooler or water dispensing machine. It dispenses cold and hot water with excellent water pressure. They call me the day before to remind me that a delivery will be made and theyve been fairly easy to deal with as far as problems with too many or too little bottles the few times its occurred, but overall, these guys are solid. Im surprised by how many negative reviews are on here.

⭐️= 0Absolutely horrible service. Delivery service is awful, customer service is awful.No deliveries for over a month! Made numerous phone calls and was scheduled for emergency delivery. Didnt happen. Ive been hung up on. Ive been transferred back into the queue so some other unassuming customer service rep could help me. Ive been told I would receive calls back, and have yet to receive 1.I have been promised deliveries (outside of the scheduled deliveries) on 6 different occasions, and no water ever came.I have been told numerous excuses as to why we didnt get our delivery, and have been given a song and dance, over and over.Im frustrated and fed - up. They arent upholding their end of the deal or contract and I will be canceling our service shortly.

Completely unreliable company. I was having issues with my cooler and they set up an appointment to switch it out, they did not come. I called waited on hold for over an hour and they rescheduled it only to not show up again the second time. Had to call a third time and now it is rescheduled again. Customer service was very unhelpful with a simple sorry and that was it. I have had many issues with water delivery as well. They do not care about customers. Very frustrating dealing with them. I would highly recommend going with a different company if you are considering water service.

If I could rate a negative 5 star it would be just that. I have been trying to have a water delivery picked up for a about 3 weeks now since i did not order it so in return obviously I did not need it.. Same story everyday We will pick it up tomorrow I have emailed the route manager and he will call you Yep never heard from anyone unless it is me calling everyday to inquire why my water was not picked up. There call center lacks any kind of resolution to any problem. I have now came to the conclusion they read from a script because every time I have called which today makes the 6th phone call I have got the same answer pretty close word for word.. I just want the 6 unneeded bottles off my front porch!!!!!

The water is amazing. i love it. but the service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( its worse than comcast, and thats saying a lot. I swear, they honestly could not care less about their customers. We cant seem to have a steady delivery date to save our lives. I try and call, on hold forever and then told, oh, well, sorry, i guess Currently shopping around for another company. NO stars! Worst customer service. I was told that water would be delivered every other wednesday. They NEVER delivered without me calling to say they missed the delivery date. Even then, they would put you back on schedule 2 days later- not at the top of the priority list because they messed up your order. I called them several times to complain and asked for management to return my calls. NO ONE called me back. Save yourself a HUGE headache and a bunch of time and dont use these guys. Water delivery is supposed to be a service to save you time so you dont have to worry about it. On the contrary, cost me time. I called Costco in hopes that they will not contract the water service sales through them anymore and get someone that doesnt make them look bad.

EXTREMELY questionable and complex billing practices. Beware- make SURE you account for all bottles left out that may not credited. VERY expensive, and not local water anymore. As I understand, it also contains chlorine, who knows what else?? Be interesting to see how much cleaner and less contaminated than regular tap water. Dont sign up with these big corporate water pushers.

Waited more than a week for initial delivery and setup. Given a 9 hour block of time I needed to be available. Person never showed up and did not call. When I called in I after they failed to show up, I was told there were no notes on my account from the delivery driver to explain why they were a no show, so I might be lying about being home all day. Then was told by the agent he couldnt help me and then was transferred to a different line to reschedule and after over an hour on hold no one has picked up the line. I am hoping to be able to cancel before i get stuck with such bad service!

Yes, I have been a customer for 19 years and they keep skipping my delivery. They say they have a driver shortage. They actually have a money shortage, because they cant pay enough to hire drivers to get the product delivered. Then they lie to you about when the delivery is coming. This was a good company. Now it is the worst, EVER! 19 years I have been a loyal customer? Who is running this mess, my dog? My dog comes when called. These idiots commit and break the commitment. In my world, this is called a lie.These people are absolute morons!

Worst customer service ever. 4 years ago I had an account, then they decided to start it up again without my permission. I am on my fourth phone call to them to stop the account, but am always given the run around. there is no account- I am looking at a bill in my hand. I will send a email confirming the closure of the account- never received it. on hold now, trying to resolve it again as I got another bill in the mail. Long hold times, horrible customer service and they just START a account in your name claiming you called them. Never do business with this company. Wish I could give a zero stars

Apparently not a single one of the 3 people I spoke with previously about zero deliveries for a month bothered to put anything in the call notes.They refused to give the local district managers contact info out. I signed up for water delivery through Costco. They have been so unorganized the entire time. I was being billed for water not delivered. Then I put my account on hold because I was going to be gone for four months and they sent me to collections. Now, I cant get the collection agency to leave me alone. I have paid DS waters over $200.00 for absolutely nothing and now the collection agency says I owe them $108.00--all for DS Waters mistake. I cant ever talk to anyone that will help me resolve this problem. Do not sign up!!!

I cant recommend against this place enough.Cancelled my account because I moved, and a year later they started delivering water to my old address again. I started getting bills at my new place for water bottles I never saw. Ive called them 6 times in the past 3 months trying to get it resolved, and they keep telling me they will have the branch manager call me back because hes the only person that can do anything at all, and he has never called me back once. Every new person I talk to says theres no record of my previous calls, its like they never happened.Im still getting delinquent notices for water I never ordered, and that I never saw.Absolutely some of the most appalling customer service Ive ever experienced.

This has been the worst service I have every had. We had good service for for about 3.5 years now issues until the last month and a half. This company has been the worst customer service ever and we cannot getting anything resolved through the customer service department. They always have to send a message to the Route Manger who does nothing, litterally nothing. No phone calls, no e-mail, no letters, post it notes, just nothing. The customer service only takes money, they dont handle disputes, that goes back to the Route Manger. The Customer service is just a secretary for the delivery man (Route Sales Rep). The worst part about this is this company sales their services at Costco, which is a great company however, this is making me rethink about them because of this horrible service with DS Services of America (Mount Olympus Water). I am going to be spreading the word about their service as far and wide as I possibly can.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They make you take more water than you need. The cooler started to leak and THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! Ive sat on hold for hours, initially to try to get someone to fix the cooler; then to cancel my service; to no avail. If I could give the company a 0 I would I have waited 2 weeks to get my water set up I missed 2 days of work waiting for the delivery for me to call 6 times in the last 2 days and they changed the delivery date 4 times! This is the worst company I have ever worked with! Please NO ONE GO WITH THIS COMPANY! My experience with DS Services has been very disappointing. I called 6 times within an 8 week period of time. Each time I was promised a delivery and each time they failed to deliver on their promise. Finally I cancelled service. They assured me that someone would be by on Thursday to pick up the water cooler and water jugs. Two weeks later they show up to deliver water. I asked where have you guys been for the past three months. Its almost comical! They have systematic issues that they cant seem to fix.

⭐️ = -5After 10 years of delivery they abandoned us. I called when we ran out of water. Sandra promised that they would deliver the next day. While I was waiting on hold I noticed how many bad reviews the company has. I told Sandra that if I didnt get the delivery as she promised that I would cancel the service. Three weeks later we got the delivery of one broken bottle which had leaked all the water. Im still on hold waiting to end this mess. With regards to DS Waters it would be more relevant if Google would let me submit minus stars.Update: I just finished the process to cancel. The rep asked if I had any other questions. I asked why they quit delivering without notice such as email. He responded that they dont have the manpower to do that. Huh?Update 2: So a month later my credit card gets charged for a Previous Balance --- What? When I call no one can tell me what it is -- and Im still waiting from the deposit on my returned bottles . . . .

TERRIBLE. The water this company gets is 2 blocks from my home yet I have to call Florida, am put on hold for up to 45 minutes, promised delivery date and my water seldom makes it to my home. I end up buying bottled water and bringing it home every other week. I tried to cancel my deliveries and service and was give 3 different dates for cooler and remaining bottle pick up and they are still sitting on my porch. I would give this company a ZERO stars if it wasnt for the water which is great. Go back to local management, PLEASE! This corporation does not work!!

I had Mount Olympus water delivered for almost a year and it tasted amazing. But the service needs help.... I cancelled the account because they could not keep the delivery schedule right. I often had no water at all or would end up with too much, which resulted in damaged hard wood floors in my kitchen because the bottles ended up on the floor and perspired without me noticing it. Then when I put the bottles outside they froze and exploded. The company insisted that I pay for the damaged bottles even when i felt i should not have been responsible when i was only suppose to have 3 bottles a month and ended up with 8 in my tiny house. After canceling the service I began receiving notices saying I owed money, but none of them gave me a balance of what i owed. When trying to call the company to get a final balance I found that several of the numbers had been disconnected and when I did find an operational number I waited for over a half hour to get a customer service rep. My advice would be to buy a water dispenser at Lowes and then to pick up water as needed from Costco where they sell the containers of Mount Olympus water.

I cancelled my services Olympus Waters early October 2013 because I was not satisfied with their services. They had my key and was supposed to come into my home to replenish the water bottles but they left it outside instead. For Two months, I called the office and tried very hard to work with them. The office kept promising me that they will bring it in on the next delivery.By the third delivery, I got fed up with their empty promises. I gave them a warning that I will have to cancel the contract if they do not come in on the next delivery. By the first scheduled delivery of October, they left the bottles outside again and I ended up with so many bottles in my closet. I no longer had room for my vacuum cleaner and other things that should have went into the closet. I called the office again and nicely explained the whole situation and cancelled the contract.While cancelling the contract, the office had made the arrangement with me by having someone come by the next day to pick up the cooler and all of the bottles that I no longer wanted on my property. The office had also agreed to have their driver call my cellphone an hour before stopping by. I wanted to be there to pick up my key and make sure they got their cooler and all of the water bottles. The next day, I never got the call from the driver or the office on my cellphone at all. When I got home, I found out that the local office had called my home and left the message instead of my cellphone.I called the office again and I was really getting tired of playing games with them. I told them that they have one more chances to pick up the coolers and bottles within 24 hours or else. The office had promised me that they will send someone out and will call my cellphone. Of course, they never called or came. I had to call the office again and explained the situation AGAIN. This time, I gave the office a final warning that if they dont pick up the cooler all of their bottles within 24 hours. I also explained after 24 hours the cooler and bottles will be illegally trespassing my property and they are not allowed to come by after that point. Again, the office made another promises that they will send someone out with my key and take their cooler and bottles.I was not at all surprised that they never came as promised. They did not even bothered to call me to make another arrangements. 3 weeks later, I came home and noticed a key on the floor of my foyer right by my door. I knew that they had illegally stopped by. I checked the cooler and they took it but they did not take the bottles. I should have changed the lock but it would have cost me about 100 bucks which I didnt have.As of December 2nd, I got charged for the bottles that they did not picked up. When I called them, they said I did not cancelled the contract till November plus they wanted to know exactly how many bottles I had. I got really upset because they lied about the cancellation date and attempted to charge me even more. I don’t recommend them at all.You are better off by buying a cooler and replenish your bottle from your local grocery store. I tasted the purified water that I got from the local grocery store and I realized that they tasted exactly the same. I could not help but to wonder if they actually came from the same plant that purified the water except it is much cheaper.

STAY AWAY!! This is the worst company I have EVER worked with! I had 2 missed deliveries reciently (yet missed deliveries happen ALL THE TIME and you can never talk to someone who can tell you when they will bring your water to you) and we finally decided that it wasnt worth working with these guys so when I spoke with a rep to come pick up the 7 empty 5-gallon bottles that belong to them they said they would come the next day and then automatically deposit our deposit money on those bottles (I think the deposit is $8 per bottle).No one came by (no shock there) so I called to follow up 3 weeks later. Not surprized at the low rate on google. They kept missing the delivery, my work office canceled the service because of it, and I am about to cancel my home delivery sevice because of the same reason. I have a new born and two year old, drinking water is so critical. Three time past month, they havent delivered the past month and missed the reschedule time three times. Not worth using the service. You wont be exception to their poor service.

I dont write reviews very often, but this I have to do. This company is the worst ever! They should just go out of business. I was with them for awhile, then they forgot to bring water bottles for about two months. When I called, they told me they were having driver issues. My guess is, that the drivers quit because they found out what a horrible company it is. I had a cooler issue one time, it took them two months to get a replacement. When I called to cancel, they set a date for the pickup of everything and of course they did not show. Well, two days later, they brought two bottles of water for which they charges me for. After I called to tell them I was not going to pay, they credited my account and set a new day for pickup. We will see if they show, because I told them if they didnt, their equipment and bottles are getting thrown away in the city dump. DO NOT GO WITH THEM! Oh, and they told me the Orem branch is closed and I am sure its because they went out of business.

When I first signed up with DS waters It was great but then about 2 or 3 months ago I started getting Leakey bottles and missed shipments then I didnt get a Statment and found ouy that I had to go on line and take care of my account when I didnt okay it so now Im behind on my bill and the worst part is having to be put on hold anywhere from 20 min up to 45 min. My time is as valuable as anyone elses . Im usually a very patient petson but its ran out you need to improve your Customer Service

I have NEVER seen such poor customer service. Another person stated that they are worse than Comcast and I could not have said it any better. The average hold time when you call is normally 20+ minutes. They will not provide the phone number to your local office. I was supposed to have water delivered on Monday. They never showed up or called or emailed to explain the delay. I called Tuesday and after a long hold to speak with a person they stated they did not know why it was not delivered. Unacceptable (its there company they should know why). She stated they would deliver on Wednesday and they never showed up. I called again the next day....another long hold to speak with someone, the customer service rep placed me on hold to contact the manager and driver and said they would not answer. They had one job to do.......ONE JOB. Wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up. Couldnt get them to deliver water to me after I signed up. Missed multiple scheduled delivery dates, I havent seen a water delivery for 3 months. I called and cancelled three weeks ago and now they are missing their promised dates to pickup the dispenser. I called their national number, because the local numbers I was given upon signup dont work, to see if I could drop of the dispenser myself and I was told they cant give me the address.......sketchy.

Horrible service, I placed the order at Costco, the rep told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks, I called because we hadnt heard anything in the time frame, the told me another week and I gave them my information to contact me with a timeframe and they said a particular day, 3 days passed and we didnt hear from them. Called in and they said there as a note on the system that the driver wouldnt get to it. We received no call or notification regarding the cancelation, or to reschedule until I called in. Canceled the account the following Monday.

Horrible service, always late - if they even show up. Delivery was scheduled 4 days ago so I call. After 30 minutes on hold I get a rude customer service agent who tells me its actually out for delivery today, well isnt that convenient! I ask her how we can solve this constant problem and she repeats tells me that the delivery man is on the way. Oh,.. gee thanks. I agree with the other reviews, I wish I could give negative ratings. Im floored by how rude and apathetic this company is, its like they are challenging me to cancel my service. Challenge accepted.

This company is horrible. Their bills are extremely complicated. They do not let you know what exactly is in your plan and then up-charge. They are horrible!

DS Waters is the worst company I have ever had to work with. I have told them numerous times not to deliver my water, only pick up the empties but they still leave the water so I have to pay more on my bill. I am cancelling my contract with them as they are the worst in customer service...

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!! They have not delivered in over a month and keep rescheduling my delivery day. I finally canceled and they have rescheduled 5 times to come pick up all the equipment that is sitting on my front porch. AND, when they reschedule, they have not once called to inform me of them doing so...

Poor, dishonest service. Not only could I not get clear info. about my account, they charged me for services I specifically did not authorize and this after I had to wait to even talk to anyone, was put on hold and then transferred to an irrelevant department. Total waste of time and making me think twice about continuing service with this pathetic company.

I have been signed up for about two months and have NEVER received a water delivery. Every time I call customer service I am on hold for a minimum 20 minutes and they always tell me It will be delivered tomorrow and yet it never comes. I am disappointed that Costco is using this company for their water delivery.

Have had missed deliveries (by several days) twice in a row now. When you call the customer service center, they send a message to the route manager, who is supposed to call you and never does. Have called customer service multiple times, even spoken with a supervisor, and have not gotten my delivery, nor any explanation as to why it hasnt come on time. My current delivery was supposed to be here 5 days ago.
