I was so happy with everything. The quote was reasonable, so I said lets do it and they were there two days later to install the water softener and the whole home water purifier (big blue). The install took about an hour and I noticed a difference that day. I feel like our appliances and showers started cleaning themselves and it has only been over a week. Thank you!

Wow! First of all, the team that came out to install the equipment did an amazing job! I have an old home and the install had to be done in multiple locations. Culligan did an amazing job and the finished result is perfect! The product speaks for itself and is also a full on 10!!!! My water tastes better with the RO than you would find in one of those expensive bottles of water! And the water softener has made my skin feel much softer; and actually, I have noticed less acne! I cannot advise people any more strongly to get your Culligan system NOW!!!!

We purchased a new Culligan softener last year and were informed of the delivery of salt but did not take the opportunity then. With recent events it was apparent that having the salt delivered and installed was the very best option I could have wished for.

The monthly plan is great. I dont have to worry about buying salt or repairs to my system. The tech carries the salt to the basement and fills the tank. All I have to do is turn on a faucet. So great!!

We love having Culligan water! When we moved to our current home, we discovered that the water softening system left film on the top of the water and sediment in the water, it was bad. We started drinking bottled water, which was expensive. We originally chose a water cooler system. My kids were thrilled, esp that we had such cold water all the time. We found that we were drinking more water than we thought, so for financial reasons, we switched over from the 5 gallon jugs to an actual faucet system. We love knowing we will never run out of water! We love knowing there is nothing bad in the water. We have loved the customer service on every level. The Culligan softner has been a great product for almost 20 years. Recently upgraded to a newer, more efficient machine. Provided a nice discount as an existing customer and install was done within just two days of ordering. Our old one was needing service and we appreciated the recommendation to consider the upgrade.

After 17 years of good service, I needed to replace a brine tank for my water softener. The replacement tank was readily available at Culligan of Salt Lake and Noah Hawkes and his staff made sure I left their office with the right tank, the fittings necessary to install it and an explanation of how to connect the new with the old. It would have been easy to just sell me the tank, but the folks at Culligan spent the time to do it right. I had a culligan rep come out to sell me the system. I specifically asked her if I moved could I break the contract. Her reply was yes if you move out of state only. She only offered me a 36 month contract only so I agreed. I just moved to Wisconsin and they sent me a bill for 375 dollars. I called the owners son and explained the situation. He said he could take 75 dollars off. What? I MOVED out of state across the country and YOUR rep lied to me. His response was “ she has worked for me for 15 years”. Ya know what, I don’t t care. She didn’t do her job and lied to YOUR customer but you want me to pay 300 dollars for nothing?? That is really bad customer service.. lying to your customers and the owner thinking that’s ok because she has worked for you for 15 years. I will tell EVERYONE I know about your crooked ways in Utah. I will put my story on every social media outlet I can find. I hope it was worth the 300 dollars you are stealing from me. DISHONEST company do not use! I will also be going to the BBB too.

I had a Culligan Soft Water System installed a few months ago. I dealt with Noah Hawkes at your office, he was very helpful, answering all the questions I had. I decided on a unit and had it installed a short time later. My experience from Noah Hawkes to the installer, Clint, was very professional. Clint was prompt. To better utilize my small floor space, I wanted my new unit installed in a slightly different location. So he installed my unit close in a corner. He answered any questions that arose. The whole install team really did a nice, clean installation. I appreciated their attention to detail.

Howdy, I had a replacement Water Softener installed about two weeks ago. I first contacted Culligan of SLC the start of December and was treated very well. The team answered my questions and we worked out a plan to install the unit. Comes to our complex, parks sideways taking up 3 handicap spots for 20+ minutes ( we have a hearing aid, and sleep center in our complex that CONSTANTLY have handicap people coming in and out) just because there workers are lazy and dont want to have to walk farther to the door. Bought a Reverse Osmosis System. When a week later I found a more competitive price on a system ($400 cheaper) they said they had no return policy and that their product was superior (by $400? I doubt it). They told me there was no room for negotiation. Offered a free set of filters as a pathetic attempt to try to make up for it. Then they backed off of their offer for the filters. Took me going to the BBB for them to honor their pathetic attempt to make up for their terrible policies. I should have disputed the charge with my CC company.

Ever since we have had a water softner and water purification system Culligan has been there for us. Sometimes it is just answering our questions and other times with a visit. They are prompt, clean and polite.

These are pictures before and after the install. A technician came to my house to install a new water softener. After he finished installing it, I noticed that he installed the water softener before the water pressure regulator. I asked the technician about it, but he said the pipes above it were difficult to cut and replace. I was still a little hesitant, but I did not know a lot about water pressure regulators at the time.I decided to do my own research on water pressure regulators. I realized that the technician installed the water softener in a way that could potentially flood my house. (Technicians should install water softeners AFTER the water pressure regulator, NOT in front of it.)I called Culligans back and they transferred me to the manager. His name was Coleson and he was very reluctant to help me. I asked to return the water softener and get a refund. Coleson refused to give me a refund at the beginning of the call. He said that I had taken more than 3 days to return it. I pointed out that his technician did a poor job on installing the water softener. Coleson grudgingly said he would call his manager and called me back. I waited for over 3 weeks, but he never called me back. I called Culligans again, but their receptionist told me that Coleson was on vacation. I left a few voicemails and continued calling every few days. I finally talked to Coleson, but he told me that he wasn’t able to talk to his boss yet. Coleson told me that he would try to reach his manager again and call me back. Another week went by and I didn’t hear from Coleson. I started to call him again and left him numerous voicemails, but he didn’t call me back. I finally left him a voicemail saying that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau if I didn’t hear from him. Coleson called me back early the next day. He said he would send a technician to pick up the water softener and he would give me a full refund. It is sad that I had to mention the Better Business Bureau in order for him to call me.A technician came to pick up the water softener, but Coleson didnt give me a refund. Once again, I REPEATEDLY had to call him to resolve the issue. I ended up getting a full refund 2-3 weeks later. I appreciate that I eventually got my refund, but this entire process took 3-4 months.

Culligan came out right away to repair our water softener. I should never have tried to fix it myself. They were able to quickly and affordably get us up and running again. My equipment is older but they updated it and now it works great. They came up to Summit County on short notice and were even able to replace a PRV valve that had failed. My name is Hollee and the office I work for was in need of a new water delivery service. The last one we used caused us nothing but headaches. I found Culligan water in my search of companies that delivered water to the Utah County area.I called this morning and my call was answered promptly with no wait time! I then was transferred to the correct person. The representative with whom I talked with was Nykee.Nykee explained what our office would be set up on if we went with Culligan. The price was great! and better yet, they could have a cooler delivered to the office today. I signed our office up right immediate.The driver that came he was friendly and efficient in setting up the cooler and putting even put extra bottles away.The best part is that the driver is making it a point to work with our office hours, so we do not have to go with out a water delivery. For me, this is a huge deal. The previous water company we dealt with never accommodated our schedule, so we usually went with out our water delivery.I am so impressed with the professionalism and the go above and beyond customer service with this company. Plus the water tastes great and the cooler does not take a lot of room up. This may be the first day of dealing with this company but like I said I am impressed and if this professionalism continues, I will be referring everyone to use their services. Worst company EVER! Do not work with them! I paid off my bill last November and was charged Dec and January payments of $349.00. Received an email that my auto bill pay was never turned off and itd be taken care of....NOPE! Charged $349.00 again for Feb and March! Also, was basically called a liar by the general manager when we moved and asked for free re-installation which was promised to me. VERY UNIMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!
