Consistently on time with polite, friendly drivers - the two things I appreciate most.

I’m so happy with my Culligan water service! Best decision I’ve made in a long time! No more plastic bottles. And it’s so convenient the driver will even call me when he’s dropping my water off to make sure I don’t need any more or less of the water bottles.

I like the consistent delivery service with notifications ahead of time. Plus there have been no problems with the billing service as well. Two big pluses for me!

Fast and easy enrollment process. Customer Support and Delivery Drivers are friendly and helpful. Appreciate the delivery reminder phone call and calendar. Bottles are easy to lift and load. Delivery is bi-weekly so we dont worry about running out of water as with other water service co. Great tasting water!

They are a great group to work with! The gal over the bottled water accounts is GREAT! She explained the entire process in detail. We got our machine and first order of water quicker than expected. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Im a last-minute person, so if I suddenly realize Im down to the last drop of water, they can usually schedule a same-day or next-day drop off.

It is great to have auto delivery with great water. The driver on my route will leave a couple bottles for me even when I forget to set bottles out for pick up. Their service is consistently excellent. We rarely run out of water and when we do they schedule a delivery. We rarely have billing issues; when we did it was handled immediately. They are a great company to work with.
