Best ice cream in town. Great selection and friendly staff. Nice cool, relaxing and family friendly. I always love to have my ice cream there.

I am so glad I did. I got the vanilla chocolate chunk. It was so good and especially creamy. I have to say it was the best ice cream I have ever had. I highly recommend La Michoacana!!!

My favorite ice cream shop I ever been the flavors are amazingly delicious and the prices are good. Very clean, Customer service is a plus very friendly staff. Angie is the sweetest person she was so nice friendly and offered me samples for each ice cream and explain to me the different kinds of flavors and types they had .she really took her time to help me very respectfully . I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I give this place two thumbs up for best food I highly recommend this place for everyone good place for friends and family

Worst service ever if I could give zero stars I would we waited forever because they only have 1 employee doing everything. When it finally was almost our turn they didnt even have what we came for what a waste of time never going back again !

The pictures and menu and their ads especially. The ice cream my gosh looks so delicious i swear and the names they came up with for all those ice cream made me drool i wanted to order everything they had .. So i was thrilled and ordered large cup for the mexican corn and large mangonada with lime and chamoy icecream dipped .. After a bite of that.corn you dont know how disappointed i was knowing i wasted my money but then it s okay the mangoado will make it up it did but the lime w chamoy ice cream ruined my mangonado it was the most grossest taste i ever had tasting like chemcial with very very ripe lime flavor . i had to throw everytjing out i wasted 24 dollars i wouldnt ever go there again

It was ALRIGHT, i have had much better i can say that. I did not like that they have no prices on the huge menu that they have nor do they give a receipt. So for that reason i will not be back. Adios👎

I would give them 0 stars if i could...its not the place, or what is served,, there is a server there not wearing a mask and when asked politely to put it on at least while we were being served for our well being she said I dont have to wear it if I dont want to, she was very rude and has no regards for customer services, definitely lost a customer.

Walked in lady said hi continue doing what she was doing although there was no one else in this ice cream parlor instead of asking me what I would like or if Ive been there before which I havent go to that no anything about this place it was totally my first time going into any ice cream place like this and probably will be my last bad customer service next time make sure the customer knows that youll be with them shortly if youre busy with anything else while standing right in front of you

I love this location better than all the others here in Riverside! One of the best ice cream spots out there. Dont get me wrong, I love me some Thrifty ice cream, but these guys have a way bigger variety to choose from. The girls are nice and helpful. During the winter it is obviously slower, which I love! You will have a way longer wait once the weather gets warmer. Theyre very clean which I really like. It always smells like Fabuloso! They make all kinds of treats like esquites (corn in a cup), mangonadas (spicy ice cream which is ridiculously good) and regular scoops of ice cream, if thats the only thing youre looking for. A must try!

Worst Michoacana I’ve ever been too !! Everything I got (which I get the same thing at every one I go to) was disgusting didn’t eat it !! There ”agua frescas” were nasty thick and HOT !! Nvr again waste of money !! Service from the man there was horrible !!

This is specifically for the owner. This place needs to step up on their osha regulations because my boyfriend and I were sitting observing how one of the employees handles chemical without gloves and same employee sneezed and still went to serving food. Health hazards were broken and upsetting to watch. The sweeping has to be courtesy to guest the employee was sweeping all dust particles towards were we sat we moved and again she came to our way. We decided to leave and be disappointed at this Michoacana really for the health of the customers train the employees properly with osha regulations especially because you are dealing with food.

Ive been coming here for a few months now, especially since lts within walking distance. My boyfriend and I like the variety offered as well as the interchanging flavors, and the taste of the ice cream. He always gets ice cream scoops and has not complained on the taste or texture of lt. I usually try different things. The popsicles are a hit or miss most of the time. Some flavors are great, others have freezer burn. The fresas con crema is usually good, it depends on how fresh their strawberries are. The fruit plates and fruit mixes all depend on how fresh their fruit are; sometimes theyre freshly cut, other times, you can taste how theyve been sitting there for a day or two. I have yet to try their hot foods, but they look good from what Ive seen. I will update after Ive tried more of the menu.The service is also a hit or miss.. more often than not, lts a miss. The staff are all young which might be why they dont have much courtesy or kindness, and can be rude at times. The staff are always changing, but their age range usually stays the same. They always ask me if l want the receipt at the end of payment, but l usually say no; l havent had an incident where lve been overcharged or wrongfully charged.Overall, my boyfriend always gets great tasting Ice cream and l will get a hit or miss depending on my order. Thats why I gave it 4 stars; its based on two opinions.The place is worth trying at least twice; if the first time wasnt a good experience or you chose a fruit plate, you should give it one more chance and try something else since the ice cream itself is really great.

When i arrived it was lonely. 2 girls where working and their chitchat was more important than helping the costumer. It was by far the worst michoacana i been to. I ordered small container with mango lime chili and chamoy, a strawberry with cream, and a mangoneada two scoop.also a bottle of water. To my surprise the total was $24.70. How expensive was that. Then i realized thats why theres no costumers like at other stores. Normally these places are packed. When i looked at the receipt i was charged twice for chili powder chamoy ect...... Doesnt this things come with those topping already. Also in the middle of me choosing what i wanted the girls stoped to talk even more. Well i wont ever return to this place. They really do rip you off.And one more thing the nieve in the mangoneada was no good like at other spots. And it had and after taste of freezer burn. Well no costumers so icecream is older than normal
