Overall unsatisfied, not with the employees but with management for leaving them so understaffed. i feel like 3 people was not enough to handle the amount of customers coming in. I placed an online order and it took an extra 20 minutes from the ready time i was given online for me to receive it. Those employees did a great job at trying to handle the situation but hopefully management can step up

I do not recommend this place. Not very clean. When I was about to leave saw dead flies on counter. Unfortunately I was with a friend and couldnt say anything or else I would of left and gotten my money back.

Horribly done!! Rude employees 6/27/2021 8pm Door Dashed and my STRAWBERRY BATTER BATTER was missing graham cracker and whip! Literally was made so horribly, it was like shake consistency! And no it was not melted! THIS WORKER NEEDS TO LEARN TO FOLD TOPPINGS INTO ICE CREAM! Worst COLD STONE CREAMERY experience ever!!!! If I could give NO STARS I would!!

Cold stone creamery makes great and unique ice cream. I love the process and I really love the vanilla with crushed oreos!

Cold Stone Creamery owner (s): please remove false advertising from your display areas. I walked in 10/20/19 to buy the Reeses peanut butter ice cream cup & you were all out - maybe removing the sign or at least placing a smaller sign of Sold out over the advertising on the window & menu wall would be appreciated. The Nintendo sweepstakes ended; thusly, removing the display atop the counter would be ideal. For the high prices a friendlier greeting & a thank you by each associate would have been apprecuated vs. Can I help you? in a monotone voice. I have many other choices for ice cream & at a lower price such as Thrifty ice cream inside Rite Aid or from the supermarket.

This is our regular location and really every time we come Angelica always has an attitude. Never fails. This last time we went valeria made our order, she was more friendly than Angelica but very stingy with the mix ins put too much ice cream to where it overflowed everywhere and not enough mix ins. Maybe didn’t mix well enough.

Terrible ice cream. Truly not a biased review. The quality, flavor, and texture of the ice cream are dissapointing. Definitely will not return until they invest time in improving their product.

Its unfortunate that the owner himself has promise to fix my concerns with his employees mess up and when I try to obtain my replacement order Im advised that the owner did not state I was entitled to the replacement after just talking to him 48 hours ago. The level of unprofessional staff is unacceptable.

Cold Stone isnt necessarily the best ice cream available, but I enjoy visiting because the employees tend to be fun, hard working individuals. This Cold Stone is no different. The service is always great, the facility is clean, and the ice cream is tasty. I tend to get the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, and its perfect every time!

Last night we received the worst customer service! They only allow 4 groups inside at a time but did not properly explain this or walk their customers through this.(example: an employee standing by the door and letting in a certain number of groups while being polite.) The coldstone employees on the other hand were every rude, almost shouting over the counter for our group to leave immediately and wait outside saying we shouldnt have come in and there are too many groups in here. So our group waited outside until another group left, we then went back in where we were again confronted by angry and impatient employee faces. From across the counter, they sternly said only four! So one person from our group left so there was only four people...still the upset faces of the employees continued until a minute or two in an employee said very rudely only four groups were allowed inside at a time. We then left and decided to not go back inside because of the horrible customer service. If someone kindly explained in the first place or there was a proper system to make sure the customer understood, we would have followed the rules happily and bought a lot of ice cream...instead we were left all feeling upset and the graduate we were celebrating felt like his evening was spoiled.

Good. Could be cheaper, but theyre good. Bought 2 small banana shake shakes... 11 dollars. While theyre better tasting than most places, I think the price is a bit steep.

I love Cold Stone but my wife doesnt so they lose one star! The ice cream cupcakes are amazing and so is the ice cream. The mixers are good and plentiful and the ice cream choices are very good too. If you like chocolate try a chocolate shake. One of my favorite things there! I still come here even though the wife doesnt really like it. She will live.

After a disappointing dinner at KPK, we decided to indulge in some ice cream. The two ladies working were very friendly and courteous to everyone there. I asked for extra brownies and chocolate and she didnt charge me for it. Awesome!

The banana ice cream is the best. I feel like the chocolate dipped cones taste old, maybe they should dip them at the customers request. Ice cream is delicious.
