Variety of mexican antojitos. I had tostada de cueritos,bif portion,enough for 2.Everytime I visit La Michoacana,it reminds me of my visits to Mexico. The only place to find antojitos. Great location,next door ia a panaderia!

We discovered this ice cream shop about two weeks ago and were thoroughly pleased. My little one loves the different flavors and fresh fruit combinations. I love the pure ingredients. My husband loves the price. The area is not the best/safest, but its worth the trip.

The door says they close at 9:30 we got there at 9:15 and the workers kicked us out cus they said they were closed. Lazy ppl working today.

With all the new store locations its easy to get great ice cream at a really good price. The amount of flavors they have is great and its always fun to get new things. The churro split was a great choice, I would definitely get it again!

The ice cream melted in instant it tasted like water never again going there I know ice cream is supposed to melt but this ice cream is do watered down that its like if ur drink water with sugar so nasty

I used to love this place but the last few times ive been the quality and the price just arent worth it. I paid $6.50 today for a triple scoop which did not even come close to reaching the top of the triple container. The ice cream is less creamy and has a lot of ice chunks. the michoacana near the tyler mall area has better quality ice cream and their portions are bigger. There a single scoop is the same as a triple at this location and costs almost half the price. I guess ill have to make the drive out there when I have a craving.

Always a nice clean environment, lots of really good flavors of ice cream to choose from, and helpful, friendly employees. They handle everything with gloves on.

The employees here are super rude! They take forever and they are always under staffed! When they finally get to you they walk up and just look at you, no Hi, how can I help you or sorry for the wait or we will be right with you...Then you tell them what you want and they say huh, like what you are ordering isnt on the menu..No customer service skills whatsoever!People like this should get a job at a warehouse where they dont have to deal with people!

It has all of the regular mexican ice creams, posicles, frozen bananas, and toppings. Plus banana and pepino splits!

They took thirty minutes to finally take my order. I am guessing they are understaffed because they do not have enough employees to accommodate the amount of customers.

We were in line for 40 minutes, there was only 1 girl helping and you could see the other girls in the back talking even though the lobby was full of customers waiting to be served . Theyre unfortunately very understaffed and disorganized.

I always come to this place for ice cream and get the same thing all the time until today, I had to return and give them back the ice cream because it had hair in it and the lady tried to say it was the mango. Every bite you took all you can taste is the hair on your tongue and teeth. Good luck peeps

Ive only been here twice and I love it! The variety is amazing! The service could be better and it is a little cramped inside but that doesnt matter to me. As long as the service was delivered correctly.

I had my only experience with Mexican style ice cream here. They have lots of dufferent kinds of ice cream and snacks. i have tried a couple of them but actually I didnt like them that much. (Maybe I didnt make a good choice though)

One of my favorite places to go and get a snack. this place offers Mexican ice cream. If your feeling brave try the queso ice cream. one of my favorite. If you get a banana split, its big enough to feed two people! They have tosti locos, the small is enough for one person. the large feeds up to two.

I have honestly not been this disappointed. I think this place is over priced! I would rather go to a swap meet or hunt down an elotero for something. I’ve gone to other locations and have had no complains but this one honestly disappoint me and my husband. I bought an esquite and had to come home and add ingredients to make it taste better. And why did my cheese melt!? I’ve never seen my cheese melt before in other esquites. The raspados don’t taste authentic! They are too sweet and why use a blender for the ice to the point that it’s melts??

Bad hygiene in this location. While being served strawberry ice cream there, there was kind of white plastic in my ice cream, the lady just gave me another spoon. When I continued eating my ice cream a big couple pieces of onion peeling was in there ! Absolutely disgusting will not be going there again !!!

Its over priced for sure, we paid $16 for 2 strawberries and cream! When they first opened it wasnt expensive but I feel like they got greedy and overpriced their items. They also dont import the Doritos from Mexico anymore and still try to sell u regular sized bag of chips for the same price as imported.The churros used to be $1, but now $2.50, and nasty churros by the way, exact reason why I hardly come here anymore.

Unfortunately they havent figured out that they need someone to permanently man the cash register. Sometimes it isnt clear where the line begins. They arent very efficient at carrying out the customers food orders, hence the long lines. And sadly, the customer service is gruesome. The employees arent friendly and they seem to be in a bad mood all the time.Theres a lot of room for improvement, so hopefully they get their act together.
