Store closes at 10 and they refuse to take order at 9:45, we drove for 30 min for ice cream but I guess that was the last visit I will ever have to this location…😔😔😔

The girl who was there had an attitude and I asked for 3 different things she said they didn’t have those 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Basically all they had was ice cream 😒

Young kid that works there gets your order wrong and then blames you for it.

Not one to over react but when in the middle of a pandemic and the person thats helping you is not wearing a mask, does not put on any gloves or wash their hands before touching your ice creams does not make me feel comfortable eating here..drove further down Van Buren to another Michocana and they were much cleaner. Wore mask and changed gloves with every customer. Further drive but better service.

Love the ice cream here very creative flavors and very creamy. The owners are super nice and they keep it real clean. Very reasonable in prices and they also have other delicious things beside ice cream

Amazing!!! Found my new favorite place! They have so much and all home made from real fruits. I loved the cucumber, strawberry and barley slush drinks, mango sorbet, house made ice creams, house made popsicles- it’s like heaven!

Ordered esquite and it was basically corn and water with hot cheetos on top no flavor and its not layered or has butter and cheese like its supposed to. Aguas were ok

Ice cream is good! Very creamy..it was. Abit too sweet but then again,it is ice cream. I got the waffle cone with cappuccino ice cream with vanilla.

They have a bunch of different unique flavors like elote corn, and a bunch of tropical fruit flavors along with your basic strawberry Rocky Road vanilla flavors. The prices are a little high but if you want something different that Baskin-Robbins cant offer and this is a good place to go.

Service is always nice even when they have a full house. service is consistently good. bring your appetite because portions are large. ambience reminds me of san diegos scene.

Finally a local Michoacana to me! Really nice and super clean inside. Tried one of their mangoneadas! Was probably one of the best tasting ones Ive had.

Great place for unique ice cream made mexican michoacana style. Customer service is great. If you want a different experience in ice cream this is definitely the place to stop by and give it a try. Definately recommend this place.

Spent over $30 here and they were asked if it would be possible to remake an item, that had barely been touched, and they refused. Absolutely would not recommend terrible attitudes, terrible customer service, would not go back here and definitely would not recommend

I saw the store tucked away in the corner of the Albertson’s shopping center when I stopped for coffee near by and decided to stop in as it’s record breaking heat today in Riverside! I loved the selection of fruit ice creams and popsicles. Diana was great she offered me a sample of the watermelon sorbet then another lady gave me a drink sample, both were delicious! I can’t wait to bring the grandkids there!

The food was okay but experience was horrible. Went to get elotes and the guy said they ran out and it would be 20 minutes. Decided to wait and after 30 minutes of waiting the guy said the elote was on a timer so 7 more minutes. Another 15 minutes later and still not finished. At that point I was done waiting and opted for the corn in a cup. Got a small free one for the wait but when I got home they didnt even put in the chili powder. Wont go back. If the corn was going to take longer than said I would have rather known that then to be lied too.

Got a medium mangoanada it was delicious. Service was great. The lady was very courteous and even made sure everything was made to our liking. Ive definetly gone back a couple time since then the quality is consistent. A Few tips; certain La michoana spots make their ice cream milk based and some dont this one does not but I prefer it that way. Also, the mangoanada has a spicy mango choice but regular mango tastes better the spicy option over does it on the spicy.

Food is similar to a place in san francisco i loved.
