This place is ok. The churro needs more cinnamon power. I have try churros other places and they are better and with yummy filling inside too, but my kids did love it.

Did not taste authentic at all !!!! they tasted like flour... real heavy, and they were white in color were as Authentic churros are Golden Brown. I love churros but these are not churros. real churros are crispy yet chewy on the outside with the inside hot and airy. Honestly POLLO LOCO HAS WAY.... BETTER CHURROS LOL. Churros N Cream you need to get it together. also the sugar mix that they use to coat the churros is off... maybe more cinnamon.... but definitely needs major improvement. sad because I can see the owner had high hopes for this place. the store was dead like a ghost. this place will not be around much longer if they dont get it together. churros lol naw more like donut sticks.... 🍩 wont never be back.

Wasnt busy when we got their, we were the second group inside, but it took 35mins just for a cone and a churro bowl, only after 20 mins and after I went up to them did they tell me they were the only one there but there was somebody in the back plus they had time between customers to complete orders but didnt. Food was ok but the service and response was a major let down, not going to this place again.

I ordered a churro with dulce de leche and apparently they think this is the same thing as condensed milk, cause thats what I got with my churro. Not worth the 25 min wait!

Lady always bragging the churros here aren’t worth the hype, she takes forever to prepare them even if it’s just an order of 3, seriously don’t waste ur time, also one of the dashers that arrived to pick up she was extremely rude she didn’t act like the manager she was so disrespectful towards him. It’s a hidden gem, been around the area several times and got to spot it until today, friendly staff and great flavors.Bought a plain churro and a caramel frappe, my husband got a churro sándwich with Birthday cake ice cream 🍨 they were unbelievably tasty 😋 truly recommend this place for all of us with a sweet tooth.

Omggggg the CHURROS are freakin bomb. Theyre soooooooo delicious. I had a oriiginal churro and I hsd only bought one because Ive never been there before and im really picky about churros and I was expecting them not to be good like other places. But noooooo they were extremely delicious. Expensive but worth it.

The churros are nice and warm and crunchy. The ice cream is delicious, but the prices are steep. Be prepared to spend $8 to $10 per person. The girl in the back couldnt keep up on the orders and made some mistakes which slowed everything down. In her defense, the guy at the counter taking orders clearly doesnt like his job and offered no help to the poor girl trying to fill orders. Meanwhile there were lots of high paying customers patiently waiting for their orders while this Hispanic bearded gentlemen in his late 20s stared into space. Although I enjoyed the product once received, it wasnt worth the wait or the price. Not going back again.

Been told by my aunt whos been here a lot that this is the spot for churros. Not sure if this place has been in new management or due to covid, but the churros I got were undercooked as I still had the taste of cooking oil in some spots and crispy on others. I got the stuff churros at that, but it should be labeled churros with toppings, as the inside was plain. Not to mention the sugar coating was barely noticeable as it tasted like breading.

The mini churros were excellent and so it was the horchata frappe. I really dont like horchata but this one was pretty good

First time there and we didnt care to much for it. We ordered mangonadas and the mango flavor or puree taste weird. We ordered the churro with cajeta on the side and it was good but very little cajeta was given in a very small souffle cup. People hyped it up and its not worth the hype.

Horchata, Cookie Monster, Cookie dough, vanilla, chocolate, and a few others. They have stuff churros and a few other options. Worth checking them out.**forgot to grab a pic before I devoured it lol

Customers service was horrible! i never like to complain but my order was completely messed up this time so i had to say something. when i told the cashier lady (i believe it was owner) she started yelling at the workers in front of the other customers, which is so unprofessional of her. never going back.

The mangoneada had too much chamoy and was too salty. The Tyger tea had so much ice, an exaggeration to be exact. The drink tasted bland and watered-down.

Great place run by great people. It looks like a newer place. They offer churros freshly cooked. I choose the cream stuffed churro with vanilla. It was vanilla pudding and I am not a fan of vanilla pudding but it was overlooked by the churro. They need a little bit more of the cinnamon. I ended up getting the mini ones for the kids with nutella. I also got the chamango which was delicious if you like it on the tangy sour side. I cant wait to go back and try the churro with ice cream. 😋

I ordered the Bavarian Cream churros, the mini churros, and the original churros. The Bavarian cream churros tasted burnt and the mink churros were hard. The original was good.

The place is small, the staff is super friendly. Churros are freshly made as you place your order, so there might be a bit of a wait, but its worth it!! I ordered the Thai tea with Boba, which is the reason why Im giving a 🌟🌟🌟🌟 the tea wasnt sweet as Thai tea should be, and sadly the boba was pretty hard. Now the Churro Sundae though, with the horchata ice cream was delicious!! Ill definitely go back and give other items a shot.

I highly recommend ordering before you go. Orders take a long time to be ready. Its a better experience just ordering and getting it delivered.Churros are nothing special. Its actually a bit pricey for what you get.In terms of in person customer service they can get so much better.

I love love love this place the food is good the staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean this place is top notch.

Place an order and was given a window of 15 to 20 minutes yet took more more than double for a latte, churro and ice cream. Didn’t even apologize for delay. Flavor might be great or not didn’t even want to try it. But poor service ruins the whole thing. I will not be returning. Like to support small businesses but excessive time and lack of empathy ruined this place all items that can be controlled. If the extend of my long review doesn’t reflect my discontent my zero star rating should.

I was excited to see a store dedicated to churros. Churros and Cream, no less. It was late, but it looked like they were still open so I stopped in and ordered an original churro with dulce de leche dipping sauce. There was a party of two at the car table who seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their dessert and another party of four who got their selections about the time I placed my order. Another two gentlemen were outside waiting for their order. After a long while their order was completed so I figured I must be next. The girl behind the counter was shuffling a few papers, not really preparing anything. Another 10 or 12 minutes passed with no orders going out and no apparent progress toward making my one churro. I had never waited more than about eight seconds any other time I bought a churro, but I figured these must be special. More time passed and I thought Id check Google maps to see just how long I had been there because it sure seemed like a long time. 10:02pm was my arrival time and it was now 10:28pm and no churro. About this time another employee arrived and said something to me about getting the orders and went behind the counter. Another three minutes and behold, I was given my churro, hot, fresh, and without the sauce I was offered. 29 minutes to get a, well to be fair it was two, churros, no acknowledgement that the wait time was more than normal. Maybe it was normal, I dont know and I will likely never know for sure as I will not bother returning for a second round. I will never know what the girl behind the counter was fiddling with instead of preparing orders. And the churro, itself? It was fair, nothing special. My disappointment was complete and I will now have to find another establishment to satisfy my craving.

Would very much recommend this place only one Ive ever been to that offers filled churros other than going to Mexico for them. They are so delicious here best churros Ive had in a long time and their ice cream is great as well to pair with the churros.

I felt the prices were a bit high, 4.25 for a plain cherry and 8.50 for a churro cone with a scoop of ice cream in it. The flavors are great though and although it took 15 minutes for my order to be ready it was because they make the churros to order so they were hot and fresh. Not sure Id go out of my way to visit again but might drop in if in the area and try their milkshake or iced coffee de horchata next time.

We waited a really long time for a simple order one drink. She attended about 3 orders of quite a bit of items. She could have given me the drink I ordered instead of having to wait about 20 min or more. Upon receiving my Taro, the Boba was like there was very few in the drink.. When arriving at my destination I took the lid off and the Boba was stuck together into one big tasteless goo. Mind you I was charged ($1.00) for boba and also for the almond milk. I was very disappointed and somewhat mad. My regular size drink of ($7.56) was so not worth the wait. Clearly they specialize in Churros. I am sure the churro specialties are delicious from what I saw her handing out.. They dont know how to make a good Boba milk tea. This isnt my go to place of course for a specialized drink but it was late and they were open.. I do appreciate her giving me a mini churro order of 4 free. They are good but it didnt make up for my drink.

I ordered an order of mini churros and it took 20 minutes to get that order when the business wasn’t even busy. The churros aren’t even that great for the price. They’re way too overpriced and the customer service wasn’t that great either. You’re better off making your own churros at home from a box. I would say Winco foods churros are better than these churros anyway. There’s a place worth your money in moval too

I tried their plain churros. They tasted good but, did not taste like authentic churros. The place is very clean and the service was really good. I guess where I come from (Mexico City), is hard to their match flavors.

Churros let me just put it this way, Jack in the box churros are wayyyy better and they’re stuffed. The taste of their churros are not flavorful as expected. But The horchata frappe was bomb this is why I’m giving it a two stars. I paid for a cream filled churro filled with Vanilla flavor for $4.75 let me just say Costco churros are bigger smh! The horchata frappe was $4.94 it was worth the price. Total coming out to 11.75. Yeah not worth it!

I really wanted to support this small business but my experience was not the best from beginning to end.First and last time here.These people don’t know how to run a business the owner does not know how customer service at all. Its a little pricey but the quality of the ice cream is very good. Fun flavors like horchata and cookie monster. The churros were crispy and soft. If the prices were a bit lower this place would easily be a 5 star spot.

Ok first of all I never leave any reviews for no restaurants. But I have to for this one. I ordered a Cookie Monster shake and it tastes like a normal shake nothing special about it. The thing that really bothered me was the customer service. They were in my opinion rude and awkward while taking my order and gave me really bad stares for no reason. I just felt very awkward and uncomfortable to the point I do not want to come back here.

I went for the first time last week, and it was more than I expected. I ordered the churro ice cream sundae, and it was delicious. I greatly enjoyed the ice cream, but the churros were okay. The churros are thin and crunchy. Theyre not what theyre supposed to be which is warm, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I guess they make them kind of hard because they serve them with ice cream. The portion was good so I didnt mind paying $8.50. I would go back and try other desserts. Their ice cream is amazing! I recommend that to have a good experience dont get the churros alone but with ice cream.

Disappointing!!! Churros are not worth the price. No taste to them whatsoever. I could of just driven to LA for much tastier and better price for churros.
