Wow, just walked up to the door to look for radio equipment and maybe a weapon and the door was locked. No worries, I thought they where closed. They were not. A man comes to the door and ask what I was looking for, and before I could answer, he said they don’t allow browsing. Really??? I said OK and walked away. This is the first time I have ever posted a review, well I least that I remember.Your know it now what was said, It is how you leave them feeling when they leave. I left feeling this business DOES NOT want my business. That’s ok. They only lost 1 customer.

OUT OF BUSINESS!!! - Stopped by, door was locked, inside store was completely empty, nocked on the door and someone came from backroom but would not unlock door... They said store closed up shop and out of business :(

Im afraid this Pawn & Loan is typical of local businesses when it comes to how & what they buy/loan. A $75 dual-bladed saw: refused. Bike rack: nope. $50 DeWalt AC Adapter for car with plug & ground: Maybe $1 or 2. Hydraulic lift: it needs to be a brand name. Me: Goodbye. That was at 5:30PM. Id chosen to patronize a local pawn shop over Cash America, utilizing the very last of my fuel to try Ace. By the time I was denied for everything, it was too late to make it to Cash America. I ran out of gas. Thanks!

I made a specific trip from Up on the hill to look for a camera to replace my Cannon T3i Rebel that broke when my 4 year old dropPed it out of the car window at 35mph. Was expecting to spend a few hundred dollars. A Gentleman came to the door and asked what I wanted.... now that was a bit rude, I then said I wanted to take a look at what they got, but before I could say “in the way of cameras” he cut me off and said they do not allow browsing. His demeanor and expression was one of condescension.I do not recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to be treated respectfully and will make a point to never spend any of my time and money at this place of business.Piece of friendly advice from one manager to another, Post your policy on the door or window and keep the rude employees or owners away from the public if they can’t manage to be cordial.

Horrible place to visit if youre browsing looking to spend your hard earned money . My first time visiting this Place me and my wife was turned around at the door cause we didnt have a percfic item we was looking for. Pawn shops carry a variety of different items and you never know what they have until you go in . I understand Covid-19 is Real but no one was in the store and I thought that was very weird . I will never go to that store again and will most definitely spread the word about there awsome horrible customer service .

This place is clean, well organized, the staff friendly, and has a pretty good selection of items for sale.I have been in here twice now. While I have not made any purchases, I never felt like I was being hurried along, the staff always answered any questions I had, I have always found something I was interested in, and have generally had a good experience.The listed price on goods I know about seems to be a little higher than market price, but Im sure that like many pawn shops, they will work with you on that. I just prefer a place that posts the actual price they will sell it for. Other than that, I think this is a good place.

This is the 6 th time Ive tried to finish this review!!! A dear friend used to let me borrow her ring her Sis gave her to pawn then return to her. She got me going to American Pawnbrokers who are Wonderful people to deal with. They would loan $40 On it. But I was near Ace & they loaned me $10. Sadly I lost my ticket and the ring as I forgot but as soon as I remembered, I went in to see if it was in the case to buy it back, it was not. When I got home I called Ace & told the man who asked my name but he lied and said they have no record of it at all!!! My friend told her sister I lost it and her sister told her shed never give her another ring. To make it better, Im looking for 2 red filigree heart rings now, one for my friend one for her sis. Also want people to know that Pawn Depot was Wonderful to do business with also same as American Pawnbrokers.

I was looking for a snowboard and happened to see one that Ace posted online. I communicated with someone there over the offer up app and decided to check it out in person. I drove from Tacoma so I was hopeful that this wouldnt be a waste of time. The guy at the counter was super friendly and knew the different specs of the board I picked out. The price was really good and he even took the offer I made the drop the price down a little. Friendly guys, good prices. Worth the drive! Thank you!

We have always had a great experience with Ace Pawn and Loan. We have recommended Ace Pawn and Loan to family and friends. All of the people we send in have always been treated right and they are always given a good price on their items they want to sell. Many of my friends have bought items in the store and they rave about the good prices.

I been coming to this Pawn shop for years always love coming in and talking With them and seeing what they have! Always so clean! And everyone so friendly!

If I could give this pawn shop a lower score I would. I experienced possibly the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Both employees didnt seem to want to even acknowledge the fact that I was even in the store. Unfortunately I live near this shop so I have multiple experiences here and they have all been the same. Low on money I came to get a loan on a brand new tiger pistol that I had purchased a couple weeks earlier for over six hundred dollars. I was offered just 75 dollars. Now I realize that its a business but thats not even close to a fair price and all we are talking about here is a loan. If I didnt pick the item up they would have made 500+ dollars!!!!!! Another time I brought in a brand new dealt 20 volt lithium ion drill and impact combined set which retails at around 275. I was offered 15 dollars for it!!! Aside from all this the items they sell there are basically retail price and thats for used items! Some things Ive even found are cheaper to buy new at an actual store than to purchase from ace pawn and loan. Honestly I would not be surprised to hear that this shop is actually a front for an illegal business because at the prices they set and offer there is no possible way they make enough money to keep the doors open. So to whom it may concern TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ANYWHERE ElSE!!! Dont support these crooks!!

If I was to write it all down, it would take half the day. Very uneducated people, when they say they dont have resources to verify, etc perhaps they should look into the thing called the internet, Live Auctioneers, Invaluable, Sothebys, Heritage Auctions, eBay, ect. Also...ACE is the Only FFL Dealer that does NICS background on 180 year old Antique Arms.....unbelievable. No longer will I ever consider doing business. I can understand why they carry used DVDS, old Video Games and lower end items. But!! The people are always nice and polite and they should get a 5 Star rating on that, but overall, engaging and learning and valuing will increase knowledge, income and longevity. But whatever works, low end works at ACE.

Worst service ever!!! I Left very unsatisfied and went to another pawn shop and got offered more for the same item. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to step foot in that place!!!

Need quick cash? Prices paid and fees seem to be what others charge. Staff is friendly. Store isnt a cluttered mess.

They have good stuff here like guitars, video games, etc. They also have reasonable prices, good service, and always keeps the sales floor clean.

Every time I come in here there is always some young guy that acts like he doesnt want customers in the store. They dont want anything unless its in perfect condition. I just went to this pawn shop again today and just like last time they passed on my item. Its not like Im bringing them bad stuff either! Im bringing in quality merch because I know how picky pawn shops can be. But I just went to pawn xchange right after and got a deal! Hey Ace pawn guys!! You will go out of business!! Its just a matter of time...

Do yourself a favor go to any other pawn shop! Save your money. They sold me a broken ps3 and gave me 5 dollars off of a fame since the ps3 was broken and I bought a gun too the worst drawn out process of my life! Ill never go back you shouldnt either

This place is a sad excuse for a pawn shop. The guys in there look like the rapey type in my opinion but that is off subject. I was treated disrespect from the second I entered the door. The guy behind the counter seem to have been undressing me with his eyes because he could not take them off of me. A really nasty feeling walking in, I didnt even give him a chance to talk before I walked out.

We have been into this store on several occasions. They will find the lowest price possible on Ebay, and then offer you a percentage of that. So basically, if you bring in a $300 item, they will maybe give you $30 for it. The condition of the item doesnt matter apparently, if they find an item that is similar to what you are trying to pawn, that has the lowest price on Ebay, regardless of the condition, they will offer you a percentage of the price on Ebay. For example, if an item has rust and is falling apart and is listed for a fraction of what other vendors on Ebay are selling it for, they will still find the lowest price. If they cant find anything on Google about the item you have brought in, they wont offer you a loan or to buy it off of you either. So dont bother wasting your time if you cant Google it.I have never felt so disrespected. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received from Ace Pawn & Loan and I certainly will not be going back. There are other pawn shops in the area that treat you with the respect and dignity that every human being deserves. I just thought everyone should be forewarned because it seems that they have some decent reviews on here, and I just wanted to let everyone know that looks can be deceiving.

They just offered my husband 100$ on an estate ring that has paperwork for insurance purposes of 5000...they couldnt even recognize it was platinum...never again...beware!
