Yesterday my friend went into the store, he was looking around. He notice 2 of the workers there were having personal conversations they didnt acknowledge him he was there. After couple mins later looks another walks in clearly she work somewhere in the mall different store, they were having conversation with her. Another few moments later few more customers came in then big guy employer acknowledge other customer. Not sure what was the issue/problem, seem odd how two workers were engaged into personal conversation couldnt stop few seconds to make sure if he was okay.

Hey Jeremy is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever ran into on the phone at GameStop, usually people are rude and try to rush you to what you need and get you off the phone. He was patient and actually didn’t hang up on me when I almost forgot to ask another questions. No sign or anything like the others before. He actually restored my hope in being able to call you guys before I show up.

I love that GameStop carries collectibles too. We have ordered exclusive Funko Pops from them. They also will let you pre-order & give you a call when they come in. Friendly & helpful staff.

Its GameStop been shopping there since the late 90s early 2000. Use to be better but staff changes have made things different.

I had the worst experience in my life! I know it was black friday during a pandemic, but the Karen at the door told me that the sign that said 7 Guests included the 4 employees and that it went only three customers could be in the store at a time!!!!!! COME ON!! Then after standing in line for an hour it was my turn. I proceeded to look around, found a game, went to the counter just to find out they didnt have that game in stock! How can you have more employees than customers and not have your cases accurately displayed?????

Worst gamestop!! First the people never answer the phone so you decided to just go there to find out that everyone there is completely rude as well. If I could give this place a 0 stars on customer service then I would. Why do a customer service job if you dont like helping people. Find a new job. Worst experience ever.

Game Stop is great.

Game stop has been our go to place for all things gaming for many years. Still very satisfied with the knowledge of the people working there. Always friendly and helpful, this is the place to go if you need anything gaming.

This is a fairly under stocked location. They were not overly busy, and while the staff was not rude, they were sort of just phoning in their job. Overall, I did not have a bad experience here, but it was not a good one either. I dont expect much from GameStop anymore, and this location did not disappoint. It just met the bare minimum of what I expect from them.

Friendly staff they go out of their way to help answer questions, to non gamers like me, but also to my kids who do game. Ive seen the staff refuse to sale rated m games to kids with out a parent there with them. I love that knowing they are not out to only make money but also help out parents. We have gotten tons of freebies by just asking if they have anything.

Do not i repeat do not pre order ypur game from this location they cannot corrdinate pre releases re routed into 3 diffrent lines only to be led ouside the store to a line almost wtapping outside the mall .talked to the store manager only to be told the copys of games will be handed out fast. the atore is uoung inexperienced and unprofessional.

Every game stop I go to has always been nice and very knowledgeable about games. Im a casual gamer but these guys know there stuff very helpful and sweet.

Gamer heaven...nuff said. Lol. But seriously I really think these stores are way too small and need to be given more of a retail size upgrade. Could you imagine a cooler store than a GameStop the size of a Safeway? Omg!

The workers are cool. Make sure you keep your reciept. They only keep the last five purchases on file. And a game is only worth 2 servings.

They did not have (and never had per the manager) the extra item advertised in their flyer when purchasing on Black Friday. I should have gone with my gut and purchased elsewhere. My wife threw away all our bags from shopping and the GameStop receipt was in them. No returns without receipt. GameStop is like shopping in the 2000s. Not hard to see why their stock price is plummeting and customers are leaving.

Decent normal selection of games and gaming related merchandise for a small gamestop location.Been here a handful of times and have to say this last visit will definately be my last because of awful customer service each and everytime. Im a patient man, military service got me used to the hurry up and wait life, but to be standing in line for a solid 10 to 15 minutes with others while the associate. More than likely a supervisor or manager since they were the only employee working is pretty sad because she wants to make small talk and flirt with a guy who finished his purchase 10 minutes ago.I know what its like being the only employee as manager or sup running a store at a certain time until someone clocks in but this really was sad because its not the first time the lady with the yellow highlighted hair has done this. Simplu acknowledgement of other customers and assisting them first and than continuing her small talk with the guy would have gone along way to provide decent to good customer service.

I had bought a video game for someone as a Christmas gift this year. I dont play Xbox or really know anything about it,so when I purchased the game(that I specifically asked someone at the counter for) for the Xbox one,I had no idea it was a downloadable card and is not returnable or refundable. No one told me it was even a downloadable card and not an actual game. They just wanted to make the sale and didnt care about their customers. When we went to exchange it,we were told we cannot and we were told that when purchasing. They were rude and argumentative! Horrible experience,I will not be doing any of our family gaming needs there anymore!

My kids love this place.

Walked into the store, no greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. The employee was assisting someone else as I walked in, but afterwards nothing. I did not find what I was looking for. Contemplated buying another item and decided against it due to the fact that the employee just didnt care.

I went in to trade in my xbox one and xbox 360 towards an xbox one s, and also sell some games. When i was in there the lady helping me was very very rude, and was being a total downer. Today is my birthday and i was really excited to get my bday present and next thing you know she said i cant trade in anything i had because i did not have the backs to the controllers. When we called another gamestop they said tbat they would take them and they would be refirbished. What a great experience for my 16th birthday.

The people here REALLY know what theyre doing havent had a moment where they didnt have an answer for my questions and are very nice. Store is very clean and neatly presented at all times

Traded in Xbox 360 R2D2 Star Wars Edition plus about 30 games in great condition. Employees fought over the credit of the trade-in. They also misinformed me about the return policy. Told me 30 days for full refund. Come home to read back of receipt stating 7 days. A dozen games werent acceptable trade-ins according to them. They all work fine, do not stall/skip. They were light scratches. They also told me my Xbox One will come WITH 2 games that I pick. Check my receipt when I come home, and I am charged for both. Horrible experience. Regret doing a trade-in. Not even sure why I followed through with it. I guess because it took almost 2 hours to go through it all, I didnt want to go through it again so I just went with whatever they offered. I was excited to get an Xbox One. Ive been wanting one since before it was released. They completely ruined my excitement. Thanks Gamestop and its employees. You will probably have a return very soon. Not sure I can get my 360 back though...
