Definitely check this place out first if your looking for any type of service . They have the best customer service. JD and Ben helped us out today . After multiple tries of finding a place to switch over our phone carrier, we found the place! They explained everything thoroughly without keeping fees or any other charges a secret. Very honest and genuine .no pressure in making a decision for our family .

Wow!!! Best costumer service ever!!Went in today morning to get my dads phone upgrade and we were very satisfied with the customer service. I think Shannon was her name. Store was really busy when we got there. Waited about 30 minutes, but it was worth it. With only two people working and non stop costumers coming in, She handled it very well and professionally, greeting everyone walking in.Paper work and singing was fast and simple. She explained detail of the contract so well, even my dad understood with english problem.She even took time to help set up and transfer apps to the new phone.Thank you for the great customer service.

I’m so happy with T-mobile, they have helped more than Sprint ever has! Maciehelped us for 3+ hours instead of telling us we are SOL. Wish I had come straight to T-Mobile instead of being merged.

Worst service Ive ever received! T Mobile/ Sprint doesnt show any compassion for their customers and calls them family. Thats a funny way of treating your family. Ill definitely be switching carriers.

Upon arriving at T Mobile I walked to the front entry and rembered I forgot my mask.I couldnt find one in my car so I returned to the entrance and one of experts acknowledged my presence and approached me.I explained I had a 2 oclock appointment knowing it was now 2:33 and didnt have a covid mask but he said no problem I can help you out here on the front entrance.Mission accomplished and Another satisfied customer off and Happy that was fast and I was on my way to a more connective world.Thanks T Mobile Experts.

I was there earlier today looking for a phone and the lady helping me called around trying to find one and when she did she told me it was clear in Tacoma when really it was at the South Hill Mall. So during rush hour traffic I drove all the way to Tacoma to get this phone when nobody had one in stock. Every other time I had great experiences but this time in particular really set me off to the point that I dont think i will ever come back

Just became a T-Mobile customer and so far they have been very helpful and patient in assisting me with my new phone. They are very positive and professional. They also follow all the Covid-19 precautions, making you feel safe when youre inside the store.

There is a reason why we stay with T-Mobile!T-Mobile made a mistake and it had been overcharging us for about 6 months now. We made an appointment and went down to talk to a specific person. They had great sanitizing and social distancing protocols in place. They were very appreciative of us not just walking in but getting an actual appointment. It took a little while for them to figure it out they made it right, and they also credited our account with a $25 credit for the mistake that they had made.The person that handled our account went above and beyond regular customer service in getting this problem fixed. This is why we stay with T-Mobile, and also go to this one particular T-Mobile store because everyone there rocks!

We had something unfortunate happen while we were upgrading our phones, the employees there were fantastic at helping us take care of the issue and with in 48 hours the issue was resolved completely . I really appreciate that they took the time to take care of everything even through hard times. Michelle and Cheryl were awesome:) and thanks to everyone else who helped.

My 360 protection plan covers in store replacements for screen protectors on my Apple Watch. This store tried telling me differently cause they are under commission. Even though it was under my notes that t mobile cooperate wrote that 360 does cover screen protectors for apple watches and I wouldn’t be charged, this store tried telling me other wise. I’d recommend going to a different store or just switching phone company’s. This happened at the south hill mall also. This place sucks!!!

Bought my boyfriend an iPhone 11 for Christmas, was having some issues with it concerning the activation. He went inside this location hoping someone could help him. After an associate AND a manager, they told him “can’t help you because of a tax difference” between where we purchased the phone and where their location was. Ummmm what?! I’ve purchased items in other states and came back to WA and returned, despite the tax difference. What BS! Coming from retail, I’m pretty sure the real reason was personal company metrics, not wanting to take a returned item for being defective. Want good service? Avoid this location.

Jeremy was fantastic, He took his time with my husband and I, even with our kids running around playing with the displays and dancing to the music! He set up our account with no rush or pressure. I’m absolutely impressed with T-Mobile! Ashely, was so thorough and knowledgeable about the companies current military deal. Within 20 minutes Ashley was able to greet me, decide the best plan for my family, and port my current phone numbers (2 lines) over to T-Mobile. I have never experienced such amazing service in such a short amount of time. So if you’re thinking about switching, go to this location.

This place is the worst. I brought in my phone last year in 2015 to trade for an upgrade, and a girl named Julie took it and told me I was all taken care of and that I didnt need to sign or anything, and she couldnt print me a receipt. I didnt think this was weird because I had never traded my phone with t mobile before, and I guess I trusted what she was telling me so I didnt t think twice about it.. But a month or so later, t mobile was still billing me for the phone I already had returned. I came into the store, and explained to a staff member what had happened, and even pointed out Julie, and told them the exact date and time I was in the store (so they could look at the security footage), and they told me theyd look into it and call me back. They never did. So I called again and got a hold of the manager Brian. He literally called me a liar, and said it wasnt their fault I didnt get a receipt and Julie had done nothing wrong. When I tried to explain further to him, I was calm and tried to be polite, he spoke over me to the point where he was yelling at me on the phone, but eventually he said he would look further into it. When we tried to contact him again a couple weeks later, he said he would look at the footage of that day, and then yet again we didnt hear from him again. When I called back to see what was going on a week or two later, he said he had looked at the footage and I was never in the store, and once again said that I wasnt being honest... But he didnt even know what I looked like, I had never met him in person, so he was obviously not being honest seeing as he had no idea who he was looking for on the tape. He was so beyond rude and unhelpful. I can not even believe that he could possible be a manager ANYWHERE. He is awful and should be fired. When I asked for his district managers phone number, he said he didnt know who it the district manager was or what their phone number was.Thankfully after unsuccessfully dealing with Brian for over a month, we contacted the corporate office and they were extremely helpful and sympathetic. They actually took the time to look into what happened, and took the missing phone off of our bill seeing as it showed that we hadnt used it in 4 or 5 months. I believe the employee Julie took the phone I turned over to her, and then Brian tried to cover it up. Or maybe hes just a terrible manager with terrible customer service skills who was too lazy to bother looking into our problem. It was a very stressful situation.To sum it up, Brian sucks

Was just in to browse tablets and this weird bearded guy came up to us 3 or 4 times asking what we were looking for and to let him know if we needed anything. Looked completed stoned, not sure if he was suspicious about us or just too out of it. Last straw when I went to walk to the other side of the store and he made a slow beeline at me and still managed to run unto me after I made a wide arc to avoid him. What the heck?? Second weird experience at this store, will stick to the one in the mall.
