The woman who worked on the morning of the 31st of July was a completely lazy employee. She stayed on her phone the entire time. I was having problems with my phone. She told me that I had a virus on my phone. She DID NOT even look at my phone. She told me that I was eligible for an upgrade & told me to go look at the phones. I waited until 10:08 out in front of the store while she was on her phone. Instead of her getting up to greet me she sat on her lazy butt and waved me in the store. This is the second time Ive had problems with this lady at the same store. I WILL NOT GO BACK!

The Young woman that works here is wonderful she is such a good worker and she is so happy to help you get a new phone

I took a friend there he got his phone and she set up everything on it and he was very happy with the results

Dont shop here unless you want to get ripped off. I bought a simple earphone piece for my ipad. should have costed maybe $10. I was told $25, but bought it anyway because I wanted it right then. Few days later I find a charge on my credit card for $151.63 from them. I go back to the store, same employee tells me it must be some kind of billing system error ... yet she does not want to do anything about it while I am there, wants me to leave and will call me .....Hours later and no call from them ... so I call back .... waiting for information from the billing service .... then i get a call and supposedly they admit a mistake was made but wont refund the money to my card, I am supposed to go back in a few weeks and I can pick up cash ....At this point it all sounds to me like I am sorry you caught me trying to steal from you so heres a BS story about it Take a police officer with you if you shop there so maybe the next person can at least get them arrested for theft.

Shes on her phone 24/7!Its not even worth going in there she doesnt even do her job!

Worst experience walked in the doorDidn’t even get greeted or acknowledged the girl working here just kept talking to the customers she was with about her family . Very annoyed
