Great customer service!! Im ever so grateful for them bc I hate the big box stores. Theyre a little bit higher in price but I dont have to drive far and Ill happily pay for good service. I dont look at the housewares, decor or clothing. Those are obscenely priced. 😒 Certainly not priced for the average consumer. You need big bucks for that fancy stuff. This store also has a US post office inside which is HUGELY convenient. Thumbs up!! 👍

In store help is great, But Special orders are Deplorable. I placed two different special orders for solar screens. Both times, the screens arrived and no one notified me even though I was Promised the store would call. I complained to the owners daughter the first time. I complained to Jared, the Manager, the second time. I told him to call my cell phone and discuss the matter IF he even cared. Well, weeks later, no call, so obviously they just dont care. Very Disappointing. Not quite the helpful hardware store !!!

Great prices! I needed a very small can of paint for touch-ups and could not find the exact color and size at the larger competitor stores. However, Ace had exactly what I needed and at a decent price!

I love this place! This is a combination of a hardware store and a gift shop under one roof. In addition there is a US post office in the back of the store. The hardware store is small compared to Home Depot and Lowes, but its way more convenient. The gift shop is somewhat high end. They have a nice selection of many different items. The post office is popular but the lines are much shorter than our traditional post office in the area. Win/win!

Got my hard to find batteries here and was pleasantly surprised at how much stock they have of just about everything! Would recommend and will return.

I absolutely loved my Visit this Morning at 10 am on August 1, 2021, I absolutely loved How I was Approached and Asked if I needed Help with anything from a very Sweet & Kind Lady, I didn’t get a Chance to catch Her Name, but also the Guy’s in the Back Also offered me Help, it made me feel absolutely Comfortable & an Amazing Gentleman helped me Awesomely To make Key Copies that I needed, and He went out and the Beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed!!! Absolutely Very Nice Cashiers as well!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I go there quite a bit when I need to do repairs around the house and they have it there instead of going to a big box store that they dont carry older products that need to be used in older homes. Have a good day out there

I had a mailbox key made but the associate didnt seem to know what he was doing. He totally dismissed my suggestion of asking the guy who had made a working for me before. Now I have 2 non working key.

Made an online purchase and picked up at the store. Very smooth in and out. They do tool sharpening too. Drop off knives, shears, scissors and pick them up in a few days

Well, I like the products and thats why i took pics coz i liked it, but I’ve tried this business in other location a year ago ..it was on westheimer and westerland in Houston...I remember everything in details ...once I walked in the store..I haven’t been greeted, the cashier looked at me like “why you are here “ !!!!!!I walked around and was looking for a scarf 🧣...I couldn’t find then I decided to ask a blond lady who was trying to avoid asking me if I needed help ...I insisted on asking her help, i did and she denied that they have scarfs ...i thanked her ...and kept walking around...and I FOUND LIKE tens of SCARVES 🧣...i took one ..and my next thing was a led candles ...couldn’t find so I wanted to make sure that it’s somewhere I cannot see ...i asked the same lady ...and she denied having lED candles...and guess what ...I walked to the cashier and asked her she pointed out on an aisle where i can find them ....At the checkout I noticed that the cashier didn’t say Hi, or thank you or any customer service routine phrases...then I realize that it was my color and my head cover ...what was making them hating me ...I decided not to do my shopping again at this store and that what happened till 2 days ago ...which is after more than a year ...i had to use the postal office instead ACE coz it is next door to my house 🏡The lady at the postal service was more than awesome...I finished my business then decided to give it a try to do short shopping 🛒 i got some stuff and waited in the line ..the cashier was with one customer for more than 10 minuets and the other cashier didn’t bother himself to help me check out...but he volunteered to help the same customer but not helping me with a lufa and a soap only in my hand which won’t take him a minute to check out...after 12 minuets I walked to the register to leave the staff and leave ...i said “thank you “ they didn’t say a word and not even sorry...as simples customer service policy or courtesy...Will never never go back ...if you guys don’t want different people do business with you just put a sign outside...

The co owner of this store Katherine is a deceitful liar with a condisending attitude guess she answers to no one owners of stores seldom do.i spoke to kathryn in June as a vendor she said to call her back at the end of July to scheduel coming out the in August I called her back at the end of July and she says I cant come out the I asked why and she says she doesnt want anybody out in front of her stores,and she was rude about it.she should have told me that at the beginning.

Although the people in the back were helpful they would not let me return brand new in the box unused items purchased at a different Ace hardware even with a receipt!!! Hey lady working the cash register was clearly inexperienced and took well over 20 minutes to check me out while the line continued to grow and they would not send her help nor open another register. I really hate to say this, because I am not a fan of the big box stores, but save yourself some grief and go to a different Ace hardware or one of the big box stores.

Best neighborhood hardware store (this one even has great seasonal decorations and cookware). I particularity like the grilling and YETI department 😃

How cool is that?!Anyway, the crew that works here is amazing. I have been there several times and everyone is absolutely amazing and helpful. This is a great hardware store, they have a lot of little items that the large chains don’t have. The service of course is also I have a little better and the folks there are very friendly and the prices are in line with what you find a large store.

Great place to find unique gifts and specialty items. Why fight the crowds at the big depots and other large hardware stores. Find what you need quickly and get on with your project. My time is worth alot to me. Shop at the smaller stores and get more done.

I am glad there is a Post office in the heart of Ace hardware. Employees have a happy and helpful attitude. It is always clean and well stock. I always find interesting novelties! Ace has added a clothing section and a chocolate gift section as well. I love this store!

I wish I could give them a hundred stars, I asked the cashier for the names of the guys who helped me and she said Ron & Connor so hopefully she was right so I can give the proper recognition... Ron started helping me to find some missing bolts for a crib, and he was more than happy to help. His customer service was amazing. Even held a friendly conversation that made me happy to pick Ace Hardware to look for these important bolts. And Connor helped us toward the end and he also was a great help and very nice!

Needed plumbing supplies to fix my busted pipes they had them awesome place

The staff here is all ways so nice and extremely helpfull. I came one day 2 minute before they closed on accident for a singular item. The staff was so kind and said we are still open and helped me look for what I needed. If you need tools with knowledgeable people and above and beyond service this is your place.

Could not find product I needed heard 2 employees in next lane went to ask for assistance. One employee took off in opposite direction and stocking employee stopped to follow other employee to continue conversation. I found one item and went to pay. Two employees talking with third person and I waited till they finished talking about rental properties and B&B before they allowed me to approach and pay. Never going back. Service nonexistent

This is my 8th or 9th year attending the hosted ladies night, and I love it! The ladies night events had opened my eyes to Ace being morethsn just some lumber yard type store! Its very cool with helpful customer service!

Prices are okay if youre not wanting to go to the big hardware stores, convenient for the neighborhood. A little upset that they have their Christmas decorations out in August

I visited November 5th to buy diatomaceous earth. Picked up large bag priced 11.99. Checked out and it was 18.99. I asked for a price check. 2 men came up, said they would check it, never returned. Another man came up, said he would check, I walked over there with him. Showed him where I got it from, several were in 11.99 spot. He started looking at stickers, moving them around, I said this is spot it was in, theres more than one, price should be honored. He said, well, someone put it in the wrong spot, price is 18.99. I said, it is in the wrong spot so it should be honored at that price. His literal words back were, It is 18.99 and it was in the wrong spot. The price is 18.99, do you want it or not? Wow, I have worked retail for many years. If something is in the wrong spot and stocked that way, you honor the price. YES, you honor the price and then fix the tag. I HAVE NOT and WILL NOT go back to that store. I have shopped there many times in the past and never had a problem. I am done with this location. I did survey sent to me, says someone will reach out to you bc you were dissatisfied, no one ever did. It asks for your phone # so no reason they could not reach me. I only put 1 star bc you have to in order to be able to leave a review. Otherwise it would have been 0 stars.

Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES every time I come here. Two specific employees ( old lady at jewelry counter and man with red beard) manage to follow me CONSTANTLY AND CONSISTENTLY every time. It is absolutely ridiculous how I can almost expect and guarantee this treatment every time I visit. They don’t even try to hide it. Maybe hire better employees....

Now this place is amazing for all your needs. If your buying bolts you cant find anywhere else or a new pair of flip flops this place has it. And the help really know their jobs.

Ace Hardware is not your typical hardware store anymore. I go often and have seen that they have kept adding a great variety of oddities for the home that have not seen elsewhere. Also coming around the corner christmas, I have seen a whole lot of great gifts and decorations that my daughter and wife would love. And some for myself. Go check them out with a few hours to look at all they have, it is all worth the trip. Also if in need of postal services, they offer the services as well.

If Im looking for an item that HomeDept or Lowes doesnt have. I go to Ace they carry specialty items they others do not have.

Its just big enough for any quick trip youll need to make, well organized, and convenient. Staff wandering the aisles know what theyre doing and can direct quickly. As a bonus they have a great area for gifts and outdoor decor, and a USPS annex on site. I visit this spot several times a month, and Ive never been let down. Recommend it highly.

Horrible service and rude customer service. Clerk Kelly was rude and obnoxious in front of other customers and shoppers to another customer. She refused to give out location managers name. Seems to be a very unhappy person and hates her job. She should not be working directly with the public. She is also making people wait longer in line than necessary. Even a handicapped lady with a walker. I wouldnt utilize this post office again. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Negative stars if I could.

Always been a fan and patron of this store. However, they dont seem to be taking the mask rules seriously. After asking about unmasked customer they replied they didnt notice while he was standing right in front of them asking a question. To the back of the store and to the back..passing several employees..nothing. They also have an employee with no mask with a doctors note not to wear a mask. Sorry..not good enough.
