I am always pleased when I shop home depot. The selection, prices, and helpful service is top notch. I came to this location to get a specific drill for my birthday and was excited to find some Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween decorations.

We went for the memorial day sales!! And we saved over 600$ Home Depot had it going on. We always get our appliances from here. They are so kind and helpful. It is always a quick process, in and out, when getting our appliances from here. They have everything you need for your home. Ill get my grill and lawn mower from here, once the time comes.

I visit different Home Depot locations from time to time & have searched for particular items that were not in the same department as other locations. This particular location gets 2 thumbs up for organizing product and selection of products.

Great service. Prices and variety of options for all the products you can look for. I have used in store pick up. The locker service and also in store shopping. Always find what I’m looking for. The staff is always helpful. I’ve never had issues with returning items. The return is smooth.

This home depot is starting to really fail my expectations. Home depot app says they have 38 pieces of a certain item in stock. I get there and theres absolutely nothing. This has actually happened 3 times at this same location!!

I realize the supply chain is still stressed, but I couldnt find several common items in stock. Quick connect drill bits (set) and air filter for stand alone air purifiers were out of stock.

I want to let management know my experience last Thursday. I went to buy a wheelbarrow. As you know the store is enormous so I had to ask for help . The person that helped is Julie. She went above and beyond to assist me locating the item . She also helped me take it to the car. I drive a small car so the wheel barrow did not fit in it. Julie went out of her way to take it apart so it would fit . She didnt stop until I had it inside the car. Because of her I was able to bring it home if not I would have had to make a 2nd trip . Julie was my hero that day. Thank you again Julie. You were amazing.

Home Depot has been my go-to store over the pandemic for fun DIY Projects. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, plus the gardening section has a good selection of healthy plants at reasonable prices. Fun to stop by after doing some grocery shopping at H-E-B.

Home Depot is just that, Home Depot. Some of the employees kind of remind me of the zombies on Hotel Transylvania, just like, like their job was mundane and rehearsed, these particular ones seemed a little bored but, I get it, you explaining the same tool and how it works at least 100 xs a minute. They were great though. As far as amenities and what not, that is a huge place yet, to be so big, its completely organized, and very well, its super clean, theyve got your handicap front door parking and entrance and, these people are not just employees, they are very smart and extremely articulate when it comes to what they can tell you about almost any tool or product in the store. Seriously, they know their s@#%... Well, youll see I speak the truth, yet again when go on down there. I seriously doubt youll have a whole lot of trouble finding what you need. NICE WORK HOME DEPOT, YOU GUYS ROCK!! Heres your much deserved, and earned, 5 beautiful gold stars...

I want to brag on Mr. Williams in the lumber department. I was transferred around to many people in the lumber department via the phone who had no interest in helping me. Mr. Williams took me seriously and helped me with this small, but all important project over the phone and in the store. He chose the wood I described over the phone. in the store he cut it to perfection, so it was ready to be used. He accomplished everything with a pleasant, helpful attitude. Now, my grandkids have access to all of my books and my books for them in one easy to use shelved stand. :)

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. ittook six weeks for delivery to come through and it only camewith one third of what we ordered. then the next shipment camein and was still missing pieces. now theyre saying its going totake another 4 weeks for three pieces to come in that shouldhave come with the original order. the salesperson was totallyincompetent, and it is almost impossibleto actuallytalktosomeone. if you like things done in a timely Fashion Home Depotis not the place to have anything done. because of theirincompetent they lost the purchase of flooring and appliancesfor the project which were purchased elsewhere.

Tried to purchase a Bosch dishwasher but was told I could not order it. I am in no great rush and did not understand why HD could not order it. No other purchase opportunity was presented other than two models I did not want. Seemed like a quick sale strategy to me.

The pickup and return section is so Slow...Its almost like these guys are stressed or dont know what theyre doing.

Every time i go to this location they are low or no inventory on stuff i need! i really don’t know if is my luck or managment need to do a better job on keeping up with their inventory.Today I was looking for stainless steel hex screws and nuts, and had to spend half an hour in there and finally i end up going to Lowe’s across street!

Best Home Depot. Has the friendliest employees who will actually ask you if you need help. I have a Home Depot closer to my house, but I drive an extra 20 minutes to this one.

Scheduled an oven delivery ($1000 purchase) from their available dates via their App one week in advance. On the delivery date they hadn’t even contacted me. I called and they said they now expected a 2-week delay.

Reserved a trencher on a Monday. They sent an email to cancel midnight the day before the Saturday pickup. I rent one that costs 150% as much. Not serviced. Caked in mud. Not fueled up. Low on oil so it kept shutting off. Show up to return 3 hours before close. Young kid just disappears 15 minutes at a time with the line just stacking up. Shrugs his shoulders when I point it out. Tons of employees standing around who say they can’t help in that department. Took 20 minutes to flag down a manager. Go anywhere else.

They generally have what you need when you need it oh, so long as you know what youre looking for. Disappointingly they rarely have anybody who knows the more nuanced details of items in their area. However it gives me time for social interaction, because I am frequently that guy who overhears what youre looking for, knows what it is, knows where it is, knows how youre going to use it, and how you can avoid spending extra money by getting it and something else.

HD are generally all the same. Clean and well stocked store. Largest indoor plant selection Ive seen at any HD. Found my items and gone. No waiting at the checkout.

I have really put together a great work shop thanks to some items I found reasonably priced plenty in stock especially if you know what your looking for.

Quick service, and easy to make an online return. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 though bc the parking lot always appears congested and chaotic. Its not welcoming and I honestly dread pulling up to go inside, hence the online order.

Location is stocked aplenty with beautiful flowers and plants. Staff works feverishly to attend to every question and customer. I personally would just wish there were more registers, to keep up with the amount of patrons.

Emptied life savings on lumber, forklift danger, packed to the brim with random pallets in every aisle like they were restocking. Sick of the mood lighting instore, blue guys are nice and bright.

Been price gouging since the pandemic began. I go to home depot almost every single day and it makes me sick. Every single item has gone up even the candy bars by checkout. I dont have a choice but to go here like many others....and they know it. Shame shame

For me... five stars. Typically has the things I need for home improvement. But what makes them different to me is that they make it easy to find what I need and returning unused items are easy. I gave this review because they opened, with low staff, during the big freeze. And helped desperate homeowners fix leaks during the freeze.

Poor customer service and phone etiquette. I called to check product availability and the associate just said “I’m not in that department. I’m in the front.”, then preceded to hang up the phone. I called back. No answer...

Jimmy (Refused to identify last name), an argumentative and fiesty assistant store manager, was extraordinarily rude and refusing to be courteous or offer apologies for lack of garden center information. I went to him after being given the run around and waiting 45 minutes for an answer. Not an asset of the store, needs more customer service training and less chip on the shoulder training.I will take my business to where it is more welcome.

Buying products is easy ( of course, theyre making money out of their customers), but delivery and installation is a headache. I bought a dishwasher that costs me $1600, i understand the delay bcoz of pandemic which is always an excuse for everything nowadays, but at least email your customer or call about the delay so we didnt have to wait all day for it. Then the installation comes, first installer realized the hose is too short so it wasnt installed the first time, they sent a couple of people to install who seems like they dont really know what theyre doing . They flooded my floor under the sink, and ran my new dishwasher with styrofoam and some laminated papers inside it. Once we ran it ourselves, water came backing out of the air gap, and into the floor under the sink. I know you all probably trying to hire the cheapest contractor, but, please, WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS. I didnt get my dishwasher for free. I was planning to buy a new stove, but Im afraid they will just mess up the installation of it and burn my house. Please, hire a knowledgeable contractor to install your appliances.

I would give zero stars but I am forced to at least select one.I purchased a refrigerator on Black Friday 2020. It was never delivered. I called in January 2021 and asked about delivery. The rep in major appliances basically blamed the late delivery on Covid. He spoke to me as if I were a bothersome woman that was wasting his time for having the nerve to question the delivery of a nearly $3000 purchase. He said the new delivery would be March 9.On March 8, I called HomeDepots appliance number because I did not want to talk to Mr Helpful again. I was told that Home Depot had a system wide mess up on Black Friday and that my order had fallen through the cracks. The gentleman told me I would have to cancel my order and then reorder. I mentioned that the fridge had risen significantly in price. He assured me he would match the price and give me an additional $150 off for my trouble. I said I could not afford to purchase the item again until I saw the credit to my card. He said I could call back anytime and receive the price match and promised discount.On March 22, I called again because my order showed no changes. The representative assured me he would cancel and reiterated the original reps promise of a price match and additional $150 off.On March 26, I finally saw a credit for the purchase made in Nov 2020, (Yes, 4 months after an order that was never completed. I basically gave Home Depot a 4 month interest free loan. I purchased in good faith and Home Depot failed to deliver and frankly did not care.)After seeing the credit, I naively called to repurchase. After several hours on the phone, home depot REFUSES to follow through on their promises. The refrigerator has jumped over $1000 since I purchased it on Black Friday. I purchased in good faith, home depot failed to deliver, and they continue to screw me over. The last person I spoke with acted as if she were doing me a favor by offering $500 off the current price. She said the manager at the Cinco Ranch Home Depot could not follow through on the promises made because it would hurt his bottom line. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? All I wanted was the refrigerator I purchased on Black Friday.Shame on me for trusting Home Depot. Shame on me for ever stepping foot in this lying, thieving establishment.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store.

Customer service is horrible. Most of the workers are so unfriendly and unwilling to help. I had gotten an item from a shelf that was priced wrong by them and they wouldnt adjust it and tried to make me pay a different price. I was asking for manager for clarification and I waited in a long line for the manager, but he never showed up so I didnt make a purchase and left. Their manager could have tried to help but they didnt want to and the employees behind the registers are not customer service friendly. This may or not happen to you but its important to know that if youre looking for great customer service dont count on Home Depot. Thank you and please stay safe from Corona.

By far this is the BEST Home Depot! I was shopping for a patio heater and they were sold out. Their employees went above and beyond to help me find one at another store. I wish I had asked the mans name (I think he was a manager) that helped me. There were also others that helped. They found one at the Brazos Town Center store in Rosenberg and asked them to keep it for me.When I went to the Rosenberg store I had an opposite experience. I’ve never been treated with more disdain. No one wanted to help me. They had marked the product with the wrong name and when they figured out they made a mistake they didn’t care. They couldn’t find someone to help me load it in my car. When they did find someone he was so unfriendly.
