Pretty busy store. Some of the associates are very nice and helpful. Best buy is good place to shop if you can get the item on sale. They do price match with other big retailers.Update: I went to best buy about an exchange for a defective item. I was really happy about the service I got today. Sandy was the associate and I believe Gloria was the manager who helped me. Its the employees who actually makes the difference. I wish best buy really value great employees like them.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. They sell you refurbished appliancesfor the price of new ones and tell you they are brand new. My stoves oven door is broken. The line that is connected to the stove is bent and the back cover plate is loose. Their delivery people are CARELESS

In the Laptop section of store, employee named Theo was very helpful, very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the product that best met my need. This employee knows customer service and knows the products, went out of his way to greet and provide information about different options available.He also helped me find a printer, however none were in stock. If your in need of some tech Definitely ask for Theo. 5 star service

Went yesterday to finally get an Apple Watch, the employee in charge of the Apple area was super sweet and patience, never seemed annoyed if anything he did all he could for me to feel satisfied with my purchase, I believe his name was Laurent (prob spelling it wrong) the computer tech people were also very kind. :) nice people

Horrible experience buying a refrigerator. Was told by an associate to purchase in store because the website isn’t reliable. Yet they were not able to assist with the problem in-store. Their resolution, reschedule the delivery or drive to Missouri city and pick it up ourselves. As of now we have had to reschedule delivery three times.The amount of incompetence from store level to corporate customer service is beyond comprehension. We were not helped by anyone, no one could give us a clear reason why there were no notes on our ticket for this order. All we were told was that they were unable to help us.We received Zero phone calls from the delivery team. I had to call both days (9/14 and 9/15) and was told there wasn’t a delivery appointment for my item. I had multiple email confirmations confirming appointments. Spent 3 hours on the phone with no resolution and was repeatedly talked over by customer service saying they could not help us.One person at corporate lied and said we were called and the delivery people showed up and no one was home. We have a Ring, we had no visitors. No phone call, nothing. Worst experience with Best Buy. They should stick to electronics and leave appliances to another company.

My boys enjoy shopping at Best Buy! They order their electronic gadgets and gaming stuff online all the time and I pick them up in the store! They are very quick to get your online order prepared for u super fast and they always send u an email and text when your things are ready to be picked up! The employees who work here are very friendly and courteous!

Bad cashier, Fahim he just choose whomever he wants to assist he does not care either we have line or not. I have to young fellow in front of me but he chose to assist the guy and another guy at my back then the next fellow he was sent to fall in line what a mess... the irony of things he still end up getting the guy he sent in line. The cashier who helped was nice. I just feel bad for the other people in line if you have cashiers who knit pick.... what it the purpose of making a line if that is the case.

Bought new headphones from here and the had a price match from a competitor which they took into account, but the competitor had it for the silver headphones so only had the peice match for the silver and not for the black ones. Employee I had working with me was very nice and took care of my needs. No rush at the store.

I would love to recognize Armani at Best Buy 354. I was with my parents trying to help them find a device to record their favorite shows. I personally dont know anything about TVs but Armani overheard my parents and I speaking and Armani went out of her way to help. She asked if we had any questions first, and we talked about what we needed. She immediately pulled out her phone and started seeing if she could find a TiVo, but Best Buy doesnt sell them. We said thank you for trying and went on our way. This didnt stop her, she found us in the store on her own volition and let us know they had a Mediasonic device that totally worked for my parents. I personally havent had ANYONE from Best Buy going above and beyond in a long time. Ive been to location off Richmond and 610 and they almost NEVER help unless you ask. Armani, thank you so much for helping me help my parents. It was my moms birthday, and you contributed to a wonderful day, and she kept talking about how sweet you were. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me help my parents have a great day. :)

Ordered a fridge Sunday, in stock scheduled for delivery Tuesday. On Tuesday they never showed up so I called and they said so sorry well deliver tomorrow between 12-6 and then today when they were supposed to be here i called to make sure and they said sorry we aren’t delivering today. No. I took two days off back to back when you said you would be able to deliver. Unacceptable.

Had an appointment with the auto tech which their call center scheduled. They said the parts I needed would be at the store if I brought the GPS system with me. Lets just say they werent there. The autotech that was at the location was very polite however and handled the terrible situation very professionally. So to summarize, the auto tech gets 5 stars but God that call center is AWFUL!!

I love best buy. My entire two houses were all furnished with best buy products. I was shopping today and went to Walmart, Kroger, Lowes and needed to finish my day at Best Buy to get me another TV and a sound bar for a guest bedroom.Guess which place required me to wear a mask? Best Buy. I told the Manager on Duty if a mask was required because Ive been shopping all day without one. He said yes. I told him if that was true then my money wont be spent here. He didnt seem to care.So I went to Amazon and spent my 1900 there. If you want to stand on that hill, be my guest but I will take my business and my money to a retail establishment that allows individual choice.

Horrible experience customer service from rep. By the games was very bad & when I complained to the manager about the customer service from the rep. She didnt seem to care & the other mgr. Just walked away. The customer service rep. Was being asked for a game but he thought we was going to ask him for a PS5 so he was just assuming what we wanted but he basically told my son & I if I think you are going to ask me for what I think your going to ask me for we dont have it, but we had nit even asked him for the game yet which they did have in stock but it was in their warehouse he stated & i told the manager I would just go to Gamestop & get it, & that i stopped going there cause their service was so bad at that location. I really dont know how they are still open. Go somewhere else to get your products, consumers dont need the attitude from people that just dont want to be there to be helpful.

Honestly though, I felt like I always had a place to go if I needed help or knew where to go if I wanted to just check things out. I’ve always loved this best buy, and most best buys. I really enjoyed seeing mostly full shelves with lots of options here! The store was clean and organized. The customer service lady doing the returns was horribly grouchy. Im going to give her the benefit of the doubt though because it was about a week and a half after Christmas. So Im sure she was probably tired of doing so many returns. My only other complaint was trying to find someone to help me. That was a much bigger chore than it should have been.

Went in today to grab a couple items. Sept 1 only 2 days after flood. While in the store I was approached my 3 different employees asking if they could help me. I took 2 of them up on their offer. I was surprised how knowledgeable and courteous they were. 1 helped with Bluetooth headphone. The other with cable. The last one even walked me to checkout and check me out himself. All were clean cut, respectable and communicated very well. Not the norm for big box stores. Great Jobs Guys!!!!!Your efforts do not go unnoticed.
