We got some chairs and a mattress from this location. A big plus here is just the amount of options you have. You can walk around for hours and still find new stuff for your home.

Chance was our sales person and he has gone above and beyond to provide awesome customer service. Everything we wanted was delivered within a week. They give you a window of time they will be there, and they came several hours earlier. The delivery guys were polite and was in and out. We will definitely be coming back and using AFW Katy as our go to place for our home!

Purchased a recliner and end table. They were pretty good. But then bought a office desk and it had a few issues on assembly. But I suppose thats par for the course with cheap assemble yourself furniture.

This place has decent deals on appliances so long as you understand that their warranty is complete fiction. Theyll tell you all day about 6 months of warranty, but when something doesnt work and you call them a week after purchase, they will completely ignore you. It is now 4 months, 11 phone calls and 6 unanswered emails later and the product they sold me still does not work properly and no one there seems to care.

I got a great deal on washer and dryer a refrigerator and microwave all look and work perfectly fine.very nice and friendly staff I will be a repeat customer

This place is great! We got a refurbished fridge from there for a a good price. It wasnt working properly and we called the guy and he replaced it for free. Unfortunately the second one wasnt working properly either after a few weeks and he let us come pick out another one for free but let us get one that was worth $200 more than the previous one. I never asked for that, he suggested it. I just wanted another one for equal value. I understand that things happen but they still went above and beyond. I help run a business so I understand about good costumer service and this place has it.
