The location and staff are beautiful and wonderful. Id like to see some natural, therapeutic grade essential oil products instead of all that fragrance.

There are some great smells here. But they recycle scents with new names, which makes it hard to maintain a scent you really like over time. Id be buying multiple products on a subscription purchase if they didnt phase everutning out. Instead its on a whim Ill grab something here. Prices are kinda steep too; $24.99 for a 3 wick candle?

I used to love Bath & Body Works. I had questions about my recent purchases Receipt. I came away more frustrated than ever. I will not be returning for some time.

I was having the worst week ever and I stopped into this bath and body works to pick up some wallflower refills and every person in this store was so friendly and helpful it really turned my day around. So I wanted to say thank you to Lisa and the nice cashier who’s name I didn’t get. I don’t think people realize how much just being nice can mean to someone.

I really love Bath & Body Works. It always smell good there and they have the store set up really, really nice. Theyve added new scents & fragrances. The candles smell good. You can buy soap, shower gel, body creams, lotions, body spray, car & home air fresheners. I purchased my favorite Fragrance RED Ultra Shea, RED Body lotion, some new fragrances Hello Beautiful shower gel, Magic In The Air body lotion & Ultra Shea body cream, and Tahiti Pink Lily & Bamboo Ultra Shea body cream.

Always stock up on foaming hand soaps. Wish I timed their sales better.

I always enjoy going in to Bath & Body just to smell all the different candles and body products. Today I came for their product Coco Shea Coconut body butter. I was hoping it would be comparable to their True Blue Spa line. Im very biter about the removal of this product. I hope they bring it back. Even though a tube of their Lay It on Thick body lotion was $20.00 in my eyes it was worth it. It stayed on all day into the evening. Just an amazing product. I was very sad when they took the line away. In any event the cashier was pleasant and the was no waiting in line.

It’s so close to Christmas and everything is so busy, yet the store is perfectly stocked. There wasn’t a single candle or bottle out of place. The employees were very diligent and kept the lines moving quickly. Very kind.

Shopped here early last weekend for the candle day sale. All the staff was very energetic, very friendly, and very helpful! Its always fun to shop here. Of the stores in the SW Suburbs, this one (imo) tends to have some of the best offerings during specialty sales like candle day and the semi-annual sale. The store is very clean and safe, and even during busy events like candle day, theyre careful to only let so many guests in at a time to prevent chaos, and to clean up any mess from the commotion like broken glass.

I have always loved Bath & Body Works. They have almost every scent that you can possibly think of.. And I like how they have more than lotion and body sprays. They have candles, plug in warmers, linen sprays lip gloss hand soap and hand sanitizer air freshers for your car. They have tons for men too. Stuff for your hair and face cooling gel for after you shave and more lotions and sprays for men more than I ever remember... They also have Aromatherapy and oils there too.. Definitely the place to go to get anything for your hair and body....I give it a 5.....PEACE

Ive been shopping at this location for 14 yrs... Never walked out without a purchase. This visit got me upset. Cashier threw out coupons that were not used and repeatedly said they were already used. (beware... I had 2 sets of coupons both were seperately registered to 2 different emails.) Anyway... The service with the others sales ladies is always friendly.
