I get most of my Sephora products via monthly subscription, but this location is the one I mostly visit when I need it. Employees are very helpful, store is always clean and organized.

Every time I come here I always have such a good experience. Today is Oct. 5th and I just left at 4:15p (sorry if it’s specific but I hope the employees who helped me see this) but they were both extremely nice and I really appreciated their help. One person had dark curly hair and the other had wavy hair with blonde tips. I was really down when I came in and you made my day. I wish you the best❤️ Thanks so much!!

I have never walked out of a store so happy! Oh my goodness! From the moment I walked in I had the pleasure of being assisted by Teresa. She was so kind and listened to my every worry and need. I struggle with sensitive skin and she helped me find everything I needed. She is so informative and I will definitely be coming back! This is the place to come!

Awesomeness is written here and practiced and they treat us so wonderfully. I feel at home here at Sephora, and can ask anything I need to know. And yes they do have Mens section. Thanks people at Sephora for everything.

I want to make this clear. I am NOT giving Sephora a 5 start review. This 5 star belongs to SUMMER. I lost my entire makeup bag. A big tote. Hundreds of dollars lost. I walked into the store looking a hot mess I’m sure. Sadly I was MOST definitely avoided for the way I looked. Judged by my appearance. But I was there to spend a lot of money. Summer was working with another customer and noticed me. Several other girls walked past me. I was there for almost 15 minutes prior to summer acknowledging me. Not her fault, she was with a customer. When she was done she heard my story. And helped me .. not sure if she fully believed me but it’s true I lost everything. I got a fresh start and she got the credit. Disappointed in this location as a whole. Not my first “meh” experience. But thankfully summer was there.Will try a different store next time.

Place is nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Get my wife. What she needs from here.

Maribel is by far one of the best employees Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Shes always happy, positive and helpful. She has helped me a few times now and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Great store love it and shes the best!

The staff not helpful at all. There was a girl with purple hair color in the back of her hair who works there I asked for help she told me you just have to keep looking around & walked away. They shelves are never stocked dont waste your time or money at this location.

I came in about a month ago for my smashbox primer and to get a foundation match. I generally stick with maybelline foundation and dont branch out much. I really wanted a nice foundation and I found one, thanks to raquel and bunny! I really didnt know where to start, and they were so nice. She found one that was perfect for my undertone and dry skin type. I got the too faced born this way foundation & concelear and Im so happy. I also got the anastasia dip brow, the sephora glow luminizer, and a sample of the becca first light primer which I will be back for. They were so helpful!! :-)

My daughter and I were in the Joliet Sephora this afternoon needing concealer match help for my teenage daughter. They were really busy and Bunny was the makeup artist that we had asked for assistance from. She told us she had to help the cashier and then she would be right over to assist us. We waited about 10-15 minutes. After the line was gone and bunny was ready to help us an older lady that had just walked in asked her for her help. Bunny looked at me and my daughter and told us we had to wait again! I was appalled by this since she knew we had been waiting for some time now! My daughter and I left without purchasing anything due to the lack of customer service my daughter is extremely upset by how we were treated and told to wait longer! You need to get your priority’s straight and assist the customers in the order that they ask or arrive! I doubt we will ever be back to this location we more than likely will be shopping at ulta across the street because they make sure that they have the proper amount of employees on the floor to assist their customers !! HORRIBLE !!

Dont bother with this store. Nothing is ever in stock. You are better off ordering products online

Maribel is my favorite employee there shes super sweet always helpful & always has a smile shes helped me twice when Ive gone there some employees are eh but shes the best

Great customer service! Angelina ordered an item for me that was out of stock and even took the time to make me up a sample and the store was very busy.
